When you don’t think about your days as “Monday Tuesday Wednesday” you think of them as “fertile week” or “CD12” we know the feeling.

We’ve tried baby dust (back in early 2020 I think we stopped believing in that!?, we’ve tried chocolate/pizza & sofa sex (remember that? Late 2020, that got a lot of babies!) and now we are onto manifesting, testing, pleading & yet there’s still some unwanted bleeding🤣😂well tough titties we are here to stay til we get those BFPs🤞🏻🙌🏻we just need to rinse out our foofs & get the nurses to wade through our stocking full of old sperm 💦

Whether you are TTC “normally”, IUI/ivf or anything we are a crew that cling together to the bitter end & always ready to help a sister out. We’ve had multiples, some losses so know two lines can be just as terrifying as none, and we’ve got ladies where those two lines are more illusive than a white Christmas 🎅🏻

It costs an embarrassing story for your ticket, doesn’t have to be TTC related as we know laughing when TTC is needed.

@Juno231 hahaha some men are different aren't they, I can understand him feeling a bit weird about it all, I was actually nervous to tell OH when I got the positive test, I felt sick🤣 also amazing line progression and the 1-2 so happy for you!! So so sweet of OH to tear up too, I've never seen my OH tear up either and he did the same!! What would your due date be/star sign?

@Minster2012 he is amazing, infuriating at times like waking me up at 4:45 this morning getting in from his works do, I could've throttled him!!

@Manifestingbaby don't ever feel like you can't put out how you're feeling on the bus!! We're here for all the good and the bad, and it sounds like you need all of our support! Like others have said about OH's with low sperm, what was low in your OH's SA? Mine had 1% morphology and his swimmers did the job, he didn't take any supplements but he only got his SA results at the end of October and we conceived in November, but for the last few months he has been taking on more vitamin C which apparently helps, and eating walnuts and Brazil nuts casually, so maybe they could help? Please don't give up hope lovely!!❤️

@kaylsd and the time will come for you when you get your BFP!! I'm feeling okay really, rhr has dropped by 1 again today but boobs are a little sore again and I had cramps again this morning, so I'm still staying hopeful, I'm hoping to do another digital and get a 3+ next week, I think getting the 3+ will keep me positive until my first scan🤞🏼 have a lovely few days off, you deserve it❤️

@Minster2012 @vil10 15/08 so a Sep birth date is highly unlikely I think! Leo - but my OH knows nothing about star signs so it was super random of him to ask 😅

@Vil10 he's been having nuts and oranges but might suggest a vitamin C supplement, probably much higher amounts. Morphology 0.5% and overall number only 4 million 😬 goid luck for the 3+ there's going to be lots of August babies 😀@Juno231 is that due date going to be ok, did you figure out your mat leave policy? Not that I doubt you care right now!

@Manifestingbaby oh you just reminded me I forgot to answer @Minster2012 about mat leave too. Tbh I think it kicks in as soon as you join. It'll just be a bit awkward telling my boss about it in early Feb already... So soon after joining. The tricky part is that his wife is due in April so he might still be off on parental leave by the time I go in August!

That's great about the mat leave kicking in straight away. I wouldn't worry about it otherwise it's part and parcel of being an employer, dealing with leave etc. Employees have to live their lives 😀

@Minster2012 I don't fully understand it but one is on a scale of 0-10 and the other 0-50 so my results of 2.3 didn't sound too bad until I found out they were on the 0-50 scale ....so utter shit 😬

Lovely line progression @Juno231 and how cute of your DH! You don't have to notify work until 25 weeks so you have a bit longer. Also I think he'll be way more understanding if he's got a baby on the way.

It's hard isn't it @Manifestingbaby when you feel like the choice has been taken away from you. Even if that's ultimately the course you would have taken it's not the same if it isn't your decision.

My Ava bracelet tells me AF will come in the next 48 hours - im not sure what it's basing that off as temp still slightly rising. Maybe the other physiological signs? Or maybe because I told it I have 28 day cycles?

Getting smashed and wearing it definitely threw it off as you can't eliminate temps like you can on FF. Im pleased I've started using it before we're back TTCing properly so I can work it out.

I'm with @larrythelizard fir your boss @Juno231 I think having a pregnant wife is a good thing and it's really good on the mat leave!

I guess mine was also on the scale of 0-100 then @Manifestingbaby as they said to me that it "should be 15-30" for my age at that time which was 34. So yours just a bit more than mine. When I had it retested in feb it had miraculously bounced back to 14 so I was still told it was below normal. However at 2.1 I still got 4 eggs. Then next time 8 months later we got 5 eggs & 2 embryos again. It's all how you respond to the ivf drugs I got told & so that's an unknown. The fact that your OH has low results isn't great but being squeezed into a Petri dish with your egg has gotta be the best shot 😂or in my eyes anyway. All about what you can afford though I appreciate that

DH just phoned me and one of the things he said was "I think it will be ok baby wise, you are heavily starting to show now I think" HEAVILY you say. Thanks for that 🙄

😂😂😂 DH is going to have a shock by April time then isn't he @Minster2012?! AF probably sunday, maybe Monday - ovulation confirmed at CD21 so I'd dearly love to make it to a double figure LP...doubtful though!

