Ah, one of my friends got pregnant again, and I'm seriously happy for her. She had the toughest time. First a miscariage at 8 weeks, then a pregnancy that was so far along but wasn't viable that she had to give birth. Then a missed miscariage at 12 weeks. She had a healthy baby in between but was struggling to get pregnant again, and she just told me. Only 7 weeks, but I'm hopeful for her!

Ganesh2022 · 10/02/2022 08:56

Has anyone read Cheryl Strayed's "Tiny Beautiful Things"? There's a column on pregnancy loss, and I thought she really nailed the feeling of isolation it can bring. I love her in general though x

Ganesh2022 · 10/02/2022 08:58

@Bundaberg84 So awesome for your friend; fingers crossed things continue well for her.

JuniperAndTonic · 10/02/2022 09:25

@Skl2021 much the same today thanks for asking except I’ve woken up today feeling really nauseous. 24 hours until the scan 😬

@Bridgey8 hopefully you can get into EPAU to be seen just for some reassurance. Hope you’re okay!

@aesgriff it really is crap, thanks for your message of support ❤️

@Bundaberg84 amazing news for your friend, fingers crossed it works out!

aesgriff · 10/02/2022 09:33

@Bridgey8 hell yeah we are warriors 💪🏻💪🏻

@MO22 I feel ok today. I started it last Friday so think my body’s still getting used to it. Upped my dose on Tuesday I think it was. Driving 3 hours to Wales today so I’m hoping it’s done it’s worst 🤣 how are you feeling today?

@theblueflowers welcome ♥️

@Cruz86 I phoned my doctors yesterday about my referral.. 26 weeks I was told 😖 I also submitted a complaint (yes, I am that person and I hate being that person!) about my PCOS diagnosis and not hear back from that either. From what I’ve read you can be privately prescribed progesterone but I’m assuming it’s a £250 consultation fee + prescription so it won’t be cheap. Here’s hoping we don’t have to go down that road 🤞🏻

@Ganesh2022 if you found out how to not be so uptight then let me know 🤣 already dreading the fertile window next cycle.

Xxxx

Skl2021 · 10/02/2022 09:40

@Bridgey8 definitely we are strong 💪🙌 hope your midwife gets back in touch 💕 xx

@JuniperAndTonic are you still spotting? Yes not long to go now you can do this 🙌 staying positive for you! 💕 Xx

@PamelaDoov you are so strong, Jesse is a beautiful name, we that name picked for my daughter if she was a boy x

@Bridgey8 brown blood is old blood isnt it? I know its hard but try not to worry hopefully u can get seen x

@JuniperAndTonic hope everything for you today is okay not long till your scan keeping everything crossed for you 💕

For everyone else sorry I have a poorly little girl atm so havent had time to catch up… you are all strong and inspirational and its lovely to see us all come together, its a shitty club to have to be in but full of lovely people at the same time and we all deserve true happiness 💕

I took my last clear blue weeks indicator this morning as I just wanted rid of it.. to my surprise it says 3+ 😭 I know i shouldn’t measure my happiness on a test and it is silly but it has made me feel better. Going to put the tests down now and take each day as it comes 💕

arianasky · 10/02/2022 09:42

Morning ladies I'm so worried my line is definitely lighter this morning 😞 do you think it could be because yesterday's test is dry? I'm so worried and feel like crying I can't go through this again 😞

arianasky · 10/02/2022 09:49

@Bridgey8 I'm sure they say brown blood is old blood, I hope you're ok?

@PamelaDoov Jesse is a lovely name, I'm thinking of you ❤️

Ganesh2022 · 10/02/2022 09:52

@arianasky I think they do dry darker, definitely...I had a pot of them that I'd kept in my previous pregnancy (sad, I know. I loved looking at them) and they all dried darker...also depends on so many things, like how concentrated urine is, all that stuff...

@Cindy974 that's a nice thing to wake up to...I will 100 percent be measuring my happiness by tests Grin

arianasky · 10/02/2022 09:54

@Ganesh2022 I know my test dried darker yesterday, I'm hoping that's the case as I'm a bit worried now and I've been crampy all morning which isn't helping although I know that's normal 😞

JuniperAndTonic · 10/02/2022 09:57

@Skl2021 the tiniest bit of light brown, and only really on wiping. I’m thinking it’s a good sign that they saw the sack on the abdominal scan and I’ve had no more fresh bleeding? But I’m still trying not to get my hopes up as I know it could go either way!

