Top test was Tuesday tea time and bottom one was just now. Does this look ok? Iv had 4 consecutive miscarriages so I’m anxious about the line progress. Also Iv found my FMU is terrible and is fainter than other times of the day. Anyone else have this?

It’s upsets me that pregnancy is meant to be happy and exciting and it’s totally the opposite for me

This is exactly how I’m feeling it’s so cruel isn’t it. I just can’t let myself get excited as I am worried about what will happen, but then also I’ll be devastated regardless. I am really hoping it goes well for us both. The uncertainty is driving me mad and I just can’t comprehend it all being ok. I don’t have inspirational words but just to say you are absolutely not alone and I am in this shit girl gang with you x

TheBroonOneAndTheWhiteOne · 17/06/2025 22:08

I understand OP.
I had a great many miscarriages. It makes you lose faith.

I'll keep you and your baby in my prayers.

JLucyNick · 18/06/2025 05:58

@DCmum95 it’s just awful isn’t it. How far are you? I really hope things go well for us both x

I’m actually contemplating stopping my progesterone what you think?

I think I would be just about 5 weeks. I’m finding it so hard, it’s all I think about and I know it’s just going to get more intense. I have a scan in 2 weeks which will give me a bit of an answer at least. Both my missed miscarriages prior to this were very early on. My first there was no baby then second by the time it was 6 weeks there was no heartbeat.
in relation to the progesterone, I would probably keep taking it now that you have started

JLucyNick · 18/06/2025 08:25

@DCmum95bless you. Sounds like very similar situation to me. Iv had 2 MMC. One at 7 weeks and one at 6 weeks. I think all we can do is take a day at a time. Whatever the outcome is unfortunately it’s out of our hands. I think it’s the unknown that really gets to me to be honest. Keep me updated won’t you x

Iv just done a test and compared it to Mondays which is 48 hours and I think the progression looks ok?

That looks like a good progression to me. If I were you, I'd carry on with the progesterone. If you lose this baby, you'll wonder if that was the cause.

What you think ladies is this looking ok for 4w 6d?

It looks like great progression! I would focus on the progression between tests rather than getting bogged down in the strength of the line itself (though it does look strong). You're pregnant and your lines are progressing which means your HCG is rising 💚

Some women never get a dye stealer

Hey! I’m actually 6w3 and just wondered if it’s normal for the tests to level out by now and stay the same. I’m using clear and simple cheapies from savers, wasn’t going to bother but thought I’d use them up before our first scan next week.. they all look like the bottom one when just done and then dry to the colour above. Should they still be getting darker? Xx

ajc1994 · 20/06/2025 08:12

Yes I think they’re fine, they’re as strong as the CL and a bit of a dye stealer at first then dries to the same as CL. Totally normal and probably will just stay like that throughout pregnancy imo.
congratulations x

This looks great! Definitely progressing. Mine is too for now I think. I took these ones this morning. It’s scary though I’ve been willing these tests to get darker but as they do I get hopeful and it seems much more scary x

@CharlotteRae it's probably best to start your own thread.
Do you need help to do so?

Because this is @JLucyNick's thread.