The MW said to me this week "what a neat lovely bump you have" I said thank you, everyone else just says how big I am so it's nice to hear something different 😆

I'm on my way to my Christmas party tonight. One of my colleagues gave birth this week, 6 weeks early...emergency c section as she was passing lots of blood, how scary! Baby and her are fine tho thankfully!

I know right @larrythelizard I was like "errrr I've just paid you a compliment and you say I'm HEAVILY showing hmmm" I will do another bump shot on Sunday at 16 weeks 🤞🏻

It is scary stuff @becarefuloutthere, I read a thread on here last night about a baby that was born at 26 weeks 😳written by the grandparent asking what they could do to help, it was so sweet. I haven't watched another Christmas film today instead I've been full on baking & crafting for a Christmas festival thing I'm helping to organise for tomorrow afternoon, so been listening to the radio. Last bits now finishing off the bits and bobs for the reindeer food, putting the gingerbread into packets & drinking hot mulled cider mmmmm

@becarefuloutthere just a hormone test to check my irregular cycles, basically to see if I could be perimenopause I think, nurse said today if we don't contact you assume all is well, yeah right 1. you didn't contact me when sample was insufficient, and I was only supposed to call to book an appointment at the end of next week 2. All ok is not good I want numbers to see how ok it is, so she called me a pain in the ass, and then moaned about how shitty it is that they are so short of staff, yeah, but my time is running out so ...

@Minster2012 my friend's baby was delivered at 29 weeks, scary to start with but now is the sassiest 4 year old, completely fine,but my heart sank when I got the I am in labour text, 3 months early

So today I woke up potted about in the house by half 9 a was starving so made bacon an egg sandwich by half 11 a was eating greggs pasty by half2 I ate a full big bar of dairy milk not I normally only 1 slice of toast and then a big ish tea so it if curiosity a took a cheapy now these all ways come back white but this happened what do yous think

@Minster2012 interesting you got 2 embyos both times despite the change in amh. It's not so much the money as the setting ourselves up for heartache.

@Juno231 it was the results of the genetic screening. I'm just hoping and praying that the hospital post the reason to the clinic quickly. Oh I love your OH's reaction to your news! So sweet!

@kaylsd DH asked for a copy of the results to be sent to us but was told by the hospital team that they weren't allowed to do that but would send them direct to the clinic. No idea why he's not allowed to have his own test results but as long as they make it to the clinic I don't really care 😂 hope you enjoy your days off!

@Vil10 I could've screamed when the IVF clinic told us the hospital hadn't sent a thing! They better have posted them now though or I will be having a word with someone on Monday!

@larrythelizard yeah, I was about ready to start screaming. You wait so long for something only to find out that actually you probably didn't need to wait so long because someone else didn't send across the relevant data!

@Shock123 my eyes are terrible, so I can't really see anything - when's AF due?

In my latest round of admin hell, the clinic told me I needed to go to my GP and get a prescription for 5mg folic acid. I call the doctors, they tell me I can get it over the counter so just to go to the pharmacy. I go the pharmacy and the pharmacist was like "lol no prescription only" so I had to call the doctors again (on hold for half and hour, of course) and then got told they would send a message to the nurse to prescribe it and they'd call me back when it was done. Which won't be till next week now and ... Why is nothing simple?! I wasn't expecting things to be easy but I also wasn't expecting to be spending so much time running around for stupid reasons

@InkyPaper it's so frustrating isn't it! I think maybe you can get 5mg folic acid from places like boots?

@Shock123 I can see something & agree with @Manifestingbaby if you thought you were CD6 or 7 then I think it might be wrong 🤞🏻

@Manifestingbaby yeah it's one of those I think the 2 embryos each time, no idea why however the difference was that first time they were both frozen at day 3 whereas the others were grown on so we got 2 day 5, there was 2 other embryos but one failed at day 4 & the other failed at day 6. The first lot then produced DS & a "did not survive the thaw" so I guess the second embryo wouldn't have made it if it had been grown to day 5. It's a tough process and I totally get it. We've had some great ivf results on this thread recently 🙌🏻

@Minster2012 yeah, it was the pharmacist at Boots that told me it was prescription-only and it had been for at least the last 10 years 😂 god knows why the receptionist at the doctor's told me it was available over the counter!

popping in for my fortnightly rant. I've moved GP surgeries but no one knows if they will prescribe clomifene for me in the CCG, so I have to go through three blood tests and DP the SA before we find out... wondering whether to just private straight away?

Also, I know its so irrational but an influencer I follow on Instagram is pregnant again. She has three already. ARGH IT'S SUCH BULLSHIT.

I went to see my friend who is due in March. I haven't seen her since she announced and to be honest have been avoiding her because she was my infertility buddy and now she's pregnant again.

I have weeks where I'm so calm about it, "it will happen, it's ok, I don't need to rush" and then weeks when I'm thrown into despair. Anyone else have this?

When I feel really bleak I always think about all of you on here and, in reality, hundreds of the other mums who I pass during school drop off who have probably also had fertility treatments. I'm so grateful for you all.
