Hoping for a BFP in March

Hey

I thought I would start a group for those of us hoping for a nice and positive pregnancy test in March!

I am TTC after 2MC and a chemical. I have a son who is 2.5years and I will be 41 next month 😳. I have an appointment at the recurrent miscarriage clinic in a weeks time. I am keeping positive though and staying hopeful. 2022 is our year.

I am currently CD11 and giving the sperm meets egg plan a go!

@kizzy97 when I was preg previously my cervix didn’t change significantly until 5/6 weeks. It wasn’t particularly soft or high when I got my bfp- good luck, you’re still early. I also had BFNs up until 13dpo x

ViL89 · 20/03/2022 14:55

@kizzy97 try to hold out until Wednesday I'm testing then too

Zero symptoms here so not feeling positive my husband tested positive this week too so genuinely living in a hotel as our place isn't bit enough to isolate

Not sure this is our month 😂

kizzy97 · 20/03/2022 15:02

@ViL89 Wednesday's when I'm trying to hold out until as af is due then so it's nice to have someone to test with!

@geologyrockss that's good to know, when I was pregnant with DS he was a surprise baby do I wasn't trying and paying attention to thing like that so I'm not overly sure what to look for in terms of cervix positioning

ViL89 · 20/03/2022 15:07

@kizzy97 Yes let's do it I'm almost 100 percent sure it's not my month but there we go. I'm 11dpo today AF is due towards end of next week I'm very irregular though.

QueenBee22 · 20/03/2022 15:24

@geologyrockss I'm calm now give it 4 or 5 days and I won't be so calm!
I'll be dying to test but determined to hold off until 12DPO if I can. My last cycle I kept testing daily from 8DPO and I was devastated with every negative so hoping for a positive this time and if not one or two negatives will be easier to deal with than several of them I hope!

lottieb92 · 20/03/2022 16:34

Crashed and burned out, but fortunately enough have started AF early, meaning i can still try next month before husband is away for work. So small silver linings… congrats everyone else.

(Hopefully won’t as you’ll all have a BFP - but i might see some of you on the next thread ✨🤍)

Hopefulprincess · 20/03/2022 17:50

Good luck next cycle 💜

Hopefulprincess · 20/03/2022 17:53

Cervix position /symptoms don’t usually occur until 5/6 weeks if that helps everyone 😊 learn a lot in my job , in my 12 pregnancies was the same too although it’s super hard not to symptom spot 😂

ladybuggoldfinch · 20/03/2022 18:16

@Hopefulprincess what is your job? What other knowledge can you pass on ? 😀

kizzy97 · 20/03/2022 18:35

@ViL89 I'm fluctuating between thinking I'm out and thinking I'm still in with a chance

@Hopefulprincess that does kinda help as I was gutted after feeling my cervix this morning. I had a bleed at 6dpo so hoping thay could have been implantation and have had some symptoms so who knows

kizzy97 · 20/03/2022 19:56

I think I'm going to cave and take my FRER in the morning and get the inevitable disappointment out of the way

Natalie2304 · 20/03/2022 19:58

Good luck for the morning @kizzy97 am I right in thinking you'll be 12DPO?

ViL89 · 20/03/2022 21:01

@kizzy97 best of luck for the morning I'm going to try and hold out. Fingers crossed for you you !!!!!!!

April601stbaby · 20/03/2022 21:14

Is there an April group yet for those of us who are unfortunately out for March Sad

kizzy97 · 20/03/2022 21:46

@Natalie2304 thank you! I will be 12dpo so if that bleed on Tuesday was implantation and with af due on Wednesday it should hopefully show on an FRER!

@ViL89 thank you! I was adamant I was going to hold out but I'm impatient now!

@April601stbaby www.mumsnet.com/Talk/conception/4499331-hoping-for-a-bfp-in-april#menu here you go lovely, best of luck for April! Might be joining you tomorrow xx

Hopefulprincess · 21/03/2022 09:21

😳

Hoping for a BFP in March
kizzy97 · 21/03/2022 10:21

BFN today, so I'm out

Natalie2304 · 21/03/2022 10:57

@Hopefulprincess do you have a picture of it when it dried? I can't make it out

@kizzy97 I'm sorry to hear that, I was really routing for you ❤️ sending lots of love for next month

Shiny88 · 21/03/2022 12:18

@kizzy97 sorry your out 😞 a horrid feeling! Sending lots of baby dust for next cycle xx

Shiny88 · 21/03/2022 12:20

So guys I'm trying not to symptom spot but Iv got crampy like shooting pains and today I feel super dizzy. 6 days until aunt flow is ament to arrive and honestly never felt this dizzy before.
Anyone had these symptoms and actually have been pregnant!

Shiny88 · 21/03/2022 12:20

**??

Esmee89 · 21/03/2022 12:54

Hello! First time joining one of these threads but I'm on month 6 of TTC baby no. 2 and I'm feeling like sharing with others on similar journeys will be helpful for my head Smile

Good luck to anyone still waiting on testing this month!

My period was due on the 17th. I took an early test on the 13th which showed a very faint line (but I accidentally peed on the window which I've heard invalidates it). My period's still not arrived but I'm consistently testing negative (4 days late today and tested my first pee of the day) so looks like I'll be joining some of you in next month's group!

QueenBee22 · 21/03/2022 12:55

@Shiny88 you can do an early pregnancy test up to 6 days before your period is due.

Willow1982 · 21/03/2022 16:23

Hi ladies wondering if I can join this thread, read through the first page posts and already thinking this is the thread for me!! I was active on the TTC threads from March to about August 2021, then TTC all got a bit much so took a break from MN, carried on trying without any luck!!
First started really monitoring cycles last Jan, fell pregnant in Feb 2021, sadly ended in early MC in March, I have felt really low about it all that this year, as i was remembering everything from last year! But now for some reason feeling quite positive now March is passing, love these groups for support and familiar stories!!
I’m 40 this year so feeling time is running out for me, hopefully this group can give me the motivation I need!xx

Brideandprejudice · 21/03/2022 17:19

Eugh, no AF (was due on 19th) but still testing negative!
