@Sassy144 not convinced it isn’t left over though. I’d have had to have ovulated very soon after the miscarriage, as I am only CD23 post MC…

@Mfinch225 I had a miscarriage with my first pregnancy 3 weeks ago. I was keen to start trying again straight away as the nurse said I would be my most fertile but then I realised if I was successful, the due date would be end of December and I need to travel back home (my parents live in diff country) for Christmas which cancels a due date of January out too due to flying restrictions in 3rd trimester. I would have ,but this Christmas we were planning a big family get together as my sister travels back from Australia in the first time in 3 years and I have not met my two nieces yet and would hate to miss Christmas with them all. So now I'm kinda raging as I'll have to wait a couple months to TTC again and I'm afraid in case I'm wasting precious time as it took us 9 months to become successful with recent pregnancy. Ah the joys of life and planning lol

@Mfinch225 I know how you feel. It's hard to put it off, it's fine if you fall quickly when you start trying again, but there's always the worry it won't happen that way. We plan to start trying around June/July and hoping for the best. This forum is so good for sounding out our worries and knowing we're not alone in our thoughts x

Joining back in this thread, I was on here a while back with a different name. I took a break for MH reasons.
I’m on CD12 of cycle 3 after MC and due to previous long cycles, my app says next week is fertile week with ovulation around CD 20-21. But I’ve noticed a little bit of ewcm today and a high cervix so I’m going to start ovulation tests tomorrow. It would be great to go back to 28 day cycles instead of 34!

I'm away tomorrow for a holiday with friends. AF is due halfway through. So I'm either going to be doing a secret pregnancy test, or being a big hormonal AF mess. But either way, I'll be surrounded by good pals.

@Tofu35 that’s a good situation to be in really- you’ll either be having too much of a good time to worry about testing/symptom spotting, or if you do test and it’s neg (or AF) then you’ve got your mates with you to cheer you up!

Hope everyone is ok today. I caved and tested this morning, AF is due tomorrow. I only had a clear blue digital test left in the house and got the error symbol 🙈 that will teach me for testing!! Going to buy some FRER later and tomorrow or Sunday. I would like to hold out as long as I can, the only reason I caved this morning is I’m supposed to be on a hen do next weekend xxx

@curliegirlie if the squinter is relating to your MC I didn't get a completely blank test till after my first AF xx

@WorriedD93 mine were completely negative at what I thought was 10DPO. I next tested on around 13DPO and got a faint BFP xx

Ahhh I know, thank you @Sassy144 and @calimc83 I’ve been so chilled about it all this month but now my mind is in overdrive and I can’t stop thinking about it 🙈 I know we are all like this at times I guess. I just ate a whole Easter egg, probably not the best thing to eat but needed the comfort ha! Xxx

@Lottie2267 I was exactly the same! Had a chilled month..but those last few days were torture. Was completely obsessing 🙈...hope the Easter Egg was good! 😜 xx I'm now obsessing over line progression - I have so many one step cheapie but don't know if it's good for my mental health to keep testing?! 🤷‍♀️ x

Why does Easter egg chocolate taste so much better than regular stuff @Lottie2267 are you testing again today or waiting until tomorrow when AF is due?

@calimc83 ahhh it’s just awful isn’t it 🙈 hahah it was lovely thank you, feel like it’s given me a boost of energy! I’ve been awake since 3.30am 🙈 awww bless you, it’s so easy to want to keep testing and see the line getting darker, especially after suffering loss. How many weeks do you think you are? Do you think you could book in for an early scan in a week or two to put your mind at ease? Not sure if that would help or not though 🙈 it’s so hard to know what’s right xxx

I think I will test tomorrow morning, I will leave it today as I drink so much water during the day I think it might be too dilated to test later xxx

I finally started properly bleeding last night :D It only took 55 hours haha. It's so weird to be happy to be starting again. Next goal is to get negative tests and hopefully I will ovulate again in the next two to three weeks! I'm looking forward to having a gin tonight and being able to work in the garden next week without having to worry about being pregnant. Small positives.

@Lottie2267 I'll be 4 + 3 from last AF. But I know I'm more like 2 weeks..i think I ovulated quite late. I dunno. I had one last time at 7ish weeks and saw a heartbeat then lost it at around 9 weeks or so so not too sure what's best 😬..I think I probs need to stop testing every 12 hours or so though 😆😆 xx

I’m just amazed that HCG from a 4.5 weeker can be so resilient and hang in there for over two weeks from having dropped to 27miu. I don’t do patience well right now!

@curliegirlie yep sorry 🙈🙈..but I did tell my EPU about what was happening and they scanned me again. Had a tiny bit of retained material that was causing the positive tests, that went with my AF x
