@Louisa89614 @Lizm1990 hi cycle buddies 👋 tested again, BFN so I think I'm out 😞 I had a weird cycle from the get go - creamy EWCM after O and loads of symptoms after O that have now vanished. I don't want to test again but I probably will just because I'm not sure I can wait till AF arrives! Has anyone else been having symptoms?

BFN again for me 😭 no more testing for me this cycle!

Just checking in to see how everyone is doing, I'm away with my in laws this week which is a nice distraction. I'm due af this weekend. No symptoms at all that I had before so I don't have hope this month. Though I had a nosebleed yesterday which I never have but that's about it.

It’s so hard isn’t it logical part of my brain knows there is no point testing early as it doesn’t change anything…but TTC just does something to us all! Lots of us due AF this weekend, surely one of us will get a BFP! Fingers crossed for us all xxx

Im still spotting, but it’s been mixed with ewcm and my cervix is unreachably high… but negative opk! Still blank circles on Clearblue too :( I’m kinda hoping I tested too late and that’s why it’s not picking anything up, and that ov happened when I first started bleeding on Monday. I’m not meant to ov until fri/sat but if I did ov somewhere around sun/Mon then that’s going back to normal pre-MC ovulation times so it’s not impossible. But I’m worried that bleeding means an anovulatory cycle as I had it last cycle around same time but couldn’t catch a static smiley (at least got flashing smileys last time though). Argh it’s all so confusing! I’m glad I’ve got my docs appointment on 21st.

Im getting some feelings or symptoms and some are the same as when I did get pregnant before but some are different. Im trying my hardest not to get my hopes up but it’s so hard, especially when I’m feeling things like pulling and twinges in my stomach, getting a stuffy nose and sore teeth all of which I had last time. The issue I have is I genuinely can’t tell when AF is coming as I’ve not taken any notice of the signs my body gave me in the past as I’ve literally had 3 AFs after coming off the pill and I just don’t remember. Some of what I’m feeling could very well be AF coming but it also feels like when I found out I was pregnant so got no idea really! Guess I will no more this weekend, the urge to test is so real but I worry I’ll be really down as I was when we tried last year. Just hate the roller coaster of emotions!

@LuckyMoonstone sorry that sounds tough. I hate feeling out of control after MC and not knowing what body is doing. Fingers crossed the doc can help.

I find it easier during the day once I’ve managed to not test with FMU…I drink so much water that I can’t manage to hold more than an hour during the day so know it’s pointless testing. But now at night I’m just anxious about testing again first thing! I want to wait till Saturday when/if AF is due but so hard!

@Lizm1990 I hate testing early! Next cycle I will defo not be testing till at least 12dpo. I knew I had a dodgy cycle this month, I wonder if that's to blame!

@calimc83 10dpo 😢 tested with a FRER and an absolute bfn so that's me defo out. No more testing, I can't take it!!! How are you doing? Are you still testing?!

@Louisa89614 well I seem to be having a lot of ewcm as well as the light bleeding which makes me feel a bit more hopeful that it’s ovulation

@calimc83 I'm 11dpo and I did indeed test this morning and I have a faint line on a FRER 😭 so now I'm all 'are you an indent 🤔'. Same thing happened last month and AF came as expected so I'm not jumping up and down just yet. Cheapie is negative which makes me think it's a indent. I'm fairly sure it's an indent. It's got to be an indent. Le sigh.

@bunnykins123 urgh an indent got me last month, so annoying! Post a pic though and we’ll have a look

I seem to be suffering massively from cheapy indents - three in this past week!

And latish last night I got the top cheapy, which looks much closer to a ‘proper’ line, but this morning, I got the bottom one which looks like an indent again and the frer is depressingly snowy white - and would definitely have something pretty obvious if that top cheapy were real 🤯😭. CD30. I am not one to symptom spot, as I’ve never really had symptoms before or during pregnancy, but my boobs have been feeling sensitive this last couple of days. I think this month and the MC has officially turned me stark raving bonkers.

@bunnykins123 and @curliegirlie I’m sharing your frustrations! I got another whisper of a line on my last IC so followed up with a FRER which was completely negative. Not even a bloody indent! So thinking that’s me now for sure. I think I’m going to take next month off just to give my body a break from this stress.

@curliegirlie that’s so annoying, even I see a line on the top one! It’s easy to see how some people get given false hope.

Hi girls, i started spotting today so I think it’s the start of my period 😔, it’s not getting heavier but I don’t want to get my hopes up thinking it could be implantation bleeding. I will just have to see what happens tonight / tomorrow. It’s hard mentally and I can totally appreciate @Louisa89614 giving yourself a break, it’s full on TTC thinking about it all the time

Argh i cannot get any kind of result on a OPK stick or on a clear blue digital! Totally negative. Yet I have loads of good quality ewcm and cervix feels perfect for ovulation. Why can’t anything just work normally for me 😫

@Lizm1990 sorry you’re spotting. I know we’re not out until AF arrives but think we all feel a bit done with this cycle it seems. And @LuckyMoonstone you’re the other side still waiting to O. I know my OPKs definitely seem fainter since MC and almost blank to begin with and then just peak out of nowhere so just keep on. Gets frustrating though. Counting surgery as Cd1 I didn’t get a positive opk until cd30, and then this cycle cd17 xx

@Louisa89614 it’s so weird to not even have a flashing smiley yet though! Last month ovulation was CD 20 with flashing smileys for a few days before. I’m on CD19 today and all the perfect physical symptoms but no smiley! It’s like I’ve got no hormones 😣

Sorry if this is a bit TMI but we are trying a mix of regular sex and some at home insemination, I.e. using a cup and a syringe! It helps take some pressure off as I find that if we have too much sex we both get a bit fed up of feeling the need to perform lol.
Has anyone tried this method before, or know of anyone else’s success stories? I just wonder how effective it can be when you’ve got to try and shoot it up there out of a syringe 😂 doesn’t feel like it’ll get where it needs to be lol

@LuckyMoonstone I had exactly that this cycle. Loads of EWCM and static face which is so unusual for me. I ended up getting a flashy one day then static the next 🤷‍♀️ I have been known to have 8 days of flashies so this is very unusual to me. I have read about the self inseminaton - is there any reason why you're considering it?

@Lizm1990 I'm so sorry you're spotting. It's so exhausting isn't it. Did it progress to be AF? I've seen quite a few ladies on this forum have spotting before bfp so don't loose faint just yet 🤞

@curliegirlie oh wow I can see lines on all of those, especially the top one! Have you thought of going to the GP to get a blood test done?

@calimc83 I have decided not to test again today. I tested again last night and I can still see a faint line but it's just making me really anxious because if it is something, it's too faint to get excited about 😞 to see it I literally have to stand one 1 leg, hand on the head and blink several times 😂 so I think it's an indent. Maybe I just have low level HCG 🤔

Flashy smiley this morning, on CD20!! God I hope it goes static quick, I can’t take a whole extra week waiting to ov. This is v late even for me. I’m gonna keep doing them twice a day.
Insemination is just an extra really. We really don’t have the energy to DTD every other day for a week, and usually longer as I always accidentally start earlier than I need to! I don’t mind skipping one or two and doing it the clinical way lol
