So this is for those who are trying to conceive in June crossing over to July in 2024. Baby dust to all of you and may July be the month!

Out of curiosity, do you treat the day when you get the surge and the BBT dip as the O day? Or the day after? I had a BBT dip and LH surge on the same day.

Ah okay, it doesn’t seam like a big increase like the bbt does. Unless it takes longer to increase? I guess it’s external though so maybe it doesn’t increase that much.

Currently CD30 with AF predicted to arrive yesterday. Sat at the airport on our way home and but not planning to rest for a few more days (given I don’t really know my cycle currently). Cautiously optimistic

Af arrived yesterday as I expected. Not feeling bad about it, happy my cycle is back after my last miscarriage. Means I should be ovulating somewhere between 18-20th x

Having your cycle back to normal after MC is always good news! Fingers crossed for you for this new cycle!

Spoke far too soon. Cramps this morning so fairly confident that AF will be making an appearance today. Trying to remind myself that I’m still really early in my TTC journey, but feeling disappointed.

For those who are still between 1 dpo and 6 dpo, do you plan to do a 7 dpo progesterone blood test to confirm ovulation?
How is everyone doing? I hope this 2ww has not been hard for you.

I am currently 8 dpo. Only 4 more days to wait until AF/BFP. 😂 Currently I have already clicked "watch thread" on the August testing 24. Just in case.

Not long to go!! I've also got 4 days until I'm going to test. Do you try to hold out until your period rather than test early?

I have started to test from 1 dpo with LH and HCG strips because I am curious about the line progression. For my both BFPs, I got super faint lines in the afternoon on 10 dpo. 😁

It's my first post as we have recently started TTC. I've been symptom spotting like mad (I know I shouldn't) and also testing manically with cheapie strips.
I'm approx 9DPO today and tested this morning, BFN. I tested this afternoon and feel like there may be a faint shadow but maybe just convincing myself of things that aren't there.
I'll post a pic. What do you think?

My bbt has dropped today, so I think AF is on its way.

Mine too, still above the baseline BBT. Did yours drop below or above the baseline? Which dpo are you? Mine is 11 dpo and I got AF on 13 dpo last cycle.

so my AF is due in 4 days and I tested this morning. Firstly got the ‘positive’ but the test behaved weirdly. Where as they normally soak up urine straight away I couldn’t see it rising for a good minute. Then it started to rise and came up instantly positive. I did a second to reassure me due to the strange way it soaked up and it was negative. Went from feeling super high to super low and now think the first was a false positive. Has anyone else had this?

Hi @Amy341 ! Is the second test with the same wee or did you wee again? Just because if you did wee again it likely wouldn't have had enough of the hormone in it given you'd only just gone a few mins before

I deliberately didn’t drink anything after the first wee and then it was a seperate wee yes 🤣
I wasn’t sure if that was how it all worked though! Just super disheartened! Will have to test again tomorrow I think

They say to hold your wee for 4 hours or more before testing and that especially important when you're testing early. I think best to try again in the morning but if you can't wait then you could hold your wee, try not to drink much and try again this PM! Good luck! 🤞 for what it's worth I think the line from your first test is quite strong and I'd be surprised if that wasn't real

It’s dropped below the baseline, quite a drop from yesterday’s temp. So I assume AF will arrive in the next day or so. I’m 10dpo, usually my LP has been 13 days however this is my first cycle properly tracking since having DS so maybe that has changed the length by a few days.

The Apple Watch wrist temp has gone back to baseline too (from 0.38 yesterday to 0.08 today). It is interesting though that the wrist temp stayed below the baseline until ovulation and then above it until now. Did your wrist temp dip as well?
