Hi ladies,

You know the drill after this long haha! All of us ladies are ttc after miscarriage (whether that's MMC, MC, TFMR, ectopic or CP)

On my side not much. I had colposcopy and 2 biopsies done on my cervix 2 days ago so no trying this month 😑

@babyghirl having a coldmight be good as immune system can fight the cold and hopefully let implantation happen:) no symptoms, just usual pms with swollen boobs etc etc. Not spotted yet which is a good sign that the laparoscopy has removed the endo :) as it causes spotting which has sometimes been as early as 7dpo for me. You got any symptoms?

@sunnysideup2020 No I haven't tested - after 2 years it looses its appeal haha! If December arrives without a period I will think about testing but no symptoms just usual past. Ahh did it hurt? hopefully your results come back clear and you are free to ttc again soon 🤞🤞

@Annny27 errr yeah….. I relented!! Never did it before, didn’t ever want to risk seeing chemical pregnancies…. But I ended up testing at 8,10 and 12 dpo 🙄🤷🏼‍♀️ All BFN of course! Had the easy@home HCG tests from testing down after MC so they were “just there” 🤦🏼‍♀️ Still holding out a silly little bit of hope but I know I’m out this month!
And OMG…. Is that really a thing that your immune system fights implantation????? I had a horrific cold in the week after my MC was conceived!! I half thought it was symptoms when I found out but it would’ve been way to early!!! That’s totally insane that your body would fight a natural process 😳😳 but also…. How can you kill your immune system for a week after ovulation???? 🤔🤔🤔🤣

@PeanuttyButter so sorry you got AF lovely 😞 I hear you on everyone around you getting pregnant! The most unlikely people around me have got pregnant and gone on to have healthy babies during my delightfully long TTC 😡 sickening!! I actually ended up consoling one of my 16 year old (!!!!) waitresses last night as she came into work mid-miscarriage!!!!!
That was a serious test of my emotions! It’s just 2 months since mine and I broke for her!
Kicked her ass aswell for being so irresponsible - she’s a friends daughter so we’re close enough. Poor girl is going through hell love her…. But it just shows - MCs happen to everyone 💔

So my fertility team called me this week to advise starting the IVF application process 😞
When i had my baseline scan they only counted 6 follicles so they’re worried that IVF won’t be a viable option if we wait too long.
It’ll need to be self funded as we live in Cornwall 😩
It’s hit me really hard, they told me I had a much higher than average ovarian reserve following AMH tests so I’m confused as hell!!
But…. Saying that…. I do get that the application process takes so long that it’s worth getting it rolling seeing as time is not on our side. That’ll give us 4-6 months to hopefully make a natural miracle and if it didn’t happen again after that I’d be thinking to move to the next step anyway 🤷🏼‍♀️

@Annny27 no only spoke with the receptionist and she wouldn't give me the actual values. Said I had to speak with the doctor but then wouldn't give me an appointment as the doctor hadn't asked for one and she had referred me to gynae so to wait for them. It really doesn't help. We are in a financial position (we aren't loaded but have savings) to go private if that's what I need but I don't know what will help at the moment.
I've been referred to the local woman's hospital now too so hoping their waiting list is lower.

@Kelb79 thanks but I knew AF was going to come as we didn't try that month so AF was good news at the time.

I'm CD 7 today. Usually ovulate on day 13 so we will start DTD today or tomorrow (don't want to put pressure on DH) but at the same time don't want to freakishly ovulate early and then miss it (I've had lh rises on day 10 before then another peak at 13)

2nd since MC…. I was so hopeful of being one of those super lucky people that get pregnant quickly after 🙄 meh!!

I’m gonna cheer myself up by booking a holiday (and praying that this bloody omicron variant doesn’t mess it up!!) - I had wanted to go away in January when I was pregnant (I would’ve been 5/6 months) but OH was totally against me flying and, much as I know it’s safe, I totally respect that it’s his decision too so it was off the cards, I’ve very much put it back on the cards now!!!

My next AF is due on Christmas Day!! Wtf??!! I’m regular as clockwork so that’s gonna be either the best or worst Christmas ever!! 🤦🏼‍♀️🙄🤷🏼‍♀️

Quick q……. How long did you all take to get pregnant before MC?? I was 2 years TTC so I’m just not feeling at all hopeful of my chances of taking again 😕

I am 15dpo and feeeeeels like AF is about about arrive. Not done any tests yet but also pretty sure she is coming based on how my tummy and boobs are feeling.

@kelb79 sorry lovely :( I was 3 months ttc and then got pregnant in Sept 2019, mmc at 11 weeks then its been 2 years since and nothing (had a chemical about 6months ago). So you might be the other way round to me having an easier time after miscarriage with fertility! Hopefully

@babyghirl how are the pups? Hope they are doing well- when do they leave?

@peanuttybutter yep I always like to dtd as soon as periods over just to get some sperm inside incase I ovulate earlier 😂 the sexiness of ttc 👀

My firs pregnancy i was convinced it was AF coming.... 😬
I know testing got boring but hope this is a good sign 💕💕

@sunnysideup2020 If she doesn't arrive by tomorrow I am tempted to test - but also in my mind I am like as soon as you do that she will make her self known and arrive 😂 I am skeptical , realistic but ofcourse always have the glimpse of hope even after all this time haha!

Well it won't be as magical as I envisioned.
We will be in a temporary accommodation in Switzerland. DH doesn't have holiday since he just starts work next week... so it wiĺl just be a weekend!
And all my xmas decorations are in storage :(

We will still do presents and get a small tiny tree I hope!

And just like that.....the period has arrived 🙈 oh well, on to the next month like always 👀😬

@sunnysideup2020 awwh hopefully she can enjoy everyone else's Christmas lights that are around and what not and the small tree will be lovely!

5 months but was a cp then fell again that September lost it at ten and a half weeks, then fell the following September lost at 6+5 weeks, then fell the following September lost at ten weeks, then fell in the Jan and lost at 6 weeks and nothing from it,💚

Period arrived @babyghirl :( suuuucks! Awwh bet you will miss the pups when they all go

Soooo period arrived BUT no spotting it just came so obviously the endometriosis removal helped which I am really chuffed about.
BUT nhs saying 2 years now for ivf so i have asked them to appeal and will hear back in 8 weeks and then if they say no we are going private in February or whenever they get back to us as I am NOT waiting untill may 2023 fml

So if we arent pregnant by February we are going private ivf just need to find a clinic! Has anyone looked before?

I have heard people saying on these threads about a deal pay for 3 goes and if not successful you get money back don't quite me on it thou but have a look at the ivf threads, sorry the bitch rocked in on her broom stick bitch she is 💚

@Annny27 sorry AF got you, but glad the spotting is now all gone, that's one of the worst parts of TTC when you know AF is basically here but she won't fully come in so you can move on.

@Kelb79 We started TCC properly in Dec 20, got caught in my mid March cycle (24 day cycle so more than 3 cycles). Lost that at 9.5 weeks, had surgery 4th June. 2 AF later then got caught again at my end of July cycle and lost that at 9 weeks, surgery 1st October.

I sometimes wish you could order a baby/pregnancy. I would wait if I knew it would be successful and I'd make it to the end. Even if they said to me "Your pregnancy will commence on X day year X" I wouldn't mind waiting if the certainty was there. It's the unknown I can't deal with
