Hiya, I wondered if anyone can offer some advice... this is my first month ttc after coming off the pill last month. I have been doing opks and have finally had my peak yesterday and so I am assuming I will ovulate today. I'm just a bit worried because I don't really have any CM (I have barely had any since coming off the pill) and I've heard that sperm doesn't survive long without it. Does anyone else who know more about this than me know if this is really an issue? I am guessing it's because my hormones are still getting back to normal post pill. I was just really hoping for that EWCM today!

@BirdIsland looking at the graph I would say you ovulated on the 4th xx

@imy I think it's probably because you've just come off the pill and it can take a bit of time to get your body back to normal. However everyone is different so you never know. I'd count this as peak fertility and get trying and see what happens 😀

So premom has recorded this as 0.84 but I can't help but feel from the line it's a peak reading?

@kizzy97 I'd say peak! I think Premom only shows peak on the next day when the next line is lighter so it'll then show today as your peak. Does that make sense? So you'll show this as 0.84 then tomorrow if your line is lighter, today's test will change to your peak test instead of 0.84. I'm sure mine's done that before.

@BellaTheDarkOverlord I thought that! Managed to snag him earlier just before I tested (this is my second test today) don't think I'll be able to snag him again as he's still not feeling too good so will just have to hope that's enough! 😬

I am 7dpo and very disappointed in myself for doing a test today, BFN ofc.

Miscarried at 13 weeks in March, chemical in May.

Ive done the exact same thing don't worry! Sorry to hear about your losses, I've also had two this year, time somehow doesn't seem to make it any easier. Currently 9dpo and also did an early test this morning which was bfn but at least I didn't spend all day wondering! Not sure what's worse tbh!

@anotherscroller thank u, yea it’s been a struggle, we are together 11years, married 6, ttc 5 😳
we even dont go out so much anymore, just hate stupid questions “it’s your time” “when are u having a baby” etc, most of our friends have children, some older, some babies and I really try to avoid contact with most of them at the moment as I just mentally can’t keep dealing with it, especially when the hubby is around. He seems quite chill with it all but I know how much he wants his own, he’s just very good doesn’t want me stressing. I haven’t told anyone we are trying as I like to keep private things to myself.

Have you had any tests at all? I had a first appointment at Tommy’s recurrent miscarriage clinic last week for some blood tests.

To the girls testing loads, don’t feel bad. The tests are so easily accessible. I have done so many in the last 3 days. 11dpo with cramps for the last week and all tests negative. Few more days till AF or hopefully BFP!

I had an awful sleep last night. Kept waking up. Very, very weird dreams. Had night swears as well - my legs were so sweaty mast night. It's winter here so it's not hot lol
Had more cramping last night too and felt a lot like AF coming 😩 I think I might be out

Hi everyone I have stalked your thread start to finish like a POAS addict trying to love vicariously through you all. But as they say, if you can't beat them, join them. Pretty sure today is O day for me. On a strange and different TTC journey this time compared to with the DC I already have. We are having to use AI and partial AI. It has been a roller coaster journey over nearly 5 years. Getting pregnant on contraception 3 times and miscarrying each time, then coming off contraception as we do both ultimately want a child together to go on and miscarry twice more. GP is not interested as I have 3 DC already. So we are upping fitness, getting vitamin levels up and being proactive rather than ntnp as we previously were as our chances of conceiving were pretty low. Well anyway, that was as brief as I could manage. Hoping to hold out until 9th August to test if we get there. We have set dates past AF as I have always suffered from a lot of CP, even with my first husband etc and it is easier to just have a "late" AF than keep seeing a BFP only to start spotting a few days later.
