Hello everyone ✨🎉

I’m starting a November thread after being unsuccessful this month, got some spotting so probably cycle day 1 for me today, with fertile window being in the first week of November.

Please join me if you’re as hopeful about fresh cycle as I am!

My main goal is to DTD more, we definitely didn’t make the most of it in October …
I’m therefore going to be 100% honest with DH that we need to get down to business this cycle.

@Mummytobe93 hahah well it sounds like you really enjoyed yourself and wouldn't expect anything less! Defiantly get down DTD especially as you are newlyweds 😁 is they a better excuse?

I just posed in another thread but wow, I had a surprise peak reading this morning, didn't expect ovulation before Sunday. There goes the SMEP approach. Didn't manage to sneak in a DTD yesterday evening, and I wouldn't see DH today as I'm having plans tonight. But I just texted him, he's on the way home for 30 minutes, I find that to be so funny. Like we're having an affair or something. I just hope it's not too late, I wish we would have DTD yesterday.

Also I find that amazing that he is on his way back to get it quickly in 🤣 dedication there! Try and get it in in the morning aswell incase that egg is still waiting around 😁😁

10dpo and bfn this morning feel like utter shit can feel a horrible mood coming on and just all round deflated this was month 13 ttc for us I just honestly want to give up

@purpleskyssssss yes, absolute commitment right? He's already back to work working from home has its perks.
Yeah will try to sneak in another round tonight or tomorrow morning, something like that.

@Firsttimetrier this next cycle I am swapping pregnacare pre conception for seven seas. Purely because pregnacare are so expensive and this is the 8th month I've been buying them.

@Mummytobe93 I'm so glad you had a good time!! After our wedding I was surprised at how relaxed I felt afterwards. All the planning and pre wedding stress/nerves... it all just stops... and it's wonderful as you feel like a weight has been lifted! Enjoy the post wedding bliss.

Little update from me. My temp went up this morning after my LH finally started to peak yesterday. I'm wondering if ovulation may have happened quickly seeing as it's late this month?. I've moved the ovulation date on Premom anyway. I am classing myself as out this month as we didn't manage to catch it really.

However me and DH had a massive heart to heart last night after a week of arguing about TTC and we both feel like we have aired our concerns and got on the same page. It's like a weight has been lifted. So now I'm feeling much, much more positive about the upcoming months
we've also agreed to do at least 1 or 2 lots of self insemination in the fertile window to increase our chances. So I'm excited to try that. I was reading about how this fertility specialist often recommends it to couples struggling with the pressure of TTC so I'm hoping it helps us to relax a bit more knowing that even if we miss a day or two actually DTD that I still have some sperm up there. We have nothing to lose really and everything to gain xx

@Donthaveaclue1 I'm so sorry to hear that and I completely get it. Only yesterday I felt exactly the same. This journey is so, so tough and you are not alone. ❤️

Feeling truly blessed got my BFP this morning 🥺 it's been one year of ttc and I really thought this day would never come!

I just wanted to let you know what I have done different and symptoms I have had so far as I always looked for that from other posts

We only had sex 4 times this month but all around ovulation, we used pre seed and I took folic acid - OH was waiting for SA results so maybe that naturally took pressure of us?

I have been reading a book called understanding your fertility over the past 2 months and this is really what I think helped me! I would recommend it to anyone! It gives so much insight into your cycles.

Different symptoms -
Overall I have felt very much like my AF is arriving no sore boobs, not much cramp, no sickness - all how I would normally feel

However I have had a cold since 3DPO that I haven't been able to shift and feeling like I've done an abb work out more so then cramps. My most out of the normal has been my dreams from about 5DPO very strange and waking me up and I remember them so well and they feel real! Feeling very bloated but other then that nothing out of the ordinary

I’m at 13dpo and af latest should come Sunday, I’m not really sure what’s going on this month tbh been a strange one I normally spot about 2 days before hand but this month when I check my cervix it’s like there is blood there but nothing comes out at all or even when I wipe so not really sure what’s happening I wish I’d af was coming she would come already instead of playing games with me

Can I join? Hoping November is our lucky month!
I’m (almost) 34 and DH is 39, we have DD who is 27 months old, and have been trying for a while now. Decided to try opk tracking in August and September, had a month off trying in October due to me needing a scan I couldn’t risk being pregnant for…so now we’re back on the ttc bus!
We’re also trying smep this month for the first time. Hopefully it’s the one for us!

@Donthaveaclue1 I'm sorry you're feeling so rubbish - TTC is such a difficult and stressful journey but please don't give up hope

@purpleskyssssss you've finally got your (beautiful) BFP after a year of trying and it gives hope to the rest of us. Thank you for sharing your journey with us and your symptoms too. So genuinely thrilled for you!

@Squiff70 I took one yesterday but wasn’t fmu and was bfn so now I’m waiting a couple of days to see if af comes on I’ve had this for couple days now and have cramps with it too x

Thank you @Squiff70 and @lemons44 the doctor just rang I have to have day 21 bloods then they will refer me to infertility clinic at the MRI

@Donthaveaclue1 I really hope the GP can help you after they've got the 21 day bloods. You may or may not need fertility treatment but there might be something simple that needs tweaking for you to conceive.

Omg @purpleskyssssss congratulations this is amazing news you must be absolutely chuffed.

So hoping as your cycle buddy I can get some of your good luck for when I test next week.
