I'm 2dpo and would love some company to get through the next couple of weeks!

I'm on cycle 6 ttc #2. I keep going between feeling really hopeful and optimistic to feeling really deflated and like it's not going to happen. Hoping to stay positive though!

@Mumma8538 I haven't picked a date yet but 10dpo sounds like a good place to start. I was in Boots looking at some CB digital tests yesterday and almost broke down in tears at the thought of how many BFN I've had since we started ttc. I haven't felt any symptoms at all so feeling a bit worried now .

Same! AF symptoms and also 6DPO. I’m not surprised as we only DTD the few days leading up to my predicted ovulation (which I don’t track using OPKs)

For me. I can already feel the symptoms I had last time so I’m pretty certain I’m pregnant again and hope it doesn’t end up in a chemical again as it did last month. If I hadn’t had so many losses I would wait but I think I want to keep an eye on my chemicals too.

let’s see, I might have willpower and wait until closer to my period!

Iv never had one so is a chemical a reading positive on test sticks but then a normal period arrives when it was due anyway. Is it an actual start of a pregnancy? X

Taken a small break from MN after a MMC at 7/8 weeks in February. March was a write off for us as DH away and I'm not the Virgin Mary 😂This is the second proper cycle since MC and overall we have been trying since September.

Not 100% sure of our chances this cycle as we didn't manage to to time it properly due to various factors. We DTD Thursday and I think I ovulated Saturday/Sunday judging from CM so that's either -2/-3 days before Ovulation, we also DTD Sunday so could have possibly got it late.

I think I'm currently 5DPO, I really don't think I'll be able to hold out from testing later than 8DPO so scheduling that in for Sunday.

Not really any symptoms, random boob tingles but I get those most months. a small amount of cramping this morning but I think that's unrelated.

@Itonlytakesone a chemical is a very early miscarriage. Sometimes before the period or sometimes at 5 weeks.

my very first I tested positive and then had a heavy period at 5 weeks. The one I had last month was before 4 weeks and then a Heavier than usual period.

Chemicals aren’t always recognised or recorded by doctors as they believe it’s the body’s natural way of getting rid of a bad egg or one where the egg and sperm don’t make the right chromosomes etc. that is why egg quality is prioritised.

Some women may have loads of chemicals in which case underlying conditions may need to addressed, for example if the egg is fertilised and is good quality but perhaps the luteal phase is too short / low progesterone in that case that needs to be addressed as it a cause of those chemicals.

im obviously not an expert but I have had a number of losses including chemicals, MMC, and most importantly my son who was born spontaneously and died neonatally from severe prematurity so I am naturally more aware of the different scenarios due to experience

Anyone else questioning every little twinge and unusual feeling? 7DPO and my boobs are on fire. They feel really tingly and sensitive which I don’t think I normally have, but I never pay that much attention when not TTC!

Think I’ll do a test tomorrow to see as I got a BFP at 8DPO with my DS.

I'm scared of my period coming it would be devastating, it's just so early yet at 9dpo I'm trying to just carry on as normal as far as everyone else is concerned, it's mad that this is the most dangerous part and the part where you need the most help but we are all sworn to secrecy in this ''2ww & 12 ww '.

It's daft really because if I knew someone was struggling at this stage of a pregnancy I'd be right there to help them knowing how frightening it is. But we go it alone we keep going

I'm not 100% certain when I ovulated, I could be 1dpo or 8dpo! 2 lots of CM and 2 lots of cramps, but the last few days up until today they had been very painful both sides.

This will be #2 for us and first cycle.

4DPO: EWCM, vivid dreams (one after another, non stop), I felt emotional
5DPO:EWCM, vivid dreams, (one after another, non stop), I felt like I could easily cry over little things. Very weak pulling at the right side of my uterus. I think I experienced the second surge of progesterone, BBT reached the highest point of the whole cycle so far
6DPO (Today): EWCM, mostly thick and white, a bit clumpy. I searched online and it could be yeast infection (?) but I don't feel anything down there. BBT dropped a bit but still quite high

Normally I don't have any symptoms during the luteal phase, before and even during AF. I will start to test PdG from tomorrow for 4 days. At this stage, I can assume that my hormone levels are working as they should during the menstrual cycle.
Apart from the symptoms above, I have no more symptoms.

Does anyone have similar experience?

Oh lovely 💔 it is heart breaking for you! But I do think personally some tears do help with processing your emotions and we should let them flow when they come. But you will get your BPF you will you will. Did you buy any? I’m in the same but just could be implantation hasn’t happened yet!

do you use OPK’s at all? As this happened to me and when I look at my tests I had a surge around CD9/10 and had ovulation pain with more CM but had my peak at CD18 and the same ovulation pain and CM so looks like I get symptoms when I also surge .

I'm trying for my first after a MMC at 10w in feb. I think I'm 3 dpo. I'm planning to test on Thursday which will be 9dpo because I'm off on holiday after that. Part of me wishes I could just chill out and not test and not take tests with me and just see if AF turns up when I'm away but in reality I'll be packing multiple tests 🙈 It'll be awkward too as we're going with others who will notice me not drinking but I just don't want to drink until AF arrives.

Also hello to all the others on this thread. It sounds like their has been a lot of tough journeys for a lot of people so just wanted to say I am reading all of the posts on here but I do sometimes get lost at who I’ve answered and who I haven’t- sorry!

update for me is I’m 7DPO and I’m not having any different symptoms which I can get in the run up to AF like cramping/ tiredness . I am getting prepared for if we have no luck and brought myself a thermometer so I have started to temp as I’ve read it’s the only way to confirm if you ovulated after your peak.

@LucyCL that dip in BBT could be promising with implantation? I do get vivid dreams but that’s normal for me in the lutheal phase and CM I still haven’t got the swing of monitoring that and need to do a bit more research as mine seems to be different every cycle 🤷🏼‍♀️

@LucyCL i got the most crazy vivid dreams when i had conceived my son - it was actually one of the things that triggered me to take a pregnancy test, we hadn’t been trying and I hadn’t missed my period, so fingers crossed for you!

Another BFN and AF due this weekend as on CD28😫

Still in out though til AF comes, with my DD I didn’t show positive until 2 days after AF was due !

Would love to join! (Even though it feels like I’m waiting everyday!) Have been TTC for 8 months with no luck as I have PCOS and had surgery to remove severe endometriosis 4 months ago. Irregular cycles so can’t even track how many dpo as it’s all over the place 😭 Have been having periods every 2-3 weeks recently but haven’t had a bleed in 3 weeks now… Took a test this morning and nearly got my hopes up but I think it’s an evap line but I’ve not had them with this test before… Have attached image.

@Mumma8538 thank you, I did cry a lot that day and more since then. I am not feeling any symptoms at all and perhaps 7dpo is too early . I feel drained

@Saraahh hi, is that a pg test?! It looks like a Covid test. I'm just using crappy Amazon ones so I don't buy tests from the shops often though!

I got tested for endo the other year but it ended up being a bowel issue so I was dissected for no reason, hope they got it all out! X

@Itonlytakesone It’s a pg test! Haha, they’re the ones they have in the GP.

I’m glad it’s not endo, but it is annoying they had to poke and prod you 😭 Recovery isn’t the best either. Did your bowel issue get sorted??

Yeah think it got a bit twisted after my dd had been living in me for 9 months! I'm all ok now - well until this time. A pg test great sorry iv never seen one like that before 🤣x

I am sure theres a faint line there
