Ermmmm 6 weeks, my hcg on draw one was 21,000 xx

Repeat scan today wasn't good, not much change from Thursday so they've said I definitely haven't responded to the letrozole. They want me to increase the dose next cycle in the hope that will work.
Now to continue monitoring for ovulation at home and hoping it'll still happen! CD17 today, last month OvuSense confirmed it on CD24 so hopefully it'll be similar this month 🤞
Pretty gutted the medication didn't work though 😢

@Loz365 oh no I'm sorry! They did this to my friend too, they put her on too lower dose and it had little impact :( the upped it the next month and it worked though I know that isn't much consolation now xx

Yeah! Mine was 40,000 and I’m 5 +6! I was wondering if that seemed normal! It’s within the normal range according to Google, as there was a huge variation between the lowest/highest for 6 weeks! My scan is now on Wednesday! It’s been moved a little, but they seem less concerned as the pain hasn’t worsened just stayed the same!

@Moosh18 i wasn’t sure if it was really high or normal! Ohh gosh! 👀I googled it and it seems within normal range, but in the higher side! I could be 1 or two days later than that, but no more than thst!

Haha it can vary so so much, I freaked myself out over levels and wish I hadn't! Mine didn't double in 24 hours onlt rose 1200 but they say a scan is much more reliable, and all was well on that so hoping it is!

High hcg levels like yours can indicate twins 😆😆😆

This cycle is so frustrating! I'm ignoring the ovulation window because my temps are going down now. I had what I thought was a peak OPK on Sunday, but I'm still getting really high readings on them when normally they drop right down after ovulation, so I just don't know what to think. Could be the metaformin playing with me?

I know I need to be patient, and am hoping last nights temp was my dip before ovulation rise, but the uncertainty of it all is stressing me out. We were trying SMEP but because I kept thinking I was getting a peak we've DTD so many days in a row that I'm getting sick of it 😂

@Peonies94 thanks, staying positive that the high dose will work! Also that's an impressive hcg result!!!

Interestingly I've had a static smiley on CB and OPKs are rising this morning which doesn't make sense... she did say the was one follicle she could see but said my lining was thin and it wasn't a big enough follicle to be ovulating soon so who knows what's going on!

@theblueflowers that's frustrating, it could be the metformin. I'm very impressed with your dedication to DTD!! Not surprised you're exhausted 🤣🤣

@Moosh18 it’s horrible when your made to worry over nothing isn’t it!! But so long as everything is okay on the scan!

oh dear! I have a scan tomorrow so let’s see! 🤣I just hope it’s healthy and looking good! Could I see heartbeat flickers, or is it too early? I have another scan in 2 and a bit weeks!

@theblueflowers i feel you! That use to happen to us all the time, constantly thinking it’s coming so let’s cover todsy, and then before we knew it we’d covered a week (dtd every day) and then didn’t even ovulate for a while later! By the time I saw ovulation I was sick of it!🤦🏻‍♀️

it went well! So I have a cyst that is exactly where the pain is, she said that explains that! I’m just so relieved I know the reason for the pain! Other than that all well, even the start of a little flicker of a heartbeat! She dated me as exactly 6 weeks ☺️!

@Loz365 🤞🤞🤞! Really hope it means your about to ovulate!

We had it confirmed this morning that our babies heart stopped beating two days ago... it's a perfect beautiful little baby, but it's heart just gave up for some reason, I am totally broken, we should of had our 12 week scan next week and been telling people.

Morning, how is everyone today?

My temp is still on a dip... had a near positive OPK yesterday but don't think it was quite high enough. App registered it as 0.85 and then it dropped right back down again. Off to pee on more sticks to see if there's any sign of a peak today!

@Loz365 my temp would always dip the day before OV,

Do you guys think ovusense can predict right fertile window with irregular periods? I will start tracking again after first period I think but I don't want to be using opks etc I just want to temp I think x
