Anyone in or approaching their 2WW

Hi everyone, my first month using ovulation strips. Apparently I have had my ‘peak’ so I’m gathering I’ll ovulate in the next few days if I haven’t done already.

Haven’t managed to have as much sex as I’d like but hopefully just one of them will hang around, might try and do it tonight (but I really cannot be bothered) just in case!

anyone else in their 2WW or approaching their 2WW?

I am in shock, 10 dpo and got my bfp!!! Did a normal easy at home test and me and DH saw the faintest faintest faintest of lines (you can't even see it in the photo). So we did a clear blue 6 days early and it is a proper line!

@shohopeful thanks so much for sharing your test. It’s made me feel a little more positive. I haven’t tested again, but I’m cramping a lot today so not 100% sure what’s going on. I might get another test this evening and see! You’re all making me feel excited with your baby news so fingers crossed I can join you.

Fairly confident I got a BFN this morning but only 9DPO so not counting myself out yet. With DD I didn’t get a positive until 11DPO!

I’ve fiddled with the brightness etc and convinced myself I can see a second line but I think deep down I know it’s a BFN!

@moosloverlover I was 10DPO before I got even the faintest line so it's not over til it's over. Keeping everything crossed for you.

@shohopeful thank you girl, I’m really trying to be positive but deep down, I feel like it’s probably going to be negative so trying to avoid it. I’m so sure I can see the faintest line in some of the tests (I held the one I’ve attached near a light at 8/9dpo!) then I look at others and I’m like there’s no line, I’m imagining it.

@Emilyx00 I can definitely see something! Because it's so early I'd maybe try and wait til your first pee tomorrow because it will be more concentrated than the one you pass tonight. Might give you a clearer answer xxx

@Emilyx00 I can see it as well!! See attached my one from this morning where you can't even see the line in the photo (excuse the wee cup in the background), however the clear blues I did at the same time were so much better.

I'm feeling so excited as this is #1, have been having the most hideous time at work (2am finishes every night) so this has just made me smile. I'm being realistic and know that if this ends in the worst case scenario, I already feel positive in knowing that at least I can get pregnant. So I'm feeling so happy right now 😊 no symptoms though apart from the sore boobs still

I’ve taken another test this morning and got a proper BFN! Cannot believe I got so many slight evaps. I took a test last night and it looked positive (I’ve attached a photo) , but the two BFN’s this morning were very clearly BFN. I’ve thrown out the rest of my tests and my ovulation tests. Think I’m going to have a months break to just get my head back in the game. Good luck ladies and congratulations to all the positives xxx

Oh @Emilyx00 I am so sorry. It really does look like a positive line too. Keep us posted on your journey. Here if you want to rant. This is very unfair. Xxxx

@shohopeful thanks girl, it’s so frustrating because of the weird EVAPS. I hope my body isn’t messed up from the MVA in December x

@Emilyx00 I keep telling myself it’s not over until AF arrives but I think deep down, I know it is! I’m going to do the same, get rid of all of the tests and just see how I get on next month, I can’t keep doing it (emotionally as well as financially!)

@moosloverlover I keep doing the same but realistically, I know I’m out. & Exactly!! Financially it’s ridiculous too. Running out to buy more tests because I think I’ve seen a line. How are you feeling? xx

@Emilyx00 I’m okay, I’ve got DD who is only ten months, and I haven’t got my period back since she was born, but this month I had positive OPK, EWCM and my temp did exactly what I expected it to, so I think I’m getting a double whammy of not being pregnant and having the inevitable blood bath of a first pp period 😭 are you okay?x
