8DPO and loosing my marbles

I'm currently 8DPO... been trying since Feb this year.
Got pregnant on our first try in February but that ended in a chemical 😢
I'm now 8DPO and getting all the same signs as I did the first time around...
Sore nipples, spotty face, strong cramps mostly at night 🙈

Trying so hard to hold of testing until Saturday which is when my period is due 🤞🏻🙈
Anyone else resisting the urge to test 🤣

Not got my peak yet... another friend has just announced they are expecting and I can't help but just feel angry at my body 😢

Hi ladies, how is everyone doing? Just been catching up on the thread.

I am 6dpo at the mo, used OPKs this month and found I’m ovulating 4 days later than my app suggested so fingers crossed this time.

Feel a bit nauseous today and have been v bloated but I know it’s too early for symptoms? Where is everyone in their cycle?

Hey @AquaVitae89 I'm around 6dpo today too. Been feeling some little cramps and vivid dreams but that's about it, going insane waiting again haha.

@monkeyy97 just saying hi as also been trying since February! How're you finding it? I had a rough month last month and it really got me down. Having some tests this month to check everything is okay 😬

Hey! I got pregnant in feb but ended in a chemical... so my docs won't do any tests until I've been trying for a year since the chemical, as I can get pregnant.

This has been my rough month, seems every single person on my social media is announcing at the moment and I'm just feeling super down 💔

@monkeyy97 oh I'm so sorry! That's horrible!

I haven't been pregnant at all. I'm paying privately for some tests (equivalent to £150 in the UK) and I figured it was worth it for my peace of mind. I'd hate to get to the year mark and find out something could have been sorted months earlier!

Life can be very cruel...
I'm only 23 and my partner is 26... we have decided if nothing has happened by next feb then we will go private for tests as I know the waiting list can take a while especially in the uk 😊

Hey @monkeyy97 don't feel angry at your body, it will happen its normal to take 6-12 months which seems like a eternity when trying it is normal just we are lead to believe as soon as have unprotected sex we will get pregnant which is sad really as gives us false hope when do start the ttc journey.

After i had my mmc all i wanted was to be back pregnant again as all my friends were announcing or having babies but after speaking to a few of them i realised several of them had losses and been ttc for a while your not alone, social media just shows the positives of peoples lives and never the negatives.

Weve decided we wont be announcing this pregnancy until 20+ weeks on social media and when we do we will mention this is our double rainbow baby and abit about our journey so other people who ttc realise it hasn't just been plain sailing to get where we are and for them to not lose hope as i know how baby announcements can be so triggering. xx

Update from me! The conceive plus ovulation support tabs have worked!!!! I have ovulated 11 days early on cd24 rather than cd35! Hoooooooray!!!!!

@xoJellybean they are these from Amazon! I was fully expecting it to be way out again as I had my second jab a few weeks ago! Sooooo happy as I was getting concerned that my cycles were getting longer and longer

Omg this is amazing!!! So pleased for you! Was the only thing you did differently was taking the tablets? We had some fertility tests this month and everything looking normal. I have a septate uterus but Dr wasn't worried about it as it's a normal variant. Been told to go away and try a few more months and go back in January if nothing has happened then. They'll then look at doing a laparoscopy to check I don't have endo 😊

@monkeyy97 congratulations!! Just read this thread! Hope your bean sticks. Really hoping for my own BFP soon. Really comforting that those tabs worked for you. I don’t think I need them but rn I am throwing money at the problem left right and centre so if nothing happens this cycle (#6) then I might try them! Do you know if the static smiley confirms you’ve actually released an egg?

Yeah I took the tablets but I actually stopped as soon as I knew I was getting ready to ovulate.
I then used pre seed twice.. day before Ov and day off Ov and I'm pregnant! So something must have worked 🙈

Yes we have paid for a early scan! Doctors won't even entertain it where I am!
I even had to do a self referral form for the hospital I want! 🙈
Mentioned in the form my previous pregnancy was suspected ectopic so hoping I get in a bit sooner than 12 weeks.
But my scan is booked for when I'm 7w3d! So fingers crossed everything is ok 🤞🏻

Very crampy though as if AF is coming and is making me panic !!

@monkeyy97 I'm sure everything will be fine!! I'maso very cramps like AF on way with some ack twinges. But I do remember having this 1st time with my little boy. As well as spotting which obviously freaked me out!

So pleased be both got out BFP . I was convinced AF was on the way as I had slight spotting, then I did an ovulation test when AF was a few days late (not sure why I did the ovulation test) and it was positive so this prompted me so test!
