I thought I’d start a new thread for February following the January one.

About to start month 4 of TTC after a MC last month.

The months seem so long with a TWW thrown in but then I also can’t believe I’m about to start cycle 4! (I know that isn’t a long time for some of us and that makes me feel sad, TTC is so unfair at times)

@Nico89 I hope you're feeling like you're in a better headspace now. It all just gets a bit much and a bit all consuming doesn't it. I actually feel like i might be going a bit crazy during this process, I find myself obsessing completely , reading into everything constantly etc and then I just catch myself and think wtf am I turning into 🤣

Great news re the new job & mat pay ! You must be really pleased about that.

Your post actually caught my eye because of what you said about having a scan booked in. What does your side ovary pain feel like? I was telling the ladies on this thread earlier about the pain I've been having and the doctor has also booked me in for a scan. It's on my left side low in my pelvic area, just on and off throughout the day, it's radiating around my lower back. It's definitely not as painful as it was at the start of the week but I can still feel it. I've been getting crampy pain since ttc in my tww , but the pain specifically in my lower life side only started this month. Just wondering if we might be experiencing a similar thing. My dr also suggested it could be a cyst!

I think today is my O day so I’ll have done O, O-1, O-2 and O-4. I know it’s still only 20-30% chance but I feel better going into my TWW knowing I DTD lots. Today I feel like I’ll be more relaxed this time but talk to me at 8dpo lol. Good luck everyone!

So I had some other symptoms today, like a pulsing in my groin, both signs although not at the same time. Was really really noticeable.
I’m still not convinced about the possible shadow of a line this morning but naturally I’ll test tomorrow as won’t be able to stop myself

@RosyappleA I had been experiencing spotting mid cycle and leading upto AF which I haven't in the past and occasional discomfort during intercourse more recently. My periods have also become much lighter but i have had the copper cpil removed so this may be normal for me without it. I've had the pain on and off for at least 12 months, but its more constant now which is why I decided to get it checked now that I have other symptoms also. I always assumed it was due to my coil but that is long gone and its gotten worse. Hoping its nothing.

@Mariabombia it varies its always there as a dull sort of aching and then sometimes it's more stabby sharp or cramping pain which radiates into my hip. Its really low down on the RHS sort of level with top of pubic bone but more tucked into my hip/groin. It definitely worsens around my period

I have avoided posting or coming on mumsnet past few days because TWW is bad enough and I know I become obsessive! So sorry for laying low! I started with some pinkish blood when wiping 4 days ago and it hasn’t stopped? It surely can’t be AF as that’s 8 days away. I thought I was 6DPO today but think it’s 8PO so the pink blood started around 5DPO surely that’s too early for IB? I felt nauseous last two days for a split second and I have had some cramps (this could be me reading into it because of the above).

Going out my mind, trying to be positive but it will be even worse feeling if AF arrives 🙈

Just read back the last few pages and some of your stories so sorry what some of you have been through. I have all my fingers and toes for you 🤞🏻 You deserve some luck so let’s hope valentines month is the one!

So today is the day AF is due.... if my cycle is back to normal following the ectopic. Still no sign of it yet, still fatigued and a bit extra CM. Still going to hold out on testing till at least tomorrow tho!! 🤞🤞

@Purple29 well done for not testing! AF due on Tuesday, I’m 9DPO and I’ve just got a BFN. Have you got any symptoms?

Also tested here @Curlywurly3 at 9dpo, still that stupid VVVVvVFL that is likely an indent. I was trying to fool myself into thinking it was slightly darker today, don’t know who I’m fooling!! Very much think it’s an indent but ya know, will keep testing. Symptom wise, so far nothing today, boobs don’t feel as sore now, a little tender but not like the last week.

I commented a few times in December but took a break on here but I think I've got a positive...! Only 9dpo so it is super faint. It did come after 4/5 minutes but I don't think it's an evap line. It I guess time will tell.

@kizzy97 it’s too faint to see colour. It’s fine, I’m being very open to the fact it could go either way, obvs praying it’s the start of a line but yeah

@Curlywurly3 I had some cramping about a week ago, have been really tired, some creamy CM and had a few bouts of feeling nauseous. Been a bit emotional too but that could be after everything!! We only DTD on days 13 and 14.

