BFN for me today. Absolutely devastated :(:( this was our last month of active TTC as the pressure it’s putting us under is awful. We have still got a fertility appt end of January though

@Knov20 oh I’m so sorry 😢 I also didn’t know chemical pregnancy was a thing until I started ttc and it happened to me. It’s so disappointing isn’t it 💔 it makes you wonder when you can actually start getting excited! Hope you are ok x

I was about to give up with the ovulation sticks as I wasn’t getting a peak…

I think I’m behind a lot of people in the thread. I’ll have a long two week wait as Period not due until 5th January. Anyone else in a similar boat?

Im cd20 today. Still no peak on OPK’s. Don’t think it’s going to happen this month. My levels dipped to 0.13. Just taking another and it’s 0.36. But keeps going up and down without a peak

@Knov20 so sorry to hear. I’ve also had a CP this year and a MC at almost 6 weeks last cycle. Take care of yourself ❤️

@ScotsBaby2 got my peak yesterday so just starting my 2WW now! Due 4th Jan 🤞🏼

@GemLou88 hope you get your peak soon 🤞🏼 I’ve never tried the OPK ones. Have you had anovulatory cycles before? I’ve had a couple through the years - usually when I’m run down, ill or stressed. X

@Nelliepledge I’ll likely have one or 2 baileys but won’t go mad (if I have a drink in front of me it will rouse less suspicion) and then once everyone else has had a few they want really notice. I won’t struggle to get away with it except for NYE. A few family members are getting together - and it’s usually a heavy one when we do (Irish family, guitars, singing etc) so will have to be careful I don’t get rumbled 😂😂

I was 0.13 yesterday evening, 0.62 this morning, 0.83 at lunchtime then 1.41 just before I came to bed.
my digital was showing an empty circle yesterday and this morning it was a constant smiley. I’ve never seen a flashing smiley.

I hope yours turns around too.

I’m CD 21 of a predicted 35 day cycle.

@Hopefulfor4 I had some but nothing super significant, I’m still in shock tbh! my ovulation tests were unusually dark for this time in my cycle, they are usually faint after ovulation so I had an inkling as I have read that can be a sign for some women, I also had the tiniest amount of brown spotting last night, had a little diarrhoea this morning (sorry tmi) and a sore lower back over the last few days, and the other thing was ketchup tasted really weird, like really acidic and I usually love ketchup, so I had a feeling but at the same time I have had other months where I felt like I was and I wasn’t!!!

11 DPO at the moment according to clue app... testing on Friday, Eeek! I have tender boobs and the odd twinging in my abdomen area but could quite easily be AF!

Due at the weekend ish. But feeling crampy. Did do a test but bfn which was silly as I could be only a week past ovulation but possibly 9 or even 11!? (I don't Use Opks do it's all guess work depending on my ewcm and other symptoms!). X

@Roxybabe aaaaawwww congrats - that’s so exciting

So what I thought was the arrival of af a couple of days ago didn’t progress beyond 0.5 day of light spotting. I did a test this am (different time zone) and there is definitely a line but I could only get my hands on a very cheap looking local branded test so not sure how much I trust it. The line also seems faint for what I think would be 16dpo. We are travelling tomorrow so will try and get a clear blue or something of the sorts. Arghhh don’t really feel any wiser 😏.

@Saturnsmoon thanks hun, it’s a little early for me to be getting excited but i’m literally crossing all my fingers and toes! Hopefully its just a dodgy test and you’ll get a darker line on a decent brand 🤞 or could it be you ovulated later then you thought!? Either way, fingers crossed for you!

Anyone struggle to get a peak opk? I'm supposed to ovulate today or tomorrow and yesterday my tests looked like they were on the rise and this morning its back down again. I'm temping and still no rise there either but I know thatbonly happens after ovulation. I've been taking opks a few months now and have never caught a peak. I have a DD and got a peak no problem back then. I'm testing multiple times a day to catch it but now wondering if I'm peaking through the night?

@MrsMotts not that I know of. Though to be honest I haven’t needed to track O much. When I was trying for my son we caught first cycle, that went on to be a mmc, the first cycle after that was a chemical and then after that we caught straight away with my son. So have been very lucky in that sense. When I conceived my son I did ovulate on CD26. I only came off the pill in October, I tracked with OPK’s last month and got a peak with a static smiley on clear blue. Tested again this morning. Seems to be rising slightly again. Empty circle with CB but I’ve woken up with EWCM so hopefully that’s a sign O is finally on the way 🤞🏻

@Stilltobeseen I’ve been obsessively testing this month to try and catch O but nothing. Rising then falling levels but never a peak. Fingers crossed O comes for you

@Stilltobeseen I've never got a positive from an OPK. I tried the digital one a few times and got the flashing/static smileys but found it was making me obsess. I use ovusense now and just temp.

Which has been a bit odd this cycle. I usually ovulate on CD22/CD23 so didn't start DTD until CD 17. Low and behold I my temp spiked on CD 18. Hoping we didn't miss it. No idea why it was earlier unless it's because I started taking Shatavari to add to my daily collection of supplements.

@Nelliepledge I know it's probably totally the wrong thing to do but I'll be drinking as normal over Christmas/NYE. I had a couple of cycles of not drinking and I missed the social aspect. I've cut down on caffeine and heavy weights, but I'll wait til Jan to stop drinking.

Good luck to everyone testing in the next few days. My TWW brings me up to NYE so still a long while to go.
