When do you think this opk will turn positive?

I just ordered some opks and started using them this morning. I'm cycle day 10 but it seems quite strong. I thought there would be more of a build up to ovulation. Anyway out of curiosity, when do you think it will show the LH surge, from your experience? I used opks once years ago and fell pregnant the first cycle I used them so don't know what I'm doing!

I'm getting pulling pains in my side and got ewcm earlier so know something is gearing up. I think I might ovulate tomorrow. I'd say it too late to conceive as I know only a small percentage of sperm last the full 5 days but it has been very interesting to see it all come together on these little strips, like a data report on stuff I usually just guess at. The human body is fascinating!
