CD1 entering 3rd month TTC (next fertile window 8th - 17th march)

Would anyone like to join me on the TTC for March 2024

Going into my 3rd month TTC for my rainbow baby after a loss in 2007 at 7 weeks, I'm now 34 (35 in June) and TTC for our first baby with me and my DH

The last 2 cycles my body has played horrible tricks on me, so i have been keeping a log of my symptoms.

I'm not ready to do opks or bbt just yet trying to do natural and less stressful but did have 21 day bloods and day 3 bloods done and the results come back good, i do have PCO cysts in my ovaries and my DH has good sperm he had this tested last year.

@Rosyposy26 Ah thats good, yes you could be right there as I think if I remember right it can take body sometimes a little while to adjust again after a MC

Hi guys, I'm currently 3dpo I think, my app says I should have ovulated the 13th. We're in a very stressful week so I haven't tracked with opk, we've dtd the 8th, 9th and twice on the 12th. Also today. If I get pregnant this month it's not because we're trying, but of course I still really hope it happens! AF is due the 27th and I promised myself not to test before, only 10 days 😅

@Ginny2018 Hi hope you are good sounds like you are syncing we me this month possible ovulation 13/14th March I'm also due 28th march - 1st of April I would say one of them DTD should have covered you though

Hi guys, I've been using CB digital ovulation tests.. no sign of a smiley yet (cycle day 11) but my Flo app previous ovulation on Tuesday and says I should be fertile today so I'm wondering if we should DTD today anyway even though it was a big fat blank on the ovulation test this morning....

@Ginny2018 sorry to hear things have been stressful, sounds like you're in with a good chance though so hopefully your tww will be calmer!

@MelonSmoothie honestly I would start dtd at that point in your cycle, you might get a really rapid peak, fingers crossed for you

I've woken up to more spotting this morning. 7dpo. After 4 days of spotting at ovulation I'm pretty sick of the sight of my own blood right now. Frustrated 😠

Ah @YorkshirePeridot sorry to hear that, it's so stressful isn't it. I know it's hard to stay positive but you aren't out until AF!

Thanks, we did DTD yesterday but it's a big fat blank again this morning. I'm wondering if buying these was a good idea as it feels like they are stressing me out even more and I'm thinking what if I don't even get a smiley face and what does that mean?! Eugh... I guess I've got a few more days to test though, will try and DTD tomorrow and Wednesday as my husband is away today and tonight. Annoying when life gets in the way isn't it 😂

@MelonSmoothie sorry that’s really confusing. These fancy opks should make it simpler and easier! Have you tried the cheap strips? Honestly I find it simpler!
@YorkshirePeridot Do you normally get spotting at this stage? At 7 dpo it’s quite feasible it could be implantation 🤞

I had my peak on Friday night. We had sex Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Hoping it’s enough but not getting my hopes up. Last chance to be pregnant before the due date of my miscarriage so I’m not sure how I’m going to feel this month when I get my period 😔

Ive got the same pain in my boob that I always get from ovulation the AF so I reckon I’ve probably ovulated. Feeling sad that I’ve wasted this month now taking it easy and even more sad that I definitely won’t have my 2024 baby. I wish I’d still continued trying this month without the tests at least. sigh can’t even be upset about it because I actively chose not to try this month to give myself a ‘break’ and whilst I’ve been relaxed, I’ve been way too relaxed and messed up my chances.

How is everyone else? Anyone testing this week? Anyone still waiting for O? Who is in the 2WW xx

Sorry @Emilyx00 that's really tough but it did sounds like it was a good idea to have a month off. What's your plan for next cycle?

I'm still waiting for O - Flo says tomorrow. I've been using clear blue digital for the first time and that was a blank this morning so I'm not sure if O will even be tomorrow as I would have thought maybe a flashing smiley if that was the case? I'm getting worried it's just going to be blank every day...

@Emilyx00 Sorry to hear you're feeling like this, but don't be too hard on yourself (really easy to say). Have you had any sex this month at all? Who knows, might happen when you least expect it? I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you anyway! When is AF due? Weren't you trying to lose some weight this month? How did that go for you?

I'm 5 dpo today, AF due 27th. Honestly I feel quite calm this month, I'm not noticing any symptoms at all, I don't know if that's a good or bad thing. I promised myself not to test early this month, so won't test until the 27th (only 9 more days!

