Thanks @everyone, I really appreciate all your lovely thoughts and messages. It is a shitty time but I’m feeling more zen than I have for a while knowing there’s literally nothing I can do now but wait until Friday - what will be will be and all that. Best of luck to everyone still in it this month (@BB78910 does that include you or has AF shown her trampy face?!) and commiserations to those who are out - definitely agree that October can feck right off xxxx

In preparation for next month. Does anyone know where I can buy reliable early detection tests?

Amazon has one step, easy@home and some frer but I'm sure I heard the frer fom Amazon aren't as reliable? I use one step at the moment, but I haven't heard great things about the amount of false positives they give, although with my stark white tests I find it hard to believe 😅😂

So does anyone know what to use and where from? I am a poas addict after about 10dpo, so something cheap too 🤪 Do local chemists stock frer does anyone know? I'm in NE England if that narrows down anywhere? Thank you

@Catson the boots early ones are good and they're like £3.99 or £4.9[ I think. I've got some frer from amazon they're still my faves and I've never had an issue but we will see!!

I've clearly lost my mind because I've got cough syrup with guaifenesin, brazil nuts and almonds, grapefruit juice and the hot water bottle out ready (for my feet). Throwing everything at this next cycle 🤣

@Catson hahah I used to pile a load of stuff like bodywash and pads but now I just roll straight up to the counter with them in hand 😆
Oh and @JulyT I've heard small amounts of cough syrup with guaifenesin can loosen cervical mucus ie make it more like ewcm which is good for sperm to move through towards the egg lol. I've also heard grapefruit juice can increase ewcm. Brazil nuts and almonds are supposed to be naturally high in selenium which is good for implantation and finally according to Chinese medicine/myth, warm feet equals a warm womb which is also good for implantation!

It's probably all nonsense but hey ho makes me feel like I'm being proactive (on top of OPKs and pre conception supplements of course lol). Maybe I've officially lost the plot!

So I thought I was getting my period. It still hasn't arrived and I did a test this morning (cheap 25hcg supermarket cheapy) and got a very faint line outside the time frame. I also have what looks like watery ewcm but feels like AF. Do I ignore it all? Approx 14dpo. Was expecting AF anytime from Tuesday until today. No sign so far, unless the watery ewcm is a precursor

@Catson what makes you think AF is coming? What symptoms do you have?

@JulyT my usual pre AF cramps and just that feeling. Not very scientific I know

@Catson everytime I’ve got pregnant I’ve been absolutely convinced AF was imminent… can you get hold of an early detection?

@hrhxo I only think I ovulated when I did going by cm. I don't track any other way, so it could be a max of 3 days out, but unlikely

Still no period for me but negative test! My mind is jumping from slight hope to just arrive already so we can go again.

I have had such bad nausea and my usual period chin spots haven’t arrived. Confused!

@Roses12345 not good I’m afraid 😔, was already pretty sure I passed the sac last night though so I was ready for it. Hcg down but not quite halved so back in on Sunday for more bloods but it’s definitely another mc. Totally shit but at least I know now and haven’t got the anxiety of stressing every time I go to the toilet. Will be back in it with the rest of the gang next month 💪🏼 thanks for asking, hope you’re getting on ok? Xxx

@PADonk mm cheese 🧀 😋 well I'm in the middle of ovulating now and also been sleeping with my ex 🙈 but just taking it slow really as to what to do with us now, so if anything was to happen then it happens if not then it doesn't x
