Anyone trying SMEP this month? (June 2024)

Hello ladies, just wondering if anyone is planning on trying SMEP this month? Or anyone had success? Going into month 5 TTC and nearly 36 so willing to try anything.

I am 5dpo today. Trying not to symptom spot but it’s hard. Hopefully SMEP works for us but we missed the day after ovulation, hubby was knackered (as was I)

I'm too scared to test for some strange reason that I can't really explain, but my period is now 12 days late, so I think SMEP may have worked 😅.

im 13 dpo today and bfn on test this am so I’m guessing we are out this month.
still part of me hoping for a miracle as an due in 2 days but if not next month is a new month

@fullofhope2024 I’m 12dpo and negative, I’ve had loads of symptoms this month so I was pretty convinced which is gutting. On to another month then.

Just reading through the thread, we’ve tried this method (it’s our first month TTC) I’m 35.

I'm currently only 3DPO, did you get your BFP?

Hi, I never actually got the courage up to take a pregnancy test in the end 🙈, but I had an early scan at 8 weeks and there was a baby in there. I'm now 31 weeks 😊.