I've almost finished my job here in the Alps, only until Sunday morning and then 2 glorious weeks of holiday here before going back home to Rome. Really hope to find out to be pregnant before then, so we can take some good news home to our family 😍

@Emilyx00 you never know! When I got my positive last October I’d DTD twice that month, and both times were out of the supposed ‘fertile window’ 🙈 keeping my fingers crossed for you 🤞

I’m 10dpo today, AF due on Saturday. Going to try holding out testing until AF is due!

@Shortcake06 it did cross my mind that it could be implantation given that I didn't have spotting last cycle. It just seems to me that I'm so unlikely to have both ovulation and implantation spotting in the same month and more likely that my hormones still don't know what to do with themselves after 15 years of bc.

@MelonSmoothie it's so weird that you haven't even had a flashing smiley yet. Maybe you're ovulating late this cycle?

Hi everyone - about 5DPO. Zero symptoms at all - not sure whether that’s a good thing as last cycle I had loads of symptoms in my head and it was BFN so who knows! Am going to try and hold off testing until Friday - I am a notorious early tester 🙈

Yeah I won't lie I'm panicking a bit haha but will keep using them and hope something changes....

How are we all doing today

Here is how my TWW is going bit of a long post for you to read but may help me and others in the future to see differences and compare

Flo predicted ovulation on 12th March I had ovulation pain and ECWM on 12th and 13th March, Pre mom predicted ovulation 14th of March

Have DTD 5th, 8th, 11th, 14th, 17th March so far

So if going off the start of pain on 12th March makes me 6 DPO today

1,2,3 DPO no symptoms normally have painful boobs after ovulation not happened at all so far this month

4 DPO Sat 16th March, From the afternoon I had a scratchy sore throat and felt fatigued, Creamy white discharge
Compared to
4 DPO Feb - Woke up with Sore scratchy throat that keep coming on and off, Blocked ears aswell thought i was getting a cold but never did. My belly had felt like i had done a big ab workout but i hadnt. Lower lumber pain, Feeling a bit sad and emotional that day but didn't cry. Bloated belly and also constipated, Tenderness in both boobs

5 DPO Sun 17th March, I Woke up with a sore throat and felt drained and fatigue Vidi dreams in my sleep sat into Sunday, Creamy white discharge
Compared to
5 DPO Feb - Still constipated or have a lack of bowel movement, It Felt like I had a stitch or tight muscle in the left side of the waist and hip area in the front and back of my belly, and my chest feels tight like a rubberband is being pulled on either side

6 DPO Mon 18th March, I woke up with a sore throat and Stuffy nose, and body aches, also period-like cramps in the middle of my lower belly and back that lasted about 1 hour, When checking the cervix I noticed a smear of brown discharge and later in the day yellow discharge. Fell quite fatigued aswell, belly is bloated aswell
Compared to
6 Dpo Feb Woke up feeling like I had been hit by a truck all my muscles ached, Still constipated or having a lack of bowel movement, my Left hip pain felt like a tight muscle and some random shooting pains down my left leg, and my chest still feels tight like a rubberband is being pulled either side

@Shortcake06 I think im 6dpo today, when was your due date for the miscarriage?

@Herewegoagain0 You sound a lot like me this month until 2 days ago when I got a sore throat for 2 days then some cramps today but nothing really like my last 2 months and 0 boob pain after 0 and I always seem to get that from of till AF.

so maybe the lack of symptoms will mean something who knows, be horrible if our body were tricking us again

@UnicornPrincessSarah tbh I have no idea apps say AF due this weekend I have tested and BFN but clue app says end of the month which would tie in with 27 day cycle.

@UnicornPrincessSarah I'm good, still waiting for ovulation. Currently on hols in new york

Oh my that's crazy how the apps can be so different I am due around 28th March myself

Sorry for my silence and lack of contributions, I’ve had a nasty virus and am just coming out the other side. We only managed to DTD last night but I think it was too late and we’ve missed ovulation - I haven’t been tracking this month so it’s hard to tell. Strangely I’ve got brown tinged EWCM today so who knows what’s happening.

Hi @UnicornPrincessSarah the cold symptoms I know can be a positive sign so 🤞🏻 do any of these symptoms match other months Ttc?

I’m not holiday out a lot of hope for this month. Had a lot of stress so weren’t able to DTD until day after positive OPK and then day after that annoying 🙄

Hi I'm good. AF due this weekend and going to test on Thursday. Currently 9DPO. Think I'm symptom spotting like crazy lol. Xx

Hopefully we'll have some bfps in here in the next week 🤞

I've decided that I'm not up to testing on a morning before work, no matter what the test says. So the earliest I will test is Saturday. Last month AF arrived at 10dpo so even making it to the weekend will be a good sign!
