How long did it take you?

With our first it took us a year and a half. Now trying for our 2nds baby and in our third cycle ttc.
With a 20% chance isn't there is a likelihood of conceiving within 4 months for normal couples? How long did it actually take you?

First - 19 months (16 NTNP, 3 actively trying), second - 4 months actively trying

14 months. Had a chemical at 7 months. Hoping to start for no. 2 soon and hope it doesn't take as long!

Age 34 1st month
Age 40 2nd month unfortunately had a MC and complications so chose to stop trying.

I started taking coq10 around 7 weeks ago… I had a very heavy period and I’m still spotting two weeks after period. BUT I feel as though it has done something… day before and day of ovulation large amount of ewcm. I have not had this before so I first thought what is this stretchy mucus. Exactly like raw egg whites… I think it is the tablets. I’ve also had ovary pain in my left ovary, the one that i normally don’t have ovary pain from.
I also started taking vitamin c tablets around the same time.
I am 2 dpo, I’m hoping my eggs are better quality and I will be pregnant, but I’m not going to get too excited. X

DS1 4 years and a round of ivf
DS2 1 month natural conception

33 - 1st Month
36 - TTC still and now on Cycle 9

@40andtrying1 please let us know how you go! Considering COQ10 for when we try for no. 2!

First was conceived was 2nd cycle, ended in mc. Then conceived DS the month after.

Currently ttc baby number 2, and I'm on cycle 6! 3 years older now so maybe that's why, gets upsetting after a while though! X

1st baby - 18 months and conceived via ivf
Trying for second and on cycle 6, had a very early miscarriage last month

1st baby - 1st month
2nd baby - currently cycle 5

I had an ectopic pregnancy before DC1 and that was 1st cycle too however I am almost 5 year older since TTC 1st baby so I'm guessing that's a factor in why it's taking longer 👎🏼

TTC our first, chemical on cycle 2 now on cycle 9, 5DPO.

#1 - 4mth age 23
#2 - 2mth age 26
#3 - 7mth (inc. 2 chem pg) age 30
#4 - 1mth age 33

I know we were very lucky.

Almost 6 years, two cycles of IVF and 6 transfers. Some losses both natural and IVF along the way.

Giving number 2 a go naturally, just see what happens and trying to have no expectations! I’m not ever going through IVF again so will make my peace if one is all I have ❤️

1st (age 29) - 2nd month
2nd (age 32) - 1st month

1st second month , 2nd once , 3rd around 7months -miscarriage , 4th 4months after miscarriage.

1st - first month of trying (age 30)
2nd - third month of trying (age 33)

Less than few days! But all women in my maternal family are super fertil, my sister and all my female cousins got pregnant in few days as me.

1st try.
I was using ovulation testing so we knew exactly when I was ovulating!

Three children and conceived them all on the first month of trying. At the time I would have been in the obese category but didn't drink or smoke and I was 27, 29 and 31 when they were conceived.

All six first month of trying. I've had other battles in life but that particular one wasn't mine.

Third month at 30, first month at 33.

32f TTC #1 for 15 months now with no success.

#1 took 1 month. I was 30
#2 took 2 months after a miscarriage. I was 34.
Currently ttc #3 and on cycle 2. Now I'm 38.
