Thank you, I read a lot of tips and advice on Mumsnet and have been doing acupuncture for 2 cycles. Also tried b6, then b complex, then started b6 p5p cycle just gone as read that’s the better absorbed one!
Been on so many vitamins for a while now (c, d, e, b6, zinc, magnesium, coq10, omega 3, folic acid).
My prolactin levels are not high so vitex would probably make things worse.
I’m pretty sure I have a hormonal imbalance as I feel it in myself (puffy, bloated, tired all the time etc) and I’m also a big stress head and worrier in general which isn’t ideal!
DH had low numbers on his SA test but has managed to turn them around taking vitamins, so I’m feeling bad that nothing is working for lengthening my luteal phase 🙁
