Ovulation Day - anyone want to join me during the TWW?

Cycle 1 TTC baby #2. Baby #1 was conceived 4 years ago on the 3rd month of trying, but I had a CP on the first month. My LH peak was yesterday so I'm guessing today is ovulation day. DTD 4 days ago and 2 days ago, and going to again tonight just incase I have my timings slightly out. I'm an obsessive early tester and so will no doubt be testing from 8DPO onwards - I got my positive last time at 8DPO 😬

Anyone else just starting their TWW?

I'll update tomorrow morning after I test! I started off saying I'd test at 12DPO, then 10, now 9 😂 too impatient for my own good!

I've tested this morning and it looks like there is a very very faint line there. My fiancé and I can see it but it's hard to capture on camera - I'll upload a live one and one where I've tampered with the settings but I'm not sure you'll be able to see!

I've never tested at 9DPO before so not sure how faint lines usually are - last time I tested at 12 and it was obvious!

I'm feeling cautiously optimistic! We'd love a baby. Our last (and first ever) pregnancy ended in a loss in June - it was ectopic so if this is positive we should get a scan at 6 weeks to check it's in the right place. I don't think I'll be able to relax at all until then!

Physically my boobs are very sore, some very mild pressure in my lower abdomen but that's about it!

@NalaNana definitely a line to me too, congratulations!! My first pregnancy about 4 months also ended in a loss so totally understand the cautiously optimistic feeling. Fingers and toes crossed for you, keep us posted! X

I’m currently on day 3 of spotting but no full period yet. I experienced exactly the same last time I was pregnant so not ruling myself out yet. I’ve also developed shooting pains in my boobs since yesterday evening. Could be something, could be nothing! 🤷‍♀️

@ChipAndDip the symptoms I had yesterday are gone so not feeling too hopeful anymore 🤦🏻‍♀️ but I’m sure my symptoms went for a bit last time I was pregnant too but I didn’t write any of it down so I can’t remember 🤣

@ChloeN I’m not sure whether referring back to my notes is making me symptom spot more or less tbh! But it is interesting to see the spotting started on exactly the same day and it’s exactly the same type.

I think it’s normal for symptoms to come and go, especially so early so I wouldn’t worry if I was you. And anyway symptoms can be so misleading, I think I’d rather have none and not get my hopes up!

@ChipAndDip I suppose if you know it’s definitely a new symptom it’s easier to get excited! I keep thinking of testing tomorrow to get a negative result and then stop thinking about it for the rest of the week! But then I’ll be thinking oh it’s just too early you might still have chance so I’ll be no better off 🤣

Well I couldn’t hold out any longer, tested this evening and have a faint positive! 9DPO used a clear blue rapid test.

Won’t be testing again until post AF as although not experienced myself, but fully aware how common miscarriages are so not point getting too excited

Symptoms I had over the last week: constipation occasionally, needing wee’s in the night, disturbed sleep (awake for a good 1hr half when I don’t normally have issues sleeping), very mild dull cramping, and twinges in my c-section scar, moody, napping.

I’m only 2dpo, I probably won’t be symptom spotting because in all 5 of my pregnancies I’ve never experienced any symptoms until at least 5 weeks.
Although I will possibly be on the lookout for waking in the middle of the night to wee, I’ve had that with every pregnancy from before missed AF, and is always what has prompted to test

I’m 6DPO had really bad mood swings like the day before AF is due. Is that an implantation symptom? Never had this before this early in my cycle
