@FlyHighSky72 I'm hoping my photo will help you a little bit.. the photo is from my last cycle.

Points to note... I literally tested throughout the whole day on CD16. It might be over kill but if I only did it in the morning and then in the evening, I would have missed my peak completely. Mine comes and goes so fast so maybe you have a rapid surge also?

Also, on CD16 at 11.30am you will see multiple entries. These are different photos of the same test and premom gives them all different readings. So I honestly wouldn't put much weight on the reading.. I'd eyeball it aswell.

@2Sugars2that does make sense - thanks! It def was a long time between testing - and last month I had a fast surge - went between low and peak all in the same day! Did you get pregnant or am I misremembering a different person? Apologies if I am!!

in other news I’ve got my smear on the 18th - what do I do if my period doesn’t arrive!? I’d have no ideas how many DPO I was 😂

Just got back now from my ultrasound scan, they also did internal too!

He said I am ovulating and I ovulated this month from my left side. He said did you feel ovulation this month and I said I’m not sure but did feel on my right side, he said oh well you actually ovulated from your left lol 🤣🤣🫣 No fibroids or issue and will send report to my GP for me to check in a week. Got gaencology with the fertility team on the 18th now.

@FlyHighSky72 I would be minded to push back the smear by at least a week & let them know that you are actively trying. If you get BFP you can chat with them about when would be appropriate to rearrange. Could always use cm to get a ballpark for your ov date! Between my Feb mc and chemical in March I did not have a period & hadn't been tracking (ov tests can get confused between horomones). I used cm to sort of date ov.

@Iris2024 that's great that they couldn't see any visible issues. Every month I feel ov pain in my right - maybe some people just have sensitive ovaries & you feel the pain even if that's not the one doing the work?

I think your still to ovulate my love. Keep testing which I bet you are religiously lol 🤣

Maybe hun, it’s really thrown me as I’ve felt nothing in my left side at all 🤣 only my right even now. So strange! I’ll be paying close attention to my left side now 🤦🏼‍♀️😅

I only ever feel my left ovary. So I can usually feel exactly when I ovulate. But this month I ovulated from right ovary (saw it on scan on the lead up) and I couldn’t feel a thing, it was so stressful to know if it happened or not lol.

my right side is so numb to me that I once went to EPU for bleeding and had pain on left side where I had an ectopic before. I had no ectopic but I did have a huge cyst burst on the right. She was like you didn’t feel that? I said I had literally no idea lol

thanks @ForGiddyDreameryeah I might give them a ring. But they say you can’t do a smear on your period - so is the best time to schedule it right after a period has finished?? My CM def lines up with a peak on the 31st - don’t seem to have any today and had a bit yesterday morning. We shall see what happens! Period due on the 18th so we shall see!

My flo app just sent me a notification titled 'You might feel calmer today'. Madam, I do not 😂

I got a faint line yesterday at 10dpo in the evening (after being start negative in the morning). I tested because I got a random brown spot of blood, and I was 5 days before my period so confused.

today at 11dpo still a faint line but on a different brand (boots early), but I’ve been peeing a lot so it’s hard to test with any hold longer than 3 hours. So I’m not gonna count anything as confirmed until I see some progression :) it might be a chemical

Hey, can I join please? 9dpo today, cycle 6 TTC #1…. Losing the will to live tbh. Chemical last August when we weren’t trying and now been trying since Jan this year and nothing! On holiday right now, no symptoms, just enjoying and drinking and eating and sleep all over the place and bbt all over the place so not feeling too positive for this cycle. I suspect AF will come Wednesday right on time! Wishing everyone luck and baby dust!! X

Welcome @Thisisouryear2025🙂 hope you're enjoying your hols. I'm a couple of days behind you at 7dpo. Cycle 7 of ttc baby 2. Two early losses this year. How old are you? Are you able to speak to your GP about some tests? It just feels like the longest time doesn't it x

@ChaE05 Hey lovely! Thanks for the welcome!! Holiday is amazing thank you, we are in Cyprus & it’s super hot & relaxing which is what we needed. I hope you are doing ok? So sorry for your losses!! It sucks doesn’t it, we would have a baby with us now if our chemical had stuck 😓 I’m 36 so feel quite old, all tests for both me & DP have come back good so not sure why it’s not happening really. My egg reserve is on the lower side so unsure if that’s making a difference. Either way I’m accepting it’s going to be a longer ride than we had initially hoped for!! I hear you though, just feels like a marathon right now I’ve not trained for !! I’ve accepted I’m out this month so just need to be positive for my next cycle in a weeks time x

i would keep testing till you see the rise, if you ovulate later then your period will be later on though and its not abnormal to ovulate up to 2 weeks later sometimes! i conceived my son and my dates were always 17 days behind as i ovulated later🤣xx
