TTC #1 cycle #1 and I think 2/3 DPO - anyone else want to join the wait with me? 🥰

I thought I ovulated on CD15 but I 100% couldn't have. That would make my current LP 22 days?

No 23 days! So I defo think I ovulated much later. I only got a high reading which is why I assumed that. I wasn't testing much, 1 sometimes 2 times a day

Here’s my shadow. I’ll try and do a hold but I find it difficult too 😂 My only symptoms are slight backache in the evening. I felt full of energy yesterday evening! It’s frustrating having longer cycles isn’t it!

@OneGladTiger I inverted it for you and there's defo a shadow. The app says it sees something as well but I don't always rely on that app x

I'm thinking of seeing if my GP will do bloods. I'm still bleeding occasionally and only when I wipe. Hasn't touched underwear or needed a pad a d it's been 48 hours since I saw the first spots. Also if I wipe twice its gone for 5 or 6 hours. My test are still obviously positive. Haven't got any lighter, but not any darker either. Dunno if to ring up or hold off till Friday and see what happens between now and then x

Completely negative. CD38 guessing I'm out girls, just no clue where AF is 🤔 reckon I'll come on in the next few days

@Kay1578 I would see if you can get bloods done to give you some answers. I have heard of lots of successful pregnancies with bleeding but if you could get your HCG numbers that should give you a good indication.

My period has finally made an appearance today after 6 days of spotting when wiping.

I started taking some folic acid a couple of weeks ago as I heard it's good for conception so I think it may have been that that has interrupted my cycle slightly. Not sure whether to continue it or delay until I get a bfp. Have any of you had any experience with taking folic acid?

@CraftyBugger I take folic acid and I’ve heard it’s very safe to take regularly and doesn’t mess with your cycle. I’d keep taking it as it’s one of the most important supplements 😊 Sorry that AF arrived!

@OneGladTiger are you going to test again?

I might start taking some supplements, is it good for the man to as well?

My husband also takes prenatal for men with folic acid among other things in it :) my doctor told me it is good also for him to take, as I told the doctor that we were starting TTC

I’m trying to hold off, I did another test at lunchtime and I could definitely see a shadow line on that one too. I’m going to do another tomorrow morning and I’ve got a digital clearblue that I plan to do on Friday to show my partner if all goes well 🤞🏻 I’m a bit worried the line is so faint at this point but maybe I ovulated even later than I thought! I’ve been taking Coq10 Ubiquinol as I’ve heard it’s really good for egg quality 😊

@CraftyBugger As I'm diabetic, I've been taking the high dose folic acid on prescription for probably about 6 months now. Shouldn't interfere with your cycle 🙂I'd definitely continue taking it, it's recommended in pregnancy.

@OneGladTiger I'm doing okay! Line is still progressing nicely. I'm still doing a test each morning.. just for my peace of mind haha! Had a call with the hospital this morning and all being well, in for first scan and checks on 11 Dec. 🙂Fingers crossed. I am super nervous, but only because of a past pregnancy. My first pregnancy I received a down syndrome diagnosis after several tests and my daughter was born just before 16 weeks. So naturally, nervous of it happening again. But then I had a completely normal pregnancy after that so. The worry never leaves your mind though. But anyway, fingers crossed!!!

Hi I’m all good thankyou. I took another test this morning, the lines look pretty similar to be honest but I’m not going to obsess over it. No more tests in the house and I’m not buying more, I’ll wait patiently for my first scan and until then I’m just going with the flow! I’ve still had really tiny amounts of spotting (wouldn’t even notice if I wasn’t scrutinising the tissue) but again trying not to overthink it unless I have heavy bleeding or pain. The outcome will be the same if I obsess and worry or not so I’m trying not to! Hope your line progresses 🤞🏻

Sorry to jump on, but I’m currently between 8-5 dpo unsure as I didn’t do any ovulation tests. Currently month 1 TTC #1 and I know it’s far too early but I have cramps and sore boobs maybe I’m just wanting it too much and imagine things as after googling it’s too early for symptoms.

Well there’s definitely a line there this morning!! Now to hope it gets a bit darker 🙏🏻🤞🏻🫣

I've worked out the earliest dpo I could be is 14 so I think I'm defo out unfortunately ☹️
