Morning girls, that’s it really, looking for 2WW buddies to get through the longest part of the ttc cycles !
I’m 1DPO, cycle 8 for a first baby 🤞🏼

perhaps the softer way to put what @PottersBarnsaid @Seasaltandgrassis that it take a healthy - issue free couple about a year to conceive and this is perfectly normal. Your post seemed very intense for the first cycle and indeed if you look into things that deep at such an early stage it will be a very unhappy experience but also mentally challenging. So try and preserve yourself take a step back and always remember that things can take a little bit of time and it’s totally fine 🫶🏽 (that being said there are also plenty of stories of women conceiving within the first 3 months!) 🤞🏼

Hello all! Hope you don’t mind me jumping onto this thread - currently in the TWW (3DPO) for baby #1. This is our first month of TTC so completely new to this - have just relied on my app for the first month. I have been off birth control for 5 years now and know my cycle pretty well.

Reading all your posts keeps me sane - still have a while until I plan on testing (hoping to test on 31st)🫶🏻✨

best of luck ! I find the first week so long but then the second week passes a bit faster for me !

I thought I would entertain the crowd as I decided to do a dreaded clear blue ultra early after spotting brown this morning 😅 I feel like I can see a faint line (came up within timeframe). But I could also be very deluded (good job i feel quite relaxed about it all, I’m just eager to know either way!)

I know right ! My 7dpo one was definitely some kind of indent or shadow. Spotting has stopped for me… I shall see how things are tomorrow I guess !

Hi @DaisyKGgood luck for cycle 1! Always happy to provide support when you don’t know if you’re spotting actual symptoms or going mad. The TWW sends me delulu 😅 I have a very rare evening in the house on my own tonight so I’ve ordered dominos and going to sit on the sofa all night because that’s what I would do if I was pregnant. I’m only 8dpo and have no idea if I actually am 🤣

@WF1990I’m not sure if I can see something on there but I’m not the best. Good news about the spotting stopping even more of a positive sign! You should have your answer very soon.

@EmPeEfI tested this morning at 8dpo in the hope there would be a squinter but nothing 😅

I think I was delulu with this test. Will test again tomorrow, but if negative I think I’ll stop because AF is due on Saturday and my luteal phase never exceeds 10-11 days so for sure af will show up !

Hi! Hope you don’t mind me joining. I’m currently 6dpo on our second cycle TTC. I was awful for symptom spotting last month so am trying to be a bit more chill! Obviously still very early but so far no real symptoms. I was away for work in the lead up to ovulation this month so not sure we’ve got much of a chance anyway, but keeping my fingers crossed!

@WF1990glad I’m not the only one! I’m getting emotional watching the Kardashians so if I’m not pregnant AF must be on the way 🤦🏼‍♀️😂

Hunting for squinters gets so old but it’s so hard to wait isn’t it. I think I implant later going by my positive cycles now I’m older though.

Guys I know I sound nuts but all of a sudden tonight I feel my heart rate is elevated and I was breathless after going up the stairs. I know it’s super early but I remember breathlessness being a massive symptom of mine during my first pregnancy. My luteal phase RHR is usually 50-55 but after nearly an hour of rest it’s still high at 72. Could be a baby, could be coming down with something who knows at this point but I’ll be testing tomorrow morning at 9dpo no doubt 😅

I don’t know if I’m more curious about my own symptoms or everybody else’s at that point 😂 I’m more invested in this group than love island atm 😂

I’m not telling DP about any symptoms because I’m playing it cool (😂) so I’m dumping them all here because I need to tell someone! I’m taking it all on the chin and prepared for it not to be my month so I might as well have fun and run with it while it lasts!

I didn’t watch love island for the first time this year after I got a bit bored with it but I’m obsessed with watching all the clips on insta (clearly not that bored of it) and I feel like I missed a good one this year
