Hi ladies,

You know the drill after this long haha! All of us ladies are ttc after miscarriage (whether that's MMC, MC, TFMR, ectopic or CP)

We have all been here a pretty long time and this is safe space to share our journey, troubles and worries with people who understand our losses 💗

@PeanuttyButter 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

H0peing · 24/04/2022 09:37

@PeanuttyButter I'm not getting notifications from this thread otherwise I would have responded sooner. It definitely looks like you've had a peak day so that's really great news! When do you plan to start taking your progesterone? Whenever you do, I definitely recommend taking it for as long as possible to allow your body time to show your bfp. I know a lot of people don't get a clear bfp until around 14dpo. Really hoping that this is the cycle for your rainbow baby / babies. Loads of love. Xx

PeanuttyButter · 24/04/2022 09:52

Thanks @H0peing yea I plan on taking it till I'm 14dpo this time to avoid any funny business like last time. Going to check my OPKs have gone back down today and will start taking them Tuesday if that's the case (3dpo) as I want to give it chance to get to where it needs to be. Got a frer to test then too so if it's negative I will know for sure. I'm feeling positive but at the same time I understand if it doesn't work my body has been through a lot this last few weeks

H0peing · 24/04/2022 12:07

@PeanuttyButter seems like you have a great plan! Glad you're feeling positive about this cycle. I feel positive for you too! Xx

@Babyghirl im so so terribly sorry but equally so so utterly delighted for you!
what a strange way the universe works ❤️❤️
how are you feeling? Try not to let the sadness and stress overwhelm you - keep focusing on the beautiful gift you’ve been given. I can imagine it must be incredibly difficult to know how to feel right now 😵‍💫 sending you so much love and baby dust.

im feeling like I’m drowning a little bit today. OH has been horrible lately and it all came to a head last night in a huge row. I don’t know if its this bloody impending due date getting to him too or if he’s completely oblivious to that as the issues he brought up were purely about his dissatisfaction in his situation (he lives in my house and works in my business - I want to make him a partner in it all but I’ve still got my parents quite tied up in things, family business, hugely complex situation 😵‍💫 too long a story!!) I would’ve let him leave last night, it’s all just got too much. But he backed down from it and came to bed later all sorry and cuddly. I’ve had to just get out today, need some headspace. I can’t stop crying 😵‍💫 I’m in such a mess about the “should’ve beens” 😵‍💫
im going to the crematorium in a minute - I want to visit the baby garden where they scattered the ashes. I know I’m probably being really stupid doing this but I just need to do something today. EURGH!!! 😫😫

Babyghirl · 24/04/2022 16:20

@Kelb79
Not stupid at all girl you do what you gota do go see your angel, im on tender hooks going to phone doc tomorrow for progestrone as my consultant said i have to have it to 16 weeks im hoping its what i need to help this little bean, oh went for hia sperm test on wed to lol have not told him yet might wait to i get a scan at around 7 weeks the epu norm get me in, so if it all goes wrong my ivf will be next, i know its a tough road as a couple to get through but yous will get there me and my oh got over some tough bits and you will to xxx

apwilso · 24/04/2022 22:14

@Babyghirl sorry to hear about your best friend. That just shows how the cycle of life works. I believe your friend sent it to you as a piece of them. Such a lovely blessing ❤️

PeanuttyButter · 25/04/2022 09:03

I'm so sorry for your loss @Babyghirl but as others have said what a beautiful gift.
Fingers crossed this is your rainbow, I'm so happy for you.
How far along are you/dpo do you think. This is such great news xx

Annny27 · 25/04/2022 09:19

@Kelb79 totally normal to feel all the feels with the first due date. When our due date of our first baby rolled around and we weren't pregnant I was gutted (and also it marked a whole year of us ttc all together so was like double whammy!)

Take time to remember baby and then do something nice for you either nice bath or watch a movie or meal out/ in

Sending love xx

Sweetbabydust1989 · 25/04/2022 09:29

Just checking in how is everyone doing?? I am nesting already and spent like a 8 hours solid yesterday clearing cupboards out 😂🙈 cannot believe I am 19 weeks today where is the time going!! @Babyghirl massive congratulations lovely I feel like this one is 100% a sticky one I feel it on my waters as my Nan likes to say😂 any of your pregnant ladies on here have a anterior placenta and panic about movement not sure if I feel baby moving yet or it's gas 😂 I had one with my son but that was 9 years ago cannot remember that far back xx

Annny27 · 25/04/2022 09:38

@Sweetbabydust1989 19 weeks oh wow! I am 13 and a half and they said I had a posterior placenta so wondering when I will feel baby!

Did you have posterior with your 2nd pregnancy?

OP posts:
Angelmama1121 · 25/04/2022 09:48

@Sweetbabydust1989 I remember this feeling with my DS. When I went for the 20 week scan I felt it at the same time as seeing him on the screen. It was very much a strange feeling of is this gas or baby lol.

I’m 13 weeks 1 day and they didn’t mention where the placenta was at my scan. Guess they’ll tell me when we have a heart scan at 16/17 weeks.

@Annny27 how are you holding up lovely?

Sweetbabydust1989 · 25/04/2022 11:27

@Annny27 I no going so quickly!! I am only sure about my second son he was anterior my first son not sure about and this baby is anterior so I no it's going to be a back to back labour so having the drugs this time I never had drugs with my boys I done it completely natural but this time I am not as the back to back was a long tough labour. Just hate not feeling much yet xx

Sweetbabydust1989 · 25/04/2022 11:29

@Angelmama1121 it's lovely to feel the movement and very reassuring. This is number 3 but my second anterior placenta position couldn't remember if my first one was or not all I remember was my second sons labour was long and painful 16 hours and my first son was 2 hours xx

H0peing · 25/04/2022 13:07

@Babyghirl Sorry for the loss of your best friend. Huge congratulations on your beautiful gift! I'm definitely full of hope for all to go well for you. Sending loads of love and hugs xxxxxx

apwilso · 25/04/2022 13:25

Has anyone every used cough syrup in their ovulation days as a fertility boost. Can't remember where I've seen it but people have been using it to help so thought whilst I've got a cold and fertile week might as well give it a go. I don't know if anyone else has done this?

kiwi17 · 25/04/2022 19:02

@Babyghirl what amazing news but also a very sad time for you with regards to your friend. Really praying for you that this one is your rainbow 💕

Kelb79 · 25/04/2022 20:43

@apwilso ive heard about using cough medicine…. It needs to have an expectorant in it. Apparently not much to back it up but it can’t hurt right?!

loving seeing so many happy pregnancy stories ❤️❤️ Gives me hope!!

I feel a lot better today. OH hunted me down yesterday and was pretty great. I think AF is due any minute so extra emotions coz of that no doubt!!
13DPO and BFN this morning so pretty sure I’m out. Still got quite sore boobs and a bit of nausea but no doubt manifesting it all myself 🙄🤦🏼‍♀️

Annny27 · 25/04/2022 21:18

@apwilso the cough syrup thing apparently helps produce more fertile cervical mucus (for me i always had absolutely loads so was no point in me trying it) so if you don't have much fertile ewcm then it might be worth a go

@Kelb79
It's bound to be a very emotional time with due date and period etc cx
