27DONFIN · 07/10/2021 22:20

Iv got my HSG booked for the 1st November. Any tips for before of after? How painful did people find it? X

Babyghirl · 08/10/2021 00:10

@27DONFIN
What I have read is you will feel cramping when the die going in, but can be extreme pain if any of your tubes are blocked. Hopefully someone when tell you if they had it.
You getting it done to c the shape of the urters or for blocked tubes. I had an mri the other day for mine.

27DONFIN · 08/10/2021 07:24

@Babyghirl it's check if my tubes are blocked. Its my final test before starting treatment and depending on the results of that and my bloods they decide if we try 4 rounds of IUI or go straight to IVF

Equimum · 08/10/2021 07:32

Sorry, no advice 27DONFIN, but good luck with your tests. I have everything crossed that you are getting super close to your rainbow baby now.

I have everything crossed that you get some good news Babyghirl.

PeanuttyButter · 08/10/2021 08:18

Hi all
One week on from my ERPC today.
Bleeding has been on and off all week, sometimes heavy sometimes non existent and im glad it's finally over....then it starts up again heavy. Didn't have this last time I was done and dusted after 2-3 days. Had awful diarrhoea since too, that stopped yesterday but I think I was well past empty at that point haha.
Keep getting periods of hope that next time will be ok followed by grief. So bloody hard isn't it.
Contacted the GP yesterday to ask for support so we will see what happens there.

Babyghirl · 08/10/2021 09:57

@27DONFIN
Have everything crossed that's its a step closer to getting your rainbow baby, we will all get there just taking a while 💚

@Equimum

@PeanuttyButter

27DONFIN · 08/10/2021 13:15

PeanuttyButter · 08/10/2021 17:17

@Babyghirl got a negative test this morning.
Also spoke to the GP this afternoon too and she's sending me for ovulation bloods, thyroid and clotting factors the usual etc. Took an LH test too so I can see where I am with that.
Just want the bleeding to stop now, I don't wear pads usually but had to with this and the progesterone before that so fed up.

chali7 · 09/10/2021 02:21

Hey ladies,

I'm just swinging by to let you know that our little girl was born just over a week ago. Her delivery was very traumatic and something I'll probably never get over, but she's safe now and I'm forever grateful.

The support on this thread got me through some of my darkest days, so thank you so much for that. You're all wonderful, and I hope you all have your rainbow babies in your arms soon too.

Ps. @Babyghirl - look at those pups! Gorgeous 😍

Xx

27DONFIN · 09/10/2021 07:50

@chali massive congratulations amazing news. Hope you you are doing well xx

Babyghirl · 09/10/2021 08:37

Babyghirl · 09/10/2021 08:38

@PeanuttyButter
Glad your gp is looking in to it for you and hopefully you get some answers. 💚

chali7 · 09/10/2021 08:42

Thank you all! @Babyghirl .. we called her Emily, she was born at 39 weeks via emergency section, weighing 8lbs. We are so so lucky in so many ways - I suffered a complete placenta abruption at home during labour and was taken straight to our hospital for a section. Just so lucky really ❤
Hope you're doing well? Xx

Babyghirl · 09/10/2021 08:58

@chali7
Oh beautiful name, sorry you have a rough time of it but I'm sure it was all worth it in the end.

ELM7 · 10/10/2021 19:56

Hey Ladies hope you are all ok and have had a nice weekend

@chali7 congratulations on the arrival of your daughter

@Annny27 is it this week you have your Op?

@Babyghirl I know how hard it was with 1 pup and she was 10 weeks old when we got her so I take my hat of to you with that many brand new pups!

So 5weeks to the day of losing our baby and AF has made its arrival and man its a bitch! But I’m trying to think of it as a clear through and reset.

@Babyghirl how long did it take from your referral to getting an appointment with the recurrent miscarriage clinic can you remember?

Babyghirl · 10/10/2021 20:10

@ELM7
Not as long as I thought my gp wrote to them in Jan came though in June I think. I got told could take up to 2 years thou, have you got your gp to sent u to them 💚

Babyghirl · 10/10/2021 20:10

@ELM7
I just kept ringing hospital for updates of where I was on the list to lol.