@arianasky they definitely dry darker! I know it’s difficult, but try and step away from the tests soon!

arianasky · 10/02/2022 09:59

@JuniperAndTonic that's good about only a teeny bit of bleeding and yes seeing the sac so early on abdominal is great! I have everything crossed for you 💕 I really hope so I'm so worried 😟

Skl2021 · 10/02/2022 10:04

@Cindy974 so happy for you 💕 now step away from them 🙈 hope you feeling but more confident now! And hope your little one is better soon 💕✨ xx

@arianasky I wouldn't say lighter as like u say the other tests are dry now. Mine all loomed similar when wet but as they dryed u could see a difference. Yes I'm getting alot of cramps but like you say but I'm hoping it's normal! Try and not worry I know it's easier said than done. I found the frer not great for line progression this time and I was constantly worried with them. Don't know if they have changed them but mine always seemed lighter than other tests. X

@JuniperAndTonic definitely good news seems to be stoping. 🤞 Yes I think brown blood is completely normal it's when it's red and cramping or pain with it. Keeping everything crossed for you 🤞 xx

Thank you everyone for the kind comments ❤️

@JuniperAndTonic yes brown means old blood and fairly common in early pregnancy, I know my friend had it with her son.

@arianasky I hope you’re ok and not letting your worries get the better of you.

arianasky · 10/02/2022 10:09

@Skl2021 that must be the case as the line is as dark as yesterday now when I just checked, so think I will step away from testing now maybe do one on Monday as I'll be 19dpo then this is all so stressful 😬

Ttc after miscarriage thread 4 🌈💞✨🤞
PamelaDoov · 10/02/2022 10:11

@arianasky see, all that panic over nothing! Your lines look great, step away from the tests Grin

Skl2021 · 10/02/2022 10:11

@arianasky yes I always left mine a bit longer I know your not meant to but they darkened so much more! Your line today looks thicker aswell so hopefully it will be lovely and dark when fully dried! Yes think I left it a few days after 15 dpo! Sure I did my last one around 20dpo! Xx

Bridgey8 · 10/02/2022 10:13

Midwife has messaged me back and said if it's brown it's old so less concerning. She said if it becomes redder to ring the doctor.... part of me is tempted to ring the doctor anyway and see if I can be seen but I'm at almost exactly the same point I was last time I had a scan and was left in horrible limbo as they weren't sure if it was unviable or just too early. Not sure what to do...

arianasky · 10/02/2022 10:13

@Skl2021 @PamelaDoov honestly I was tearing up when I first did it 😞 I'm definitely stepping away now until Monday/Tuesday and that will be it then for me, I'm so sorry if I triggered or upset anyone with my post this morning 💕

Cindy974 · 10/02/2022 10:16

@arianasky when I was testing everyday I could barely see a difference maybe leave it a couple days and you should be able to tell definitely? Looks to me like yesterday’s has just dried x

@Ganesh2022 hahah its hard not too 🤔

@Skl2021 thank you 💕 yes im definitely stepping away now not wasting anymore money! How are you feeling today x

JuniperAndTonic · 10/02/2022 10:16

@Skl2021 yeah, I did have some red blood on Tuesday but it didn’t go on for very long and looking back I don’t think it was that much but looked scary at the time which is why I ended up in A&E. I know the brown spotting can be normal but that’s how my last miscarriage started and then progressed to red blood so it still makes me nervous 😬

@Cindy974 congratulations on your 3+! Hope your little girl feels better soon!

Cindy974 · 10/02/2022 10:18

@arianasky sorry just seen your latest reply, and thats a good idea lovely 💕

arianasky · 10/02/2022 10:20

@Cindy974 yes I definitely think I'll step away from the tests it's not worth the stress at all 💕

PamelaDoov · 10/02/2022 10:55

2dpo and I’m getting ewcm again after being dry yesterday! Please don’t say I’m only just ovulating now 😫