@Purple29 I’ve been really tired, tender boobs, dizzy and I’m pretty much constantly cramping which makes me think it might likely be AF on the way. I really, really hope that’s not the case, I was so optimistic for this month! Day 13 and 14 is certainly enough. It seems so many people get pregnant when they’re not really trying!

@Diamondbabe I think that looks like a pretty solid line for it to be an indent. But difficult when it came up 4-5 minutes later. Can't tell by the photo of there is colour but I think I see a hint of colour? Hoping it progresses!

@Curlywurly3 it's so hard isn't it. I hate the fact that you can't just have sex on the right days and know you're pregnant. So many other factors involved. It seems so unfair. I have a friend in a line of work (being cautious about what I say incase she's on here 😂😂) who constantly sees babies born to people not wanting them / unplanned pregnancies and she has been trying for over 2 years now. Healthy as anything and still no luck. I just find this so hard when it's the unknown.

I also DTD on 14&15 with O on 15 or 16 so trying to keep positive!

Im only 5days PO and this morning I have a "twinging" sharp pain on my right side which comes and goes every few mins. I don't think you can feel implantation but my stupid brain is telling me that's it 😂

Totally agree @mightbeyesmightbeno. I was saying to DH last night, I wish I knew at what point it isn’t working. Is it:

• Sperm not meeting the egg (not enough get up there, they die etc)
• sperm meet the egg but the egg is not the best, (old, immature, poor quality)
• sperm and egg meet but the cells don’t make their way to the womb
• sperm and egg meet but the cells don’t implant

I just wish I knew! Here I am at 7dpo with no caffeine, no wine, baby aspirin - for all I know there aren’t even any cells trying to implant if they sperm never met the egg in the first place?!

@Diamondbabe that looks really strong for 9dpo and I’m gonna say that 4-5 mins isn’t THAT much past 3 mins?! Tentatively exciting?!

Hey everyone! Congrats on all the BFPs and a defo see one there @Diamondbabe !! Fingers crossed for you ✨

I’m still hanging on by a thread… excuse the pun.
But my predicted ovulation was off, and LH only just surging so hoping the next day or two I’ll find a peak.
(Especially as I only have 3 O tests left lol)
And gosh me and other half are exhausted at the prospect of more days, but luckily I decided to be an every other day kinda gal this cycle or else I think we’d be over and out already.

Has anybody else got experience of later ovulation? I’m assuming it’ll push my period back? Or luteal phase I’m not 100%. But I do usually have 30-34 day cycles so it could be nothing …. Time will tell 🥰

@Diamondbabe good strong line for 9DPO 🤞🏻 for line progression.

6DPO here and woke up with what feels like an UTI (which I haven't had since my last pregnancy) obviously consulted Dr Google and so many women have it before a BFP. That along with the constant mild cramps, sensitive teeth and backache is making me really impatient to test! Really hope I'm not just making it all up!

@lottieb92 LP usually stays the same so it should push back your AF due date. Hoping you get your peak soon!

@mightbeyesmightbeno I was fairly sure I felt ovulation with my second baby on 7dpo.

@Diamondbabe woow! What a great line for 9dpo! Doesn't look like an indent to me as it's quite strong for 9dpo! All the best!

I had my first private appointment yesterday. It was good to go through the test results and all, but I don't think I gained anything knowledge wise. Next step is to get an HSG and AMH done possibly in the next three weeks. I've got my ultrasound this evening. Wish me luck!

I'm 6DPO now. Funny the above person mentioned UTI. I feel a bit like that. I did put it down to more sex than usual and we also use baby oil 😂 have used it for years and wondered if it had just irritated me this time as we don't usually use it this much!! I have had some cramps last night and this morning. I did have a ridiculous worry this morning. I was up on and off all night with wisdom tooth pain so about 5am took some ibuprofen and then googled does ibuprofen affect implantation and then couldn't really get back to sleep cos thought well it could of worked but I won't know now 😂
