I'm now CD12, I normally ovulate quite late but the my ovulation sticks are looking quite dark - thinking I may get a positive in the next couple of days which means lots of DTD time for me and DH over the weekend!

Ive been following along but haven't joined the thread yet as I only got my first positive ovulation test today and won't be testing until end of December but wanted to wish you all lots of baby dust and congratulations to the ladies who have fallen pregnant ❤️

So FW and DH has been working late so last night was first night that we managed to DTD. I got a solid smilie on CB OPK today. DH finished early today and was complaining of a sore back so was going home to have a bath and chill... I made a joke about him getting alone time and him pleasuring himself not actually thinking he'd do it considering we DTD last night and planned on tonight too well he bloody did! I'm now annoyed cause I feel like he's just wasted his 'men' 🙄🙈 maybe I'm being silly idk!

Aw @BH1926 I feel your frustration. But they make loads... could you persuade him to DTD later tonight?

Question ladies. .. I promised I wouldn't symptom spot but here I am. Currently 7dpo, usually by this point in cycle everything has dried up a I hurtle towards AF (short LP usually around 10days). However I'm noticing much more CCM than usual. Nothing else untoward so not concerned about infection or anything like that.. but I've done some googling (can someone put a block on it or something for me!!?!) And read that it can be a good sign? Anyone have any words of wisdom / experience of this?

I remember so little from my previous pregnancy as it was over 6y ago

@Nico89, voice of reason here - can be a good sign, could be just random. I usually get quite a lot of creamy cm in my TWW, but more than usual has been, in retrospect, a bit of a good sign.

But THERE IS NO WAY TO KNOW. Sorry love, CM changes aren't predictable. But you're one day closer to a test... hang in there, and everything crossed for you!

@HRHXO hi and welcome aboard. A 53 days cycle is so harsh on you, I can only imagine! My first cycle was 36 days (usually 28) and that was bad enough. As you start to gear up for your FW I wish you every ounce of luck this month!

Hi @beaverdiego, how are you doing? I take the Seven Seas TFAB vits you mentioned. I conceived twice taking them in previous years so am hoping they help! In any case the folic acid and other vitamins in them won't hurt. I don't know anything about Conceive Plus so I can't ocmpare the two for you I'm afraid, sorry.

@SkaterChick day 6/7 sounds too early for ovulation. Like you I got a nearly-positive OPK on CD7 then again on CD9. I actually got my true peak on CD13 so I assume I ovulated on CD14. Getting a nearly-positive OPK on CD7 is unlikely to be your ovulation although I did read that it can happen. I also read that ovulating early can still lead to a healthy pregnancy so who knows? Whatever happened with your cycle I hope things work out for you. Have you tested today?

@BH1926 so sorry your DH has a bad back, especially in your FW. You managed to DTD last night before your peak so you're definitely in with a good chance. You're not being silly if he engaged in a little 'DIY' when you 'needed' him not to! I'd be annoyed too although I suspect my DP is doing the same thing occasionally without telling me. I hope not but just a hunch... Does your DH know it's important to give you that errr. time and attention instead?

@Nico89 your symptoms could literally mean anything. I get more CM in the run-up to AF but equally it can be an early sign of pregnancy for some women. Whatever, the next few days should give you your answer. Have you got any FRERs ready? It's hard to wait though, I know. Stay busy and enjoy putting up your Christmas decs!

Morning all. I need to catch up on this thread! Will do today. But am 7DPO and woke up with very light brown spotting 🤨 this is cycle 6 TTC#1 and CD22.. cycles are usually only 26 days and spotting max one day before... I'm hopeful this could be implantation but realistic that it could be a random short cycle 🙄 No cramps just a very slight pressure feeling. Hmm. Bit scared to put myself on the calender as don't know what day I want to test, just going one day at a time at the moment! Hope everyone is ok. Hoping to see more BFPs on here in the next couple of weeks 🤞

I got a positive opk test on 29th November but I'm still getting stretchy cm, anyone else had this before?

Hi @dory0. Can't explain your spotting, sorry. I'm hoping it's IB though. Let us know when you decide to test, if you do. Taking one day at a time in the TWW is always a great idea in my experience!

@Hopingforarainbow27 I'm not sure what's going on there but what I know about CM could be written on the back of a postage stamp quite frankly - I am still learning (slowly) more about it. I'm sure somebody who knows more than I do will be along to help you out soon.

I'm officially 2DPO today. Feels like about 10DPO as I started getting nearly-positive OPKs from CD7! I think this TWW is going to drag but I have a plenty to keep me busy. I think testing this time next week might be an idea though, if a little early.

@Hopingforarainbow27, I had that a couple of cycles back - most likely is that your body had a run up at ovulation, then didn't quite make it and is gearing up for another go. If in doubt, try to jump jim a few more times!

I'm on cycle day 27 though? My cycles are 30-34 days long usually. Very strange! I feel like I felt twinges on cd 23 and yesterday? Never usually had this length of fertile cm it started cd 13!

Cycle 9 is the current cycle! What do u think?

@Hopingforarainbow27, hmmm that is odd! Sorry hun, I'm not sure... still think it's worth having sex if you can, on the off-chance it's just a longer cycle. Otherwise, bodies gonna do what they do!

Hey ladies. How is everyone doing?
I had some reflexology yesterday, I've never had it before but read it can help with conception and encourage ovulation and rebalance hormones.

Anyway, She said that my Fallopian tubes felt blocked but she worked them through and (I didn't tell her where I was in my cycle) she asked if I was due ovulate in a day or so because the ovary part was swollen.

I usually ovulate on CD16 which is quite late with only a short LP. Yesterday was only CD13 but last night i started with EWCM and this morning got my positive OPK!
I'm blown away by it, I've not ovulated this early since before my DD!

Hoping the slightly longer LP with help with implantation! 🤞🏻

Morning, hope everyone is doing well.

I’m 6/7 DPO today, depending if I go by my BBT or OPK. I’m really trying my hardest not to symptom spot but something I couldn’t ignore or make up was constipation between 4-6 DPO.

Apart form this I want to say my left nipple feels weird and I feel some stabbing/pulling sensation in my uterus but again, it can be just in my head 😂

My BBT is acting weird, throughout this whole cycle my temps been higher than usual, so now post ovulation there isn’t a big jump like I saw on my previous charts which bothers me lol

I haven’t started anything Christmas related yet, apart form doing some cleaning. I feel like until I have an answer if I’m pregnant or not this cycle, I can’t focus on anything else really 🙈

DH said we can clear out office/spare bedroom in case we need it for our little one which was cute but I thought “if you think you’ll get “a little one” by DTD once in my fertile window you’re wrong😂” can’t believe he’s so confident it’s going to happen soon with so little effort on his part 🙄

We’re going to a Christmas market today so it’s something to take my mind off TWW I suppose! X

Hi all!

I've been lurking in the background as I am a little behind where most of you seem to be. CD18 today and honestly no clue what's going on with my body. I had a very negative OPK on CD16 followed by a strong positive yesterday however have had no EWCM (if anything, any non EWCM I had has dried up today) and none of my usual intense ovulation pain.

My temp rose a little yesterday but dropped again today. No clue if I've ovulated or not, and not sure how long we can keep up DTD for. Ugh TTC is so confusing and stressful!!!
