@DorsetGirl89 Blimey, you really are going through a lot. I'm sorry to hear the news of your cancer return. I obviously don't know the details and I certainly am not a medical professional, but it's undeniably a lot going on. And a whole mix of emotions I'm sure too.
When time feels against you, every precious minute, hour, day, week feels so important. And it's going to make waiting a lot harder. It's harder for all of us, but especially difficult given your circumstances. And, it doesn't matter whether it's your first cycle or your 50th... The TWW is agonising for everyone.
But sadly, frustratingly, this is a game of time. It's a wait to see a positive line, it's then a wait to see if that line is going to stay around, it's a wait until a scan to see if everything is progressing as it should, it's a wait for abnormality test results, it's a wait for birth...
Is there something you find helps keep your mind distracted? I love crocheting for that as I have to focus on it and it feels productive to be making something... Or getting stuck into a good book. Last night, I just ploughed on with my latest read because if I'm immersed in the fiction, I can't be thinking about my own stuff!
Definitely would recommend making yourself a list of things you can do to help pass the time and stay distracted. Because... You'll drive yourself crazy analysing symptoms and trying to fathom what's happening.
