Today I'm feeling a little on the clouds lol and like I can't remember what I was doing so I will try to remember everything lol
What i did this month TTC
Stopped all supplements wanted to give my body a break to see if these were causing any issues I was taking selenium, folic acid, omega 3 and vitamin D3 with k2 and vitamin C for a good 5 months before TTC ( folic acid for 1 year before ttc)
Ate fruit every day strawberries, oranges, blueberries, pineapple, and pomegranate seeds throughout the whole month
I wore socks on my feet more during the and for bed from the end of my period and still doing it as heard cold feet can affect the womb
Had 2 cups of raspberry leaf tea a day starting from 4th March until 11th March
Did barre workout DVD from 5th - 15th March
DTD every 3 days from the period ended so 5th, 8th, 11th, 14th, I don't track ovulation with OPK or BTT but do get pains
Used pre-seed lube
Legs up in the air for 10- 20 mins after DTD
The difference this month compared to the last 2 months TTC
No painful boobs after ovulation - normally they sore from ovulation until AF
No cramping after ovulation - normally have cramps after but didn't get anything till 6 DPO then since then had cramps on and off
No constant wee this always seems to happen to me before AF comes
My face broke out with acne really bad normally get a few spots around ovulation and period but these are like pimples under the skin and cystic
Sore throat for 2 days 4/5dpo thought a cold was going to come for sure never did
And extreme fatigue from 6dpo and still here now 13dpo
