I’m 1DPO, cycle 8 for a first baby 🤞🏼

@EllieWalesim going to test on Wednesday too! I’ve been trying to find somewhere that sells first response tests that isn’t online but I’m struggling!

I came off contraceptives a year ago in the hope it would just happen and this is my fifth consecutive cycle of actually tracking and ‘properly’ trying. I never thought it would take this long!

@bigbaggyblue I can’t find the first response anywhere in a shop either. Maybe boots or Superdrug?

Not yet! 15dpo today, I've got a feeling it's coming anytime though. Getting some very mild cramping if it doesn't arrive today I'll test tomorrow.

@Lh4503you must be much more patient than me, I’m desperate to test already at 8dpo 😂. Hopefully the cramping is pregnancy related! Everyday I’m second guessing how im feeling, every twinge, how my boobs feel. I’m like a woman possessed 😂

I’ve had cramping all day today at 8dpo and really sore boobs. It’s unusual for my boobs to be this sore but cramping isn’t unusual so could be something or nothing. I caved and tested this evening and of course it was negative!

@EllieWales I know! first time took 5 months, 2nd time 3 months after that then 2 months after this time.
8dpo is very early so I wouldn't get too disheartened yet!

So I’ve just got changed into my PJs and whilst doing so have noticed my boobs are veiny, TMI but I actually have a vein that’s protruding on my nipple and my nipples look bigger or maybe darker I’m not sure just more prominent. I know it’s super early so I’m trying not to get ahead of myself but I remember having really veiny boobs with my first (can’t remember how early on) and I’m not someone who suffers with sore boobs usually but they’re super painful!

Really hoping it’s our month I haven’t had a single whiff of a positive since TTC!

@EllieWalesmy boobs are sore too, I’m still breastfeeding and hurts when she latches, but does this happen every month and I just don’t pay any attention because not ttc. I’m documenting all symptoms on Flo this month and then I’ll know what’s what 😂

@EllieWales I bought some £1.50 tests at Asda this morning, I’m going to try one tomorrow, I know it’ll be negative but better than wasting a £12 clear blue 😂 and I’ve got a Clearblue for Wednesday or Thursday morning 🤞🏼

I caved this morning at 9dpo and of course negative 😂 I had a BBT dip today though and some really sharp shooting pains under my belly button down. My boob are also still sore and veiny today. I’m deffo reading into everything this month 🤦🏼‍♀️

@EllieWalesi did one of the clear and simple test strips which to be fair does say earliest to test is 4 days before period but of course that was as negative as negative can be 😂 I’ve got a two pack of clear blue ultra early but I’m putting off until tomorrow morning! My period is due in 6 days

I think AF is due in about 5/6 days for me too so we’re only on the cusp of early detection now really @bigbaggyblue we’ll have an answer soon!

@EllieWales oooh sounds good, on the pregnancy I was tracking BBT I had a dip of 9dpo too then some pink/brown spotting around 10/11dpo and shooting pains. So sounds really promising. Apparently the best time to test is around 12dpo as some people implant a bit later. 🤞🤞 for you and @bigbaggyblue 🥰

I'm okay, it is starting to sink in now, but my brains just thinking about last time. The next two weeks will be hard as I lost
both previously around 5 weeks 4 days. Trying to keep busy and not think too much. On both previously I also lost them once I reached out to maternity services so im too afraid to do that too. 😆
