Is anyone using the ovusense? I have irregular periods and have been ttc for over a year! I have just purchased the ovusense but not sure what to expect! I am wondering if there are any other users?

@RMS0209 are you waiting for af or testing? I can finally start wearing my ovusense after tonight I think! And then time to start DTD again! Husband away this week so hoping I don’t ovulate early again 🤞

@Peonies94 what cycle day is it now? Hopefully you have a fairly regular cycle again!!!

@Moosh18 cd 7 going by proper af! I had 2 days of heavy spotting for 2 days but I think proper af was the next day so cd7, or maybe 8 or 9 🤷‍♀️!

@Peonies94 I think I want to wait, breaks my heart seeing a BFN..If I can get to Friday without and spotting (DPO14) I'll order an FRER, just don't want to jinx anything... strange I know
Yay to the Ovusense... just seems a normality now in my bedtime routine haha.
Fingers crossed for no early O but dtding often! 🤞🏻

@RMS0209 thanks, I don't feel too great. Headache, cough, ache all over 😔 hoping it'll only get better rather than worse! Yea I've heard a few people say Covid messed up their cycles, praying it doesn't do that for me...
I totally get the whole worry about jinxing it. I remember caving and testing one month, it was obviously negative and af arrived an hour later!

@Loz365 @Peonies94 I'm trying to think... if I hold out until Friday then that's just one test... if AF doesn't appear and if she does the money I would have used on multiple tests I can get a take away with to Cheer myself up if need be.

What days did you guys get peaks last month? X

@RMS0209 that’s a sensible way to look at it! Well done! It’s not long now! Cd14 but that was so early for me, not that I have a normal! I’ve had cd28, 32 and 40s and in the 50s so🤷‍♀️! Hopefully another around 14 or even 20 and not another 50+ day cycle would be amazing!!

@Peonies94 just trying to be realistic, 1-5DPO I was so positive.. not so much now!
Wow yeah CD14 is early... anything between 15/22 is good! Fingers crossed for you this cycle... are you at the feeling excited stage again now? X

@RMS0209 i know what you mean! It’s so many emotions isn’t it! No not at the moment! It’s 16 months now and I feel like it’s slowly becoming a year and half and then feel like it may never happen! I know lots of people try much longer!

36.62 for me again..11DPO today, again I woke up at 4... tossing and turning until after 5.. then fell asleep and now it's time to get up grr x

@Peonies94 don't give up hope, I know how disheartening it is I really do, it took 18 months for DD And every month broke my heart! I used to try think of it in cycles rather then months and it helped a little in the respect that I didn't feel like there must be something wrong! It was only 9 cycles in 18 months x which falls within the realms of normal I guess x

@RMS0209 oooooh holding steady! Do you normally see a drop? Or is this first month temping all together x

No idea @Moosh18 this is my first month temping all together, I won't get optimistic until I'm 13DPO and no spotting appears 🙂🤞🏻 x

I'm feeling so low guys, I don't know what to do.
Spotting yesterday turned into something heavier, I couldn't put ovusense in last night as it didn't feel right given I was bleeding. I'm CD16, I don't understand why I've got AF again so soon if that's what it is. How can I TTC if I'm not even ovulating and spotting the whole time - how can I get a flashy smiley face then bleed the next day! Feel so awful, sorry for the negativity but have no one to talk to bar DH who is sweet but we don't know what to do.

I can't even temp right now whilst bleeding...

@MO22 could it be ovulation bleeding? The last two months I had bleeding on and around ovulation one month quite heavy x

@Moosh18 I originally thought that but I have cramps in the middle, not on either side and it's redder and heavier than spotting, but it's not as heavy as a period. My OPKs aren't showing a surge either so... I don't think so? How heavy was yours and how long did it last for? Did you use the Ovusense?

@MO22 I didn't use ovusense, the month before my last cycle it was actually quite heavy, lasted a good few days and got it a day or so before my peak, last month it was just one occasion of bright red xxx

@MO22 sorry to hear! It’s horrible not knowing what your body is doing isn’t it! I have been feeling like this with all the changes happening! Do not use your ovusense if your spotting as I think can cause infection! Hope the bleeding stops soon and you get a better understanding of what’s going on! I feel like the cb flashy things are a bit silly, I use it, sometimes I flash for 22 days before a peak! Doesn’t make sense! Sorry your feeling down though!

@Moosh18 thank you! I know I hear other peoples positive stories and always feel a little hopeful! I just hope I am lucky one day!

This whole journey is so rubbish, and I hate not knowing what my body is going to do next!
I'm going to call the GP and try and get some answers or a referral.
You're right @Peonies94 I think it's time to say goodbye to CB and just get normal OPKs, and I won't use ovusense until I stop bleeding, am just SO frustrated and over the constant not knowing. I'm worried there is something really wrong, just had a small clot (TMI) so no idea what that is about, but makes me think it's not ovulation bleed sadly...

Really appreciate the kind words, I have a massive work presentation I should be preparing for today and instead I'm googling and stressing myself out!

@MO22 it could a hormone imbalance or something! Definitely make an appointment though! I have spotting inbetween LP and I believe that’s down to Homone imbalance, I also use to have long bleeds and sometimes stop for a week and start again, I was told that was an imbalance (wasn’t ttc when I got seen about that issue)! Good luck! Hope you can use ovusense again soon!
I still use the cb (don’t ask me why?) the flashes do sometimes give you a little warning and only 3 days of them, but other times I have weeks, which isn’t really helpful! Let us know the outcome though b thinking of you!

@Peonies94 I'm sure it is a hormonal imbalance as I have PCOS and thyroid issues, but does that mean I won't ovulate? Feels odd to ovulate whilst bleeding? I was all geared up for this FW and feel like now I know nothing and have no idea where I am in my cycle

@MO22 could deffo be a hormone imbalance, when o stopped breastfeeding, before my periods returned I just had constant "mini periods"

@MO22 I don't have any experience of spotting myself but I'm sorry you're going through this. I would definitely speak to the GP and explain what's happening, I would hope they do some tests to try and find out an answer for you.

@Peonies94 thanks, I'm still not feeling great but planning to chill out in front of the tv which I never do so that's a small positive 😄
Also totally get what you mean about trying for 16 months. It feels really sh*t doesn't it... I try to stay positive as much as I can but some days I just feel like it's never going to happen...

@RMS0209 love the idea of using the money to treat yourself! I try not to drink alcohol so when af arrives I treat myself to a nice bottle of wine that week 😆
I peaked on CD21 last month.

CD17 for me today and my temp is back up to its usual baseline. CB still on flashing smiley but normal OPKs are still showing pretty low results 😒 hoping things change in the next few days! X
