Ovulating!

Hey everyone! Just looking for people ovulating around the same time as me to chat with! I got a high ovulation test today, assuming from other months that I’ll get my peak tomorrow! I do always get ovulation cramps so I can tell before I even test that I’m ovulating! I am getting really sharp pains in my left ovary so I’m wondering if there’s an egg coming from that side! I’ve never had these pains before! I’ve been TTC for nearly 2 years now.. I had a MMC in December of 2022, 2 chemicals in 2023 and then an ectopic on my c section scar in October/November! So this is the first month I’m allowed to TTC after getting methotrexate to treat the ectopic! I’ve been in a few other chats with people around the same dpo as me but they’re all now expecting! So excited for them! I’d love to hear everyone else’s stories ❤️

@Mumma8538 so with my naked eye there’s a very visible pink line. But when I put my torch on there’s like a colourless line up the middle of it? So worried it’s a faulty test!

@Mumma8538 I’ve had faint positives on like 6 different brands! My partner can even he see them and he can never see lines 😂😂 but they still won’t show up on camera 🙃🙃 so still not getting my hopes up just incase

I’m excited for you @Jess1997 I think it’s because the pictures don’t take very well and it’s still early days! They will get stronger I can feel it in my bones

@Mumma8538 no I still don’t believe it and I’ve taken about 20 tests today 😂😂😂 they’re all so faint I’ll feel better when they darken a bit. I also panicked a few hours ago cause when I wiped there was the tiniest bit of blood in discharge which was followed by really sharp pain in the bottom of my back and a few tummy cramps but after some research 1 in 4 women bleed in early pregnancy! And apparently if you have a tilted uterus (I do) you can have really bad lower back pain in early pregnancy!

Oh bless you @Jess1997 I can understand why as the journey you have been through. But bleeding in early pregnancy can be very normal, I had quite a bit with my LG! And I bet if you take one today it will be darker, for some reading I’ve seen it took ages for their line to darken. Maybe after Tuesday when you AF is missed it will feel more real to you

@Mumma8538 I’m waiting on a midwife to call me from the EPU. They’ll probably wanna see me and scan me tomorrow but there’s been some clots so it’s defo a chemical. Got a lovely wee positive digital to make it worse lol

Oh @Jess1997 I’m sorry have they confirmed it as a chemical or could everything be ok and it’s just bleeding at the beginning? That digital makes it harder !

@Mumma8538 I’ve to go up in the morning and get checked. Most likely a chemical. The bleeding is full of clots so I highly highly doubt it could be good news!

@Jess1997 can they def tell you tomorrow what’s going on? This must be a tough time but hopefully you get some answers the morning.
if you hadn’t of tested would you of just thought it was your period a day early ?

@Mumma8538 they’ll probably do a scan, see nothing cause I’d only have been about 4 weeks do my bloods and tell me to retest in a week lol

sounds like you know @Jess1997 exactly what will happen. Well I’m sending positive vibes to you. Do they look into why people have chemical pregnancies ?

@Mumma8538 sorry I thought I replied yesterday!! I had a scan yesterday and they couldn’t see anything! My HCG levels are low and my cervix was open so they said it was just another miscarriage! Glad it wasn’t another ectopic!

I’m so sorry @Jess1997 :( not what you wanted to hear ! But I always think there must of been something wrong so wasn’t meant to be. Here’s to ttc again for us! How you feeling about it

Hi @Mumma8538 sorry I’ve been MIA! I’m doing good bleeding has stopped and my tests are negative! Cycle day 10 and for the first month I think I’m not gonna track my ovulation I’m just gonna let the cramps guide me and I’m not gonna obsess over tests. I’ll buy them if I think I need them. This is easy to say now lol. How’re you feeling?

Glad to hear your ok @Jess1997 must of not been a nice couple of weeks though but I love your positive attitude towards your next cycle ! I’m in the ovulation stage so coming up to my 2ww but I have been away so not sure it will be our ttc cycle but you never know I may of caught it in time!
