Morning girls, that’s it really, looking for 2WW buddies to get through the longest part of the ttc cycles !
I’m 1DPO, cycle 8 for a first baby 🤞🏼

I failed miserably at waiting until 10dpo, tested this morning at 8dpo and surprise surprise - stark white negative! Still no real symptoms other than my boobs not hurting at all when they usually do for my full luteal phase, so not sure what’s going on there. Got my fingers crossed for everyone else!

15dpo and no AF 🤷🏻‍♀️ Don't want to waste money on tests incase she shows considering BFN yesterday, so a bit of limbo!

well, AF isn’t showing up actually, I’m back on spotting and not filling anywhere near a pad. It’s only when I wipe but it’s red with mucus…
I also have super sore boobs. I might take a test in a couple of days if af doesn’t come properly but red implantation bleeding is very unlikely !

@WF1990 I'm glad you're still in but the waiting is worse! Do you check bbt? I just checked my temp out of curiosity and its 37.1, my baseline is always around 36.4 and drops to atleast 36.6 the day before/of AF 🤷🏻‍♀️ Giving me hope when there probably isn't any!

@Kayleaaai think I need to start temping !! I’ve never done it before so I wouldn’t know my baseline ! This sounds so promising for you though !!!

@WF1990 I think it's worth doing! To be really accurate you need to do it the same time before you get up, but I find mine stays the same all day!
Thanks! I'm in a complete mix of emotions as the test I took yesterday was the cheap Clear and Simple strips and because they're not my usual and I'm trying to convince myself it must have been dodgy tests haha

@Kayleaaa is there a change you could have ovulated later ?? You might be super accurate with temping though.

I had bought the thermometer for temping but then the opks were already so much work that I gave up 😂
im going to wait a few days and test should my period not come properly. I’m to the point where I just want it to arrive properly now tbh!

@WF1990 oh definitely! The only time we DTD unprotected this month (as meant to be a break) was 16 days ago, wasn't fully tracking but app thinks I ovulated 18 days ago but I had my usual ovulation signs 15 days ago. Hard to keep track of as didn't use opks or bbt this month, so having to just make an assumption on my dpo!
I totally agree with you, I want to take ibuprofen for the cramps haha

When its darkened its a super obvious line! I hope tomorrow confirms as looks like a bfp to me!

@Kayleaaa @WF1990 I dont usually temp but I may start this month as I've heard it can help track if progesterone rises. Wasn't planning on doing it ever but tbh im onto cycle no 8 im losing hope and I've convinced myself there's something wrong with me 🙈🤣

@Lh4503 It's worth doing in my opinion as it's a one time cost and you don't have to pee on anything 😂😂 Super useful to tell if AF is coming for me, as its crazy how far my temperature plummets right before she arrives so it saves me the extra costs of last minute expensive digital tests!

@WF1990has AF come full flow yet? It’s so cruel for her to play tricks! You could still be in with a chance if not and given the sore boobs!

@Kayleaaa Do you usually have a long luteal phase or irregular cycles? I’ve started tracking bbt this month but not sure yet what my typical pattern is.

I wasn’t so aware of potential symptoms yesterday because we were busy so they’re either usual LP symptoms dropping before AF comes or I just wasn’t as aware.. I’ve been having vivid dreams the last couple nights though and dreamt I gave birth to a baby the size of a 10 month old last night 😂 no test this morning going to try again tomorrow. Wishing those of you testing again this morning the best of luck 🤞

i think I’m just having the lightest AF on my side as the sanity test this morning was negative! Very odd, it must be an off cycle, I just hope it doesn’t happen again or I’d have to address this with my consultant as I’m pretty sure a 2 day period filling one pad isn’t that healthy lol.

Just an update. AF started for me yesterday so officially on cycle 3. Hoping to BBT more effectively this month but for now just waiting for AF to finish and wait for those fertile days. Sending baby dust to all ❤️

@elliewales never which is weird, everything has been clockwork for years so a bit odd this time! I've been ttc on and off for years so I'm no stranger to the disappointment though haha

@Kayleaaa hope you get your answer soon, the not knowing is worse than a bfn sometimes!

@WF1990 that is very odd, might be worth speaking to them if it happens again! I think I’m out to be honest AF is due tomorrow/Tuesday at the latest, I’ll try another test in the morning but accepted it will probably be a bfn.

DP has just had a meltdown over our 2 year old DS being a nightmare AGAIN and I’m not sure a BFP would be well received right now 😂

Evening all, it’s the evening of 10dpo here and got a BFN. I know it’s early still and evening wee, but feels like I might be out. My boobs are so sore though and have gone a dark purple colour which makes me think I’m having some sort of progesterone overload or something. I think when I do get AF it’ll be a particularly nasty one. I’ve decided to test daily up until 15dpo then declare myself out

@LovelyMuddles let us know how you get on tomorrow. 10 dpo is still early for a positive especially with an evening wee. There’s still time

@LovelyMuddles the dark purple colour sounds promising, that's a symptom of pregnancy! Evening wee isn't the best especially so early, I don't think your out🤞
