Anyone in or approaching their 2WW

Hi everyone, my first month using ovulation strips. Apparently I have had my ‘peak’ so I’m gathering I’ll ovulate in the next few days if I haven’t done already.

Haven’t managed to have as much sex as I’d like but hopefully just one of them will hang around, might try and do it tonight (but I really cannot be bothered) just in case!

anyone else in their 2WW or approaching their 2WW?

@BeWiseZebra ! I had a miscarriage in December and thought I’d get pregnant in January quickly too. Was gutted when I got my period. Now 7DPO really hoping this month is my month.

@Emilyx00 I had no symptoms day 7, did a test day 8 and it was STARK white so I thought that was me done for. It's not over til it's over. Keeping absolutely everything crossed for you xxx

Thank you, I did the test 11dpo and I’m 12dpo today! Not really any symptoms apart from like a mild queasy feeling and boobs are sore. My boobs are sore between ovulation and period usually anyway so that’s not abnormal for me.

@shohopeful you are giving me faith! Although, my boob started hurting not too long ago and had some cramping which I always experience when I’m coming on so I’m pretty sure AF will be coming. How amazing that you got a positive after testing negative though, I bet you were so shocked xx

@Jellybelly888 Aww! They say most symptoms don’t really start until you’re around 6 weeks anyway so it isn’t a bad thing. Sore boobs suck though & I’m hoping I’ll be joining but was worried as one of my boobs starting hurting and I always get there before AF but if you usually experience the same, and you’re pregnant then there is hope for me yet. I tested yesterday at 6DPO (so early I know!) and it was negative. I’ll test again on Sunday maybe but I don’t think I can face the disappointment of another negative xx

Took the plunge and bought a clear blue test last night, this is 12dpo 🩷🌈 Over a year of trying and heartbreak, please stick little bean!

@Jellybelly888 oh that is absolutely amazing!! Look at that solid line. So so happy for you. I'm currently sat with a hot water bottle because apparently a warm belly helps! At this point last time I had very bright red implantation bleeding and as heavy as a light period, but so far nothing today so hoping that's a good sign too. Xxxx

I was due AF today but nothing yet. Haven't tested again because I can't bear the thought of another negative. My cycles have been all over the place so probably will happen in the next few days. Might test Thursday if nothing by then

I'm out. Tested this morning with a clear blue and it was negative. AF showed up half an hour later.

Don't know why but it's hitting really hard this month. I'm 40 now and felt really good about how we tried this month. Thinking it won't happen again for me. I'm super happy to have my DS and love him dearly but really would like another for him to grown up with. This is driving me mad every month and I feel I can't talk to husband about it as he doesn't need the extra stress but it's wearing me down.

Going to have a break I think then get ovulation tests and look into additional supplements or vitamins or anything else that might help

Big hugs @DawnWW , the BFNs never get any easier. You've always got all of us on here talk to even if it is just a one-way vent, it always makes you feel a little bit better.

@Emilyx00 when are you testing? I started today at 9 DPO and bfn. Still haven't ruled myself out yet though. My boobs are very sore right now, however I do get this symptom before AF sometimes as well so I'm not counting it as a symptom.

@AccountingMummy I tested yesterday and today got BFN and a very very very weird faintish line that I’m so sure is an evap because I got a BFN after. Trying to be positive. I’m 9dpo too! Are you going to test again tomorrow?

Tested today (8DPO) and absolutely convinced myself there’s a vvvvvvvfl, trying not to test tomorrow and wait until Friday but I know I won’t manage to wait!

That’s a good plan, I should do the same. I’ve had a couple of negatives too!! I promised myself I wasn’t going to test this early for this reason😂. They’re probably evaps but I’m really hoping they’re not and they get darker.

@Emilyx00 I'm going to post what I got on day 10 for you to compare because I think they look so similar! (I'm no expert of course but I'm hopeful that's not evap!)
