@Peonies94 thank you I hope so too! No ovulation yet but I think it’s close. Lots of ewcm today and OPK this morning was 0.22 after 5 days of 0.1s so I’m hoping it’ll be higher this afternoon and maybe even peak this evening as that’s normally my pattern.

@Peonies94 ah so glad 12 week scan went well, such a relief to get to that milestone! Hope the sickness settles for you now a bit too.

Only CD5 for me, feels like a long road to go to even get to ovulation but results of the hysteroscopy came back and everything is fine, no big C which is such a relief. DH also has decided to get a sperm test just to rule that out as well, and I think we're going to do a better job this month as the last few months haven't been great with DTD. Friday he had covid so we only managed to do it on day of ovulation, and then post my op we had the same thing, so going to try and give this month a good go!

Does anyone take evening primrose oil for EWCM?

My chart is just utterly ridiculous at this point 😂

I think I'm 5/6dpo today. I couldn't use my sensor at the crucial time and have missed two days which is annoying, but surprisingly I still got a confirmation. By my OPKs I think it was Monday I ovulated.

@MO22 glad you had the all clear! Also good to cover all bases with testing so you're not wondering 'what if'.
I did take evening primrose this cycle as I had some in the house. I had barely any EWCM last cycle, and did notice quite a lot this cycle. I did get some spotting during ovulation which I have never had before- not sure if that was the EP or just an anomaly, but it's the only thing I did differently.

@LuckyMoonstone gosh, I totally get your frustrations. That chart is very unhelpful 😅 is it usually that variable?

@theblueflowers that's great that I confirmed with the missed data. And a great rise! Very impressive DTD as well. My partner is sad we potentially don't have to do that anymore 🤣🤣

@Loz365 this is my 3rd cycle charting and it’s definitely been the most incoherent. I feel like the heat may have played a part, and maybe some stress (I’ve been a bit stressed the last couple of weeks)

Unfortunately i've had it confirmed by EPU that I'm having a miscarriage. Going to take some time out to recover but I'll be back with you ladies soon to start charting again once everything has settled down.

Morning ladies, hope everyone is doing ok.
Just had a boring timing question.
After having a few months where we only managed to DTD on ovulation day (covid, operations etc!) we've really tried to make an effort to do every other day in the FW
We DTD the day I got a positive OPK but annoyingly couldn't do yesterday which I think was ovulation.

Should I still do today or do you think it's too late?

Hi @MO22 hope you are okay. Looking at your chart I would say that you have very much already ovulated, so today would be too late. The coverage that you did get looks great though!

Thanks @theblueflowers - I agree, definitely ovulated yesterday and I got my peak the morning before (and then immediately DTD) so I think it's probably too late too for today... Kicking myself for not doing it yesterday but can't change that now.

@theblueflowers Also I know you tried EPO - did you stop taking it post ovulation? That's what I've read, so was going to stop now, but it's hard to find conclusive stuff online!

@MO22 they always say that DTD before ovulation gives you the greatest chance, so try not to worry about it!

Yep, I took EPO up until ovulation and then stopped. I can't remember the source, but I read that it can impact implantation which is why it is not recommend in the luteal phase. Did you find it helped you?

I'm okay thanks, CD5 over here. Had what looked like such a promising chart last cycle, but no luck. I'm still struggling to shake off the disappointment to be honest, but hopefully in a few days I can start being a bit more positive about this one.

@theblueflowers you're probably right, I just wanted to make sure we gave this month as good as go as possible. Ah well, we shall see.

I had the same experience as you last cycle, symptom spotted etc and was very disappointed, took me until this week (FW) to finally feel more positive again. I was trying to look for positives this cycle - I seem to be ovulating a bit earlier (CD17) which at least means it's a week less bloody wait each cycle! So maybe it's worth trying to do that too! When are you due to go into FW and ovulate?

With EPO I def felt more "wet" (TMI) but I still don't really see much "egg white" - I do see it being a bit stretchier but still white so not sure what's going on there. I will stop taking it now. I'm not worrying about my LP being too short at 11 days, I expect that will be the theme this cycle 😂

@MO22 that's great that you ovulated earlier! I think that's one of the things that gets me down- my last cycle I didn't ovulate until cd22. Slightly better on the cycle before at cd24 so maybe it is going in the right direction, but the next chance feels so far away.

I've got a bit of a wait potentially, but as I'm on metaformin, my consultant also said that it could normalise my cycle, so I always feel like I have to test for ovulation early, which is such a faff!

@MO22 definitely do it today! I’ve recently found out that I ovulate 2 days after a positive OPK, not 1 day after like I thought

@theblueflowers what dosage are you on for metaformin? I went back on it and was taking 1000mg and then last month upped it to 1500mg (that's the highest dose I was on pre MMC) and it's definitely worked to reduce the time back down to CD17. When I got pregnant last year it was from a CD17 ovulation and I had just started myo-insotol as well. It takes a bit of time but it's great that you are on it and hopefully you'll see that time reduce. I ovulated CD21 in June and then with the additional dosage in Jul and aug it has been CD17. Sorry that's a long winded way of saying, hold on, it should help!

@LuckyMoonstone you are probably right, it can't hurt! Will see if I can coax DH for one last time before a break lol. How did you find out it took you two days? How is everything else with you?
