6DPO - I’m going mad!

Hello everyone, basically as the title says. 😂

6th Cycle for Baby #1 - every month we’ve put so much stress on ourselves and i would POAS from 5dpo despite it being too early.

this month we had a more relaxed approach (I say relaxed outside I was relaxed but my brain done overtime) - we used preseed and fertilily cup for the first this month.

got my peak CD14 baby danced CD7, 13 & 14 and never manger anything else and I’m now kicking myself crazy incase it wasn’t enough 😭

anyways, I’ve had absolutely zero symptoms except the tiniest little tugging sensation which I get every month during the TWW & I had been to the doctor for tests due to cramps during my TWW being so severe.

but this month I’m absolute feeling nothing.

I’m trying to hold off until Saturday to test (10DPO) & my partner has hidden my tests so I don’t POAS early 😂 he’s on nightshifts all week and off on Saturday hence why he allows me to have them back on Saturday lol.

as you can tell from my rant I’m losing my mind and need people to joint the rest of my TWW with me 😂😂

BFN on FRER this morning 😫😫 AF due on Weds/Thursday so I think it would be showing positive by now. So gutted! Bring on cycle 4 x

@TTCNoTWO in the same negative in all tests today so just waiting for AF we’d/thurs & I’m on a 3/4 month break which is disheartening but we’ll get out time soon!

I got my 21 days blood results today and it seems like im ovulating well.
Serum Progestrone = 33.9nmol/L 16-28nmol/L - Lowest limit indictive of Ovulation.

so im assuming 33.9nmol is my results.

@TTCNoTWO no, not testing anymore just gunna wait for AF I'm 99.9% sure she'll be here no later than Thursday 🙈

AF arrived this morning! Feel relieved, the wait is more upsetting than the actual arrival of AF (may just be me). Haven't tracked ovulation so onto cycle 3 and will be purchasing ovulation sticks 🤞

Had a stark white bfn on a frer this morning, but just took a clearblue and got this.. i know these tests are terrible for evaps but it came up straight away, don't want to get my hopes up :(
What do you guys think? X

@TTCNoTWO that looks positive to me, it has some colour to it which is encouraging. I'd dry again tomorrow with FMU and a pink dye if you have one. Good luck ✨

@Fairy0708 sorry to hear that. I agree, last month I was thinking about it constantly, when AF did arrive (2 days late!) I felt a weight had been lifted because I could stop focussing my thoughts & energy on it. This month I am trying to be more relaxed & even though I'm only 4DPO I feel OK.

You @Internette there is definitely something on the 2nd picture but with the colour changes it could be an evap. 9DPO is still so early so you're not out.

I do actually see it on the inverted pic @Internette but at 9dpo it's likely just an indent or evap line.

It's, quite simply put, too early to test. While there is a slim possibility of getting a positive test at 9dpo it's a lot rarer than mumsnet makes it seem. It is definitely not the norm.

The most common days for implantation are 7,8, or 9 dpo. Considering your base hcg could be anything between 0.1 and 5, and that hcg doubles roughly every 48 hours from implantation, a negative test at 9dpo means basically nothing.

Try to wait until your period is late if possible, or at least until you're 12dpo+ if the negative tests are causing upset for you.

I'd also highly recommend switching to a pink dye test for early testing. Clearblue are so bad for indents and evaps it can be impossible to tell if its positive or not when the line isn't super strong.

Boots early dedection are supposed to be good. You can also buy Frer online.

8, 9 or 10 dpo* are the most common, got mixed up in my first message, sorry!

Hey all❤️ I have been stalking these posts for what feels like forever! I’m 8/9dpo and BFN this morning with an easy @ home. I slight had crampy pain/tugging at 5/6dpo low down on my left side followed by a slight (TMI sorry) brown/pink bleed which didn’t last longer than a few minutes. I’ve had cramps on left hand side along with intermittent AF like cramps since 6dpo and sinus pressure, headache and dizzy ones since yesterday.

I'm starting to feel a little deflated this month and possibly coming down with a cold. Trying not to be a serial tester which is proving difficult🫣😂

@TTCNoTWO I took one of these yesterday and it was stark white. Fingers crossed for you but I think that is a decent line🤞🏼

Just taking another and it is a bfn so think it was a dodgy test :( x
