@peachiekeen I think they say exercise is really good at all stages as it increases blood flow to the 'ol uterus so I say crack on. Plus, if it makes you feel good it's a win win.

@Sassy144 have you taken another test? You could absolutely have O later this cycle.

@Cruz86 it's fun. Exhausting. But fun! 10/10 - defo recommend (when not pregnant, obvs 😂)

Hi ladies. I woke up with some bleeding today. And mild cramps.

Think it's my period but I got a positive yesterday.

Could it be a chemical, or implantation bleeding?

Feel totally gutted x

@peachiekeen I say keep on doing it if the C25k and your class helps you physically and mentally. There's nothing on the NHS pages about needing to stop exercise (except in the 3rd trimester of pregnancy) and if this helps you feel more positive and get outside more, do it! Maybe this is the secret weapon for getting that BFP 🌈

@flowergarden16 Ahh I'm so sorry. I'm not sure whether it could be implantation/chemical but I have fingers crossed for you!

If I had a peak opk on morning 9th March, how many dpo would you say I was?

@flowergarden16 I'm sorry 😞 do you have another test to check if there's progression or if it's faded? A lot of people do bleed in early pregnancy so maybe it's that?

@scoutcat I would say u ovulated on the 10 maybe late on the 9th so maybe 5/6 dpo xx

@peachiekeen I exercise a lot but I have tended to stop in the tww. I don’t know, I’ve had two miscarriages and just makes me worried. I’m pretty sure it’s got absolutely nothing to do with exercise and all health professionals say it’s completely fine! I just worry that it might interfere with implantation - that’s just how my head works though ha.

Guys I said I wasn’t gonna test for ovulation this month but I have and I’m late ovulating. I guess it could be because of the chemical I had last cycle? Do you think this might mean I won’t ovulate this month? I’m two days late now and not even a flashing smiley on the clear blue tests. I’m kind of thinking I will stop testing now and wait until next cycle but part of me wants to know xxx

@Lottie2267 that's what I was thinking yesterday while I was bouncing about in Clubbercise! Also, my ovulation was so late this month. I am usually textbook. 28 day cycles and ovulate on day 14. But this time I didn't ovulate until day 20! I really thought it wasn't going to happen but it did. I think the MC just has really messed with my cycles and my hormones. I've also read that Pregnacare Max tablets can make your cycles longer and I've been taking them for 2 months now. Try not to worry - O probably just late this month.

Well ladies af has reared her ugly head, ah well!

@peachiekeen honestly TTC makes me think the strangest things, but I think if moving about makes you happy (especially if there's music involved) it can only be a good thing! Although remind me why i signed up for a personal trainer session in my FW

So confused as got a positive again this morning and it's actually spotting not a full period (I think I over estimated what I saw)

Presuming it's a chemical and the full bleed will come? Has anyone else had this?

@flowergarden16 I thought my period had come but it never amounted to anything..took a test the next day and positive. Could be implantation?

@flowergarden16 how's your lines looking on your test? Are they darker than when you first tested? This thread has seen lots of bleeds in successful pregnancies so it could totally be implantation bleeding. Keep us updated 🤞

I've been using CB digitals but will get some FR ones later and test the next couple of days. I guess that's an easier way.

Calling the EPU later for advice as well.

So stressful as could all be fine or all be over

EPU said spotting / bleeding not necessarily a problem if it's light. If you get pain or it gets heavier then call them back.

They said testing doesn't massively help as you have HCG in blood for a while either way.

They said I can go in for early scan if still pregnant at six weeks. So it's a waiting game
