Okay. Don’t think I need to question if/when I ovulate again. Intense, painful bloating, nausea and diarrhoea symptoms. I can hardly move! How am I supposed to BD today??

I apologise for clogging up the threads so much lately with this cycle, but I got lucky and feel I got some answers after my post chemical confusion. So hopefully I can chill out more in future! And finally managed to record an LH peak 🥰

i find my symptoms are more prominent between 10am and 7pm so we usually just avoid during those times x

Ec2808 · 11/07/2025 07:02

@FarAwayBird I did the same last cycle when AF arrived but got the apple watch instead 😂

Papill19 · 11/07/2025 07:06

@FarAwayBird i have the Oura ring too and really recommend it! I have used it alongside an oral thermometer one month just to see the difference and oral thermometer gives higher readings overall but generally trend is the same.
Girls I’m driving myself a bit mad with line progression, I think it’s just because it’s darker now that the differences are less obvious, but feel like there is not much change from yday to today. This is my first time pregnant so I just feel so clueless that I don’t even get to speak to a doctor for another 4 weeks!

10dpo and some nice lone progression. There was a little bit of worry that the line would disappear today so it was a relief to see that it is still there and stronger

That’s great news @Mummysparrow and @peanutForever such a relief! I’ve attached the wrong pic, this one is the last 4 days and I just don’t see any difference between yday and today. @Mushroo how are your lines?

@Papill19 sorry to jump on but to see the difference, you need to rest every second day, not every day ☺️

Papill19 · 11/07/2025 08:02

@Everythingisokay please don’t apologise - I am so happy for any kind of advice. Thank you, I was literally just reading that as well. I think because each day so far I have seen a difference I was just disheartened this morning but I will put it to the back of my mind (she says!) and see what tomorrows test brings x

I know it's hard!
I had three chemicals so I'm being overly cautious now and re-testing every two days.

DoubleDandelion · 11/07/2025 08:39

12 DPO, zero symptoms and just generally not feeling hopeful. Did an Amazon one step cheapy this morning and defo BFN because didn’t want to waste my FRER.

Had a sharp stabbing sensation wake me as I was falling asleep at 9DPO, but if that was implantation surely it would show on sticks by now?

What do we think? Is there any hope this cycle? Do I bother using an FRER tomorrow morning? (We have a family gathering and would quite like a 🍻 out in the sunshine!)

Morning everyone,

Tested early today 12DPO and got some faint lines - based on earlier messages I'll hold off testing again until Sunday.

Trying not to get ahead of myself as who knows what could happen.

Fingers crossed for everyone else this month!

Hey @DorsetGirl89not sure why they say day 21 as everyone's cycles are so different! The important thing is it's done 7dpo! Xx

ChaE05 · 11/07/2025 11:06

@sarahspeakingreally clear lines there! Congratulations. How long have you been trying? X

sarahspeaking · 11/07/2025 11:09

@ChaE05 thank you! this was our first month trying - I came off the pill last early last year and it's taken about 12 months for my cycles to get somewhat regular. Didn't try before as we were getting married so started DTD on the honeymoon - feel very lucky!

Hoping it sticks, trying not to be too anxious and just see what happens

EmPeEf · 11/07/2025 12:00

Nothing faint about those @sarahspeaking! Hope it’s a sticky one for you!

ForGiddyDreamer · 11/07/2025 12:32

congrats @sarahspeaking !

AF arrived for me this morning. The one positive I am taking out of it is that I don't have much pain at all this month. I am hoping this means my body has now settled down since the losses. Last month was okish but nothing like May when I was in bed crying with the pain it was so bad. So taking the absence of pain as a good sign.

overwork · 11/07/2025 12:34

My period just started so I’m definitely not having a March baby! Slightly shorter cycle than my average at 23 days. I’m not testing for ovulation so only go by averages and EWCM but that would still mean we were in the right kind of ballpark with the timings for sex. Really hope it’s cooled down in about 10 days time or we certainly won’t be having an April baby either Grin

SureLook · 11/07/2025 13:29

@amey44 ah, sometimes life gets in the way doesn't it? It can be hard to get the timing right!

@EmPeEf just lie there and let him do all the work 😂

@Papill19 try not to worry. HCG only doubles roughly every 48 hours. If you're going to continue to test I would test every second day. But remember that line progression doesn't mean anything in terms of the viability of the pregnancy unfortunately.

@Mummysparrow looking good!

@DoubleDandelion when is AF due? Generally at 12dpo I would take the result as the definite answer but there are some people who've gotten their BFP later!

@DorsetGirl89 I haven't had a chemical myself but from reading other girls experience on here it seems their cycles were a bit unsettled post chemical. Ovulating earlier or later than usual. I think it can take time for things to settle. Maybe contact your GP for advice on when to do the bloods.

@sarahspeaking amazing, congratulations ❤️

@ForGiddyDreamer @overwork sorry to hear AF has arrived ❤️

amey44 · 11/07/2025 13:41

Hoping I peak tonight🤞🏻I’m honestly really enjoying tracking so far it’s actually nice to see my body actually doing something for once instead of seeing stark white negative hcg tests lol

i think i’ll be peaking tomorrow❤️

DoubleDandelion · 11/07/2025 14:00

@DorsetGirl89 thank you so much that is great info, AND has given me renewed hope! I have been pregnant before but with ID twins so all the symptoms were to an extreme as the egg split somewhere between days 4-8 (we know this due to their shared placenta), it feels like I’m doing this all again for the first time as I know the experience will be very different with a singleton. But the comparison is not making me feel very hopeful!

@SureLook AF due Mon/Tues (I ov-ed CD 14 and tend to have a 29-30 day cycle), I felt the same as you really, will FRER tomorrow and go from there I suppose but @DorsetGirl89 has given me some hope between now and Mon!

@overwork i think you were a DPO day ahead of me, it was bloody hot for our last fertile window too wasn’t it?! I’m never one to wish away nice weather buttttt…. 😂
