@NatalieSFIve ordered the medicheck progesterone test to do this cycle, I think it was £38.

For anyone asking about best time to LH test, I find I have to do mine with first morning urine or else I don’t get a peak. The premom tests don’t recommend that but it works for me!

ForGiddyDreamer · 01/07/2025 14:30

@LuckyDuck93 Sorry to hear you got a negative today but, as you say, 10dpo is still early on! Your mid cycle spotting could still have been implantation and it's possible that your levels aren't high enough for the test. Back to the waiting game and hopefully AF doesn't show and you get your line

DorsetGirl89 · 01/07/2025 15:41

Hey all, just wanted to check in and say that I've started bleeding properly today so I've marked today as day 1 of my next cycle. Felt a little sad but mainly relieved to get some closure! The weekend was pretty emotional, but I feel ok today.

Just wanted to say congratulations to all you lovely ladies who got their BFP's this cycle, sending you a ton of best wishes for healthy, happy pregnancies ❤️

To everyone who's had a disappointment or a tough time this cycle, sending you all a massive hug. Here's hoping for next cycle 🤞🏻❤️

Thank you so much for being a wonderful community, you all helped me through an overwhelming week! See you again soon 😘 xxx

hey ladies got my digital 1-2 weeks just now, picked up a test on my way to the school run and peed as soon as i got in :)

am44a · 01/07/2025 16:34

My plan so far for this cycle is:

Lh testing
Cough syrup around ov
Either preseed or conceive plus lube (anyone recommend either?)
Staying laying down after bd
Taking only pregnacare

Will try implement more fertility optimising foods too!

I’m feeling quite excited for this cycle tbh I just really hope this this works:)

Ovulating today so the 2ww starts again
I have just done Daye microbiome test which has just come back as below optimum lactobacillus. I already take a probiotic and Biome which co tain a few different strains of lactobacillus so a bit shocked to see that. Has anyone else had that?

Oh that’s interesting! Wonder if it’s worth getting some advice from them on next steps and if they recommend a different probiotic?

I read a study where preseed seemed slightly better for sperm so got that but also going to try the other one as bought both (on a mad TTC Amazon order!)

GreenApple121 · 01/07/2025 17:50

@Mummysparrow can I ask what kind of probiotics you use? I was told that they have to be quite high billions - something between 30-50 billion as optimal to make sure sufficient amounts reach your gut
Garden of Life have specific women ones that are 50 Billion
they also should have enough different strands - over 15 strands is best I think ?

Sweetpeach31 · 01/07/2025 17:55

Hi everyone, just wondering if anyone can help me on when I should take a test? I'm currently 10po and cycle day 32. I ovulated super later this month

ForGiddyDreamer · 01/07/2025 18:02

Hi @Sweetpeach31 at 10dpo you're still in the early zone for a test. 11/12dpo have higher likelihood of a more definitive result but you're never out until AF shows. Have you felt any symptoms? Though they're not necessarily indicative either. Some people have zero symptoms!

LookForTheLiight · 01/07/2025 18:11

Iris2024 · 01/07/2025 09:36

@peanutForever awwww hun I think it’s really positive that you’ve still got a line on a frer. I think we worry and panic ourselves so much ( I know if I ever get a line I’ll be a nervous wreck) I’d wait and then test again and breathe… easier said than done I know.

Im 9DPO today and feel really nauseous 🤢 Tight pulling in my back and hip but I’m not going to be fooled 🤣🤦🏼‍♀️

I think I’m 9dpo or possibly 10/11, not 100% sure!
When are you planning on testing? I’m hoping to hold on a few more days 🤞

Mummysparrow · 01/07/2025 18:11

@Muddysocks1i have thought about that but costs an additional £30 to speak to someone 🤔
@GreenApple121i use alflorex but that has bifidobacterium longum strains in and Biomel complete gut which has 25 billion live cultures in with 13 strands (as well as digestive fibres and enzymes )so sounds like it's not quite enough and I may need to add something else in too.

SureLook · 01/07/2025 18:31

@Ec2808 @am44a my periods were more painful and they were shorter post MMC. I did conceive again on cycle #3 but obviously it didn't end well. It'll be interesting to see what my cycles are like following this loss.

@peanutForever delighted for you ❤️

@Sweetpeach31 I'd wait until 12dpo minimum. I think it's more definite then. Any earlier and there's always the possibility of a positive which can be more upsetting if that doesn't come.

Taysonic · 01/07/2025 18:37

Just had a bit of bleeding when going to the toilet... Fearing the worst. Accompanied with some pain, but no clotting.

Had booked an early reassurance scan for a week on Saturday but just rang to move it to tomorrow evening instead.

Wish me luck, girls. I'm terrified.

Ec2808 · 01/07/2025 18:39

@SureLookhope it doesn’t disturb your cycles too much! Sending lots of hugs ❤️❤️❤️
as for me still no peak today 🤣 fingers crossed it’s tomorrow then 🤣

SureLook · 01/07/2025 18:41

@Taysonic aww I'm sorry to hear you're worried. I've everything crossed that all will be fine ❤️

@Ec2808 thank you! Hopefully your peak will show up soon 🤞🏻

I think I read that study too where did you find preseed i can’t seem to find anywhere to buy it aha

Ttcaftertfmr · 01/07/2025 18:47

9DPO and testing tonight and negative! Why do I do it to myself?! 🤣🤦🏼‍♀️ think I’m coming down with something as starting to feel abit poorly. 😷 When are you going to test?

Iris2024 · 01/07/2025 18:52

@peanutForever this is amazing news! 🤩 Congratulations lovely! 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍

@Taysonic I hope you’re okay my love 😩 Fingers crossed for you, it’s no consolation but I had bleeding with my first born and everything was fine.

peanutForever · 01/07/2025 19:08

Thanks ladies

@Taysonicsorry about the bleeding but hopefully by tomorrow you get some really good news and you wont have to worry as much x

LuckyDuck93 · 01/07/2025 19:26

@Taysonic got absolutely everything crossed for you!!

@am44a my plan is similar to yours for this cycle along with eating a bit better & looking after my body! Was going to try some new vitamins, but with having my bloods done I don’t really want the vitamins to hide/change anything etc so might just stick with what I’m taking at the minute

am44a · 01/07/2025 19:50

Has anyone used the one step lh tests?
