TTC #1 cycle #1 and I think 2/3 DPO - anyone else want to join the wait with me? 🥰

I'm using fertility friend. Might have a look at yours too. This is mine so far. I've had a funny month but that's down to 2 years of breastfeeding combined with depo shot. Just regulating etc. Had a small bleed at cd19 so not actually sure where I'm supposed to be in my cycle. Just know I got the strongest opk and my temps in the app confirmed ovulation so crossing my all lol (had to swap some temps as I realised I'd put them in wrong lol) x

@Kay1578 ohh your chart looks really good so far! ☺️Here is mine. This my my first cycle charting and third after stopping hormonal Birth control, so I also don't really know how my cycles look like and I also don't know if I ovulated my past two cycles, since they were really short (24 and 21 days). So this cycle I would be really happy to beat two thresholds without seeing AF, and that's CD20 and CD25 🤞🏼

Yours also looks good so far. All higher temps. Looks to show positive ovulation. 5 days till Wednesday 🤣 to be fair, that's only 9dpo for me so still expecting negatives lol x

@Kay1578 yes 🤞🏼🤞🏼 but I'm curious about tomorrow's temperature... if it stays high, I will be more convinced that I ovulated.. until now I am still not sure 🫣 and yes, 9 dpo is really early, I will try to wait until 11 dpo (if AF does not come before 😅).. let's see if we both achieve our goals 🙌🏼

@Kay1578 yesh I usually cave by 9 DPO, I thought Wednesday was making me 9, but I think it’s 10 but still going to try and hold off, I’m sure I’ll fail though!

I'll start Wednesday and then each day till I either get a pos of AF lol x

@Kay1578 ill be doing the same every day from Wednesday and if I end up imagining faint lines that aren’t there, I’ll probably be doing other tests too! I find it so hard to stay calm. Think we only covered one day so my chances are very low, but still stymptom spotting like crazy!!

It only takes once. Another temp rise today 😊 be lying if I said I wasn't getting a little excited now lol
Oh I do that with tests. I took 27 to confirm my last pregnancy, not including the negatives and squinters 🤣🤣🤣

Do you maybe have disrupted sleep? That can affect your temps

@pcbrb same except I'm now over thinking tomorrow's already 🤣🤣 I might leave out temping next cycle. Its driving me insane lol

@Kay1578 I feel you! Same for me! But I feel so "powerful" while tempting, cause doing so I confirm what is happening in my body... I'll try to relax instead of not temping 😅

@pcbrb I have no clue! I'm so irregular. Usually my cycles are 34-40 days but last month I had my shortest one ever at 27 days (since taking probiotics). Today I am CD26 and I've had cramps on and off for the past two days. They do feel a bit different to usual but who knows. I feel like I'd be showing positive by now xx

I am going to join in. Trying for baby #1, stopped the pill at the end of Jan but due to circumstances been unable to try until October. This is the first time officially trying, unsure on my cycles as I took delay meds while we were on holiday and I don't think it's fully recovered. My app says ovulation was 2nd but I didn't check with a test. I've been having some symptoms but unsure whether it's normal at this stage or psychological.

@CraftyBugger welcome! I was also around the 2nd - there’s a few of us all around the same 🥰 I think we all also have psychological symptoms 🤣

But have you being tracking the length of your LP for the other cycles as well? I am not an expert but I have read a lot the last month, as as I understood, when ppl have irregular cycles, is because the FP has different lengths (the ovulation CD varies) but the LP is usually the same length for the woman? Only caring maybe within one day.. if you know the usual length of your LP, then you can be more certain when AF usually arrives :) for example it your LP is usually 12 days long and you are in 12 dpo and AF is not there, I would see it as good news ☺️ still with BFN..

@nicolenorris sorry some typos in my message.. I wanted to write that the LP usually varies within a range of one day for a woman..

@pcbrb omg I didn't know this! But unfortunately it was my first month ovulation tracking so I'm not sure. I ovulated CD 15 so think AF must be coming soon, so if it doesn't then it's a good sign I guess!Thanks so much for this tho- good tip 🩷

☺️☺️ of course the best thing would be to get a BFP this cycle, but if you don't get it, at least you can start identifying the length of your LP with your followings cycles so you can be more certain when AF will come :) (if you know your Ovulation day of course)

Another temp rise for me again after a dip yesterday! I think my hormones are finally returning back to normal after breastfeeding!! I’m so pleased! According to fertility friend I’m 7DPO today, so half way through the 2 week wait! Though My luteal phase is around 12 days I think! It was post pregnancy so if things have gone back to normal ish I’m expecting similar!
im symptom spotting like crazy but actually don’t think I’ve got any symptoms at all! I did another test this morning, as I did wonder whether I’m actually a day or two earlier in ovulation based on looking at my temps. It was completely negative. I’m trying to hold off until Tuesday now at least, but hoping to wait until Wednesday when a few of us are going to be testing!

Sorry, here’s my chart! Great to hear lots of you have had another rise again today! How much does your temp usually increase post ovulation? Mines gone up 0.3 degrees, but it was about 0.4 with my first pregnancy so wondering if that’s a bad sign, but I’m not sure

This was mine today. With my daughter I had 2 temp drops at 6&7 dpo and then it shot back up. Think my highest was like 36.6. I'm 6dpo tomorrow so potentially expecting a drop x
