Yeah I've been in agony ever since ovulating. It's a really sharp dragging feeling. I am going to text next week and if nothing then I think I need to phone doctors! Reluctantly as I hate phoning the doctors!

It’s so difficult. Probably one of the most demoralising things I’ve had to go through because it’s totally out of my control.

I always thought the digital tests were most accurate? I don’t know why but I always feel that if it was going to be a positive it would have showed regardless of which test I’m taking. I struggle to understand how different test brands can show two different results. It’s literally mind games and I also don't think I’m that lucky of a person to show a sudden positive with another test.

@Mumbrava it seems like a frer and early Clearblues are set at the same minimum hcg to show it but it was strange I’ve had two positives on a frer but that digital was negative. I think all you can do is wait really but that’s just the hardest thing to do at times 😔 always just feeling like I want to fast forward time to be walking out of a healthy 12 week scan!

I am so run down and full of cold. Just as I need to be healthy to dtd. So annoying but I have a few days yet so hoping I’m feeling better in the time frame otherwise I’m a complete no go this month

It’s so common! 1 in 2 I think!

i got good line progression on FRER and 1 - 2 on CB. But then I did another digital and hadn’t progressed and I just knew. When I did another FRER a few days later it had gotten lighter. Hoping yours is implantation 🤞🏼

I’m going into CD7 so starting tracking and getting back to DTD as much as possible 😂🤞🏼

@Misspotterscat thanks, there really is nothing worse than not feeling well when it’s time to dtd is there? 🙄 And if you do end up managing an attempt you both know it is not for fun in the slightest! 😂

@MrsMotts i think those first 7 days of the cycle are the worst, once you’re back to ‘trying’ again it doesn’t feel so bad but then time slows down again for the tww 😂 it’s crazy, if I didn’t have MN I wouldn’t even know a chemical was a thing. I’d obviously know about a miscarriage but I wouldn’t think you could get a positive test for it just to go away! The blood initially started before 4pm, it’s now 1am and I’ve just woke up, most likely because I’m so on edge to go and check! There was still no more blood there. It sounds like implantation bleeding if someone else told me they had it but it really was quite a lot of blood when I first saw it 🤔 Such a rollercoaster when I was just thinking this afternoon how I would get my toddler a big brother thing to surprise my mum and dad soon, then thought ‘oh great, so I just need to keep this quiet and kid on nothings happened’ 🙄

update: just a small amount of dry blood over night. Today is 11 dpo and this is compared to the test from Friday. I didn’t take a picture of yesterday’s but it was somewhere inbetween. I’m now crossing everything that this might not be a chemical 🤞🏼🤞🏼

@BCxx that looks darker!! Keeping my fingers crossed! 11dpo is still so early too so hopefully it gets even darker!

AF due today but it’s not shown up yet 🤞🏼 refusing to test until tuesday

@MrsMotts thank you, feeling a bit more optimistic today, I had written it off yesterday completely so if there’s any chance now I’ll go with that 🙈 going to do my last frer tomorrow and a digital weeks one in the middle of next week which should hopefully be 2-3 by then!

@Bananatoast123 honestly after this experience I wish I had just waited. Even if I’d just done that test today I’d probably have been delighted but because I’ve been doing them for days I don’t really feel happy or sad about it, just don’t know what to think 😂 my boobs were really full feeling this morning, my sense of smell is definitely heightened and I don’t have any cramps now like itl be AF so just having to hope there’s no more blood today! Fingers crossed for Tuesday for you 🤞🏼

@BCxx its awful waiting once you’ve seen a faint line isn’t it… it’s why I’d now rather just see something strong and that’s it!!

Still no signs either way for me… tbh expecting AF to turn up today or tomorrow!

AF has darkened my door once again! Onto cycle 11!

@Bananatoast123 aww no way 😔 gutting! I was working out if it was next cycle we’d literally conceived on like Christmas Day though, that would be nice.. and the drinking thing. Every cloud, hopefully this is your last period 🤞🏼

@BCxx I know! I will ovulate on Xmas day now so hopefully the festivities helps!

It’s frustrating not knowing if it’s just down to chance as to why we are now month 11 (given the average is 12 months) or if there’s an issue like my OH sperm or me structurally! We’ve said we’ll get testing in January but also need to save up for other stuff in 2023.

I’m going to stay positive though 🤞🏼 seeing it as one month closer! Plus got a friends wedding next week so now can enjoy that!

@Bananatoast123 it must be so hard to stay positive but it does seem to just be pure chance. I was glad this was our second, but I know secondary infertility is a thing too. Will you not be eligible for the basic blood tests and stuff at your doctors? If you haven’t seen fab and ell on YouTube you should watch their ttc story. It took them two years in the end because he had a low sperm count but they conceived naturally and it ended up being twins!

@BCxx we called the doctors in August time and she said give it a few months! I did a basic at home blood test and all looked fine, although my amh is within range after Googling I think it looks low (but not like dangerously low). But apparently that’s a bigger impact for IVF and egg collection than for conceiving naturally as I’m still v young! I’ve seen so many like them on YouTube and tiktok and it does give hope! I think we might get private tests early next year just to know it’s all ok! I’m starting to think 2023 is my year 🤞🏼

Hi can I join? We are ttc #2. It took us almost 2 yrs to concieve DS and we started trying again in Oct last year. Got a BFP at the start of dec last year but unfortunately was ectopic and had to have surgery on new years eve. 😭 was partially ruptured so I lost the tube too.
I've just turned 40, and only one tube less so think it's gonna be a difficult journey.
I'm currently CD 14 and had my peak on CD12. AF would be due on Xmas eve so I'm really hoping for a better festive season than I got last year!!!!

I feel so thrown as 14dpo and my period has gone since 8pm yesterday when I had a bath! Usually it would’ve gotten really heavy today. I hate this as don’t want to get my hopes up but also used my first wee of the day so can’t test!

@Bananatoast123 I would maybe test anyway if you're 14 dpo, or see how you get on today and test first thing tomorrow morning. Keeping fingers crossed for you 🤞🏼

@Bananatoast123 oh that's odd. If I was you I'd wait and see till tomorrow morning, then if still no more AF test with FMU. Although think that might take a lot of willpower! Let us know how you get on.

CD12 here. Sorry for the TMI but for the first time in a few months I’ve had noticeable ewcm today! I have been taking evening primrose this month and I can only put it down to this! Fingers crossed this help🤞🏻

I’m now at 10dpi, feeling pretty normal except I’ve had on/off boob pain/aching and itchy nipples pretty much since ovulation. Also had some crazy bloating which is the only symptom I had with my chemical so trying to not read too much into it.

Had some bloods done last week for other reasons- got a letter today saying I need apt to discuss results, I’m fairly sure it’s my thyroid but won’t give me apt until 9th Jan 🙄so if it is a thyroid issue I’m fairly sure that’s me out again this month
