CD1 entering 3rd month TTC (next fertile window 8th - 17th march)

Would anyone like to join me on the TTC for March 2024

Going into my 3rd month TTC for my rainbow baby after a loss in 2007 at 7 weeks, I'm now 34 (35 in June) and TTC for our first baby with me and my DH

The last 2 cycles my body has played horrible tricks on me, so i have been keeping a log of my symptoms.

I'm not ready to do opks or bbt just yet trying to do natural and less stressful but did have 21 day bloods and day 3 bloods done and the results come back good, i do have PCO cysts in my ovaries and my DH has good sperm he had this tested last year.

the days are dragging so much!! It’s honestly all I think about in these last few days of the tww. It can’t be good for me 😂

@mamataylor with my son I was negative at 11DPO and then got a string positive a day after AF was due and he's 2.5yrs now!

@Grace185 i never tested until after AF with my daughter either! She’s also 2.5 ☺️ it’s only after my mc that I’ve become obsessed with the tww 🙃

@mamataylor I don't normally, just did that cycle as my partner asked if I had 'peed on a stick yet?' Haha. Decided I hated seeing a negative so only test after AF is due now. No spotting here still but feeling very much like AF is coming with an upset stomach!

When would you test?

@Grace185 haha love that. Men never have the same thoughts as us do they 😂 my partner is very laid back about it all too.
when is your AF due? They say period pains can lead to a bfp so fingers crossed that’s the case for you 🤞

AF is due on Saturday so I’ll test on Sunday if she doesn’t show!

@mamataylor yeah I wish I could be more like a man in my thoughts about ttc!
Technically due tomorrow but last month AF arrive that night so I classed it as CD1 but I won't class myself late until Sunday just in case. I'm going away this weekend (UK) but don't know whether to take tests. I dont believe in jinxing things but still haha

Hi all; I’ll read through the chain soon. I don’t know what CD I’m on but I know I came off my period around 13-15 days ago so I’m assuming I’m like CD15-17. I’ve been spotting tiny bits for the last couple of days but only when I wipe! It’s really worrying me. Has anyone had this before?

@Emilyx00 ive had some early spotting this cycle and last just been to doctors and getting my bloods done to check for PCOS, thyroid and CD 21 test to check im ovulating so may be worth a visit to GP to just put your mind at ease

I am TTC for the first time, it’s been three months and currently on my period so feel a bit disappointed it’s not happened this month.
just really want to talk about it and see other people’s experiences as I feel like it’s making me crazy already!
I’ve been told my whole life it’s so easy to get pregnant and to be really careful and now I’m trying it’s not happened yet. I know it’s really early days, maybe I was a bit naive it would just happen straight away.
I have stopped taking hormonal contraception three months ago, using ovulation tests and I’m in my late twenties.
I just keep worrying that there’s something wrong that I won’t know about and I am trying not to get my hopes up.
I know I should just relax and wait!

ah it’s hard deciding what to do isn’t it 🙈 perhaps take 1 test so you know you have it if you’re late and then you won’t have to spend the whole time wondering whether you are or not!

Today's update for me

9 DPO Thur 21st March - woke up with some very mild body cramps have had these ones stay all day making me so extremely fatigued and low on energy how you sort of feel if you have a cold body feels drained (caved and tested BFN 1 hour ago so have been for a few wees and few drinks) was just so worried about this fatigue feel like I want to sleep and only 2pm uk time, still no painful boobs and still have milky discharge when checking cervix

23rd Feb 9 DPO - Felt great in the morning and afternoon, but come evening the left hip and bum pain returned. Feeling very cold and having body shivers, Middle lower back lumber back pain, Nipples hurt to pinch feel very sensitive and bruised.

Hi i have heard some people can spot during ovulation maybe your in your fertile/ ovulation window if not tracking with opk and btt, are you using any apps?

@mamataylor yes I think ilk di that if AF stays away for another 24hrs! Fingers crossed for us both!

Welcome everyone else! @Montelukast I know exactly what you mean about being told it was so easy and be careful! It's actually pretty complicated haha! Hope this is your cycle!

@Montelukast I felt just the same way when I didn't get pregnant the first month trying! I don't know which bc you used but I've always been told that it can take up to 6 months for your body to be completely rid of those hormones.

I am currently around 8dpo and I have noticed literally 0 symptoms. Those who remember; last month I thought I had everything and ended up with around 10 BFN 🤣 I will test on Wednesday.

@Ginny2018 Hope your doing ok? When is AF due for you?

For me this month I didn't really get any symptoms till 6 dpo this month but only slight cramps on and off till 8 dpo

Today 9 dpo been worse constant twinges. cramps and sore belly feeling and horrible fatigue

A lot of milky discharge when checking the cervix

I don't have sore boobs though and last 2 months I did from O to AF

@UnicornPrincessSarah I'm good, thank you! AF not due until Wednesday, so I have 5 more days to hold off! I do feel optimistic though!

When will you test?

@Ginny2018 I tested 7 dpo and today BFN going to wait now till AF is late due anytime from 28th - 1st April

sometimes lack of symptoms can also be a sign aswell

@UnicornPrincessSarah I’m similar in the cramping department just on one side the past 2 days on and off but I know I had this last month so trying not to think into it

Hey guys how's everyone getting on? CD 16 and zero sign of any ovulation on clearblue digital so I'm really worried something is up.. Flo says I should have ovulated Tuesday.. Eugh.

@mamataylor any sign of AF yet? Do you get any spotting beforehand? I never used to before my son but do now but still no sign. If it stays away for another 48hrs I'll let myself think I'm late haha

@Grace185 no signs yet! Due tomorrow. Some months I spot the day before and some months it’s full flow from day one! It likes to keep me on my toes 😂 have a lovely weekend away. Let me know if you test ☺️

I think I'll wait until I'm back if I get that far with no AF :) hope we know know soon!
