I'm currently 8DPO... been trying since Feb this year.
Got pregnant on our first try in February but that ended in a chemical 😢
I'm now 8DPO and getting all the same signs as I did the first time around...
Sore nipples, spotty face, strong cramps mostly at night 🙈

Trying so hard to hold of testing until Saturday which is when my period is due 🤞🏻🙈
Anyone else resisting the urge to test 🤣

@monkeyy97 AF was due yesterday but there was no sign of it , but today I had a bit of bloody discharge mixed with clear stuff so I'm assuming AF on its way 😔

monkeyy97 · 23/08/2021 07:53

Still nothing! Give up with the testing now and just waiting for AF to arrive... this is now cd45... never had a cycle this long before.

Any tips on how to reduce cycle length? As I'm usually around 40/42 days

@monkeyy97 oh I'm so sorry. My cycles used to be like this. They were roughly 6 weeks but I had 120 day cycles occasionally. I took something called magnesium ok. Boots and amazon stock it. It regulates cycles. With my first I was trying 18 months and fell pregnant the month after I started taking these. I also had 4 miscarriages last year and started taking these and I'm pregnant with my rainbow baby xxx

Hi all, update on me- still suffering with left side back pain, yesterday (7 or 8dpo) had some intense cramps for about an hour, felt like AF but had no bleeding or anything, but felt wet below so went to check but was just loads of (TMI) CM (this is odd for me) pain back is there still but not as bad or im just getting used to it as had since 2po. oh and sleep im struggling, last two nights barely slept i want too but cant (could be nerves for wedding)

Also dont want meals, not had dinner for 3 nights now, rather snack foods so bizarre.
xxx

@monkeyy97
Do you know for sure when you ovulated? If it makes you feel any better, I had really sore breasts for over a week before I thought my period was due. I took a test because it was an unusual pms sign and the day before my predicted period, but bfn. Took another one 4 days later, still negative. I assumed I would get my period in the next couple of days after that, but never got it. Realised maybe I was just testing too early and finally got a very clear positive. So all in all I got my first positive maybe a week and a half after I originally thought my period was due, even though I'm pretty sure I had symptoms around the time I expected my period.

monkeyy97 · 23/08/2021 13:45

@peanutmm

I track using easy@home... I have no idea what's going on now.

All AF signs have gone and cd45 is super late for me. I'm going to leave it a couple more days then possibly phone the doctors as clearly something is going on 🤣🙈

Hi all

Sorry to jump back in as I haven't posted in a while

Had lots of PMS symptoms last week , along with other. Wednesday I had some very bizarre pains

AF was due Saturday and it didn't arrive and still hasn't

Did a test this morning which is negative

Only symptom I've got is sore boobs but nothing else. Any idea what on earth is going on as I'm clearly not pregnant??

sak96x · 24/08/2021 11:07

@monkeyy97 It could be implantation bleeding? X

monkeyy97 · 24/08/2021 11:54

@sak96x

Definitely isn't... AF is here in full force 😢

Onto the next cycle! Think I'm going to buy the conceive plus ovulation support as i see it has good reviews about reducing your cycle length and bringing O forward 🤞🏻

@Km12345 any update?

Km12345 · 25/08/2021 07:21

@Ckhw still no proper flow, just off bits of very light spotting, but negative test yesterday morning so I'm very confused ! Still got sore boobs but that's it

monkeyy97 · 03/09/2021 23:03

@LeeTTCRainbow

Congratulations!!! Did you do anything differently this cycle? ❤️❤️

LeeTTCRainbow · 04/09/2021 12:49

@EmL98 thank you and massive congratulations to you too, 5 weeks on Monday, what about you? Xx

LeeTTCRainbow · 04/09/2021 12:56

@monkeyy97 thank you lovely, no not really only difference was I didn’t test ovulation tried a more relaxed approach but did feel ovulation pain so did know roughly know when ovulated, continued using conceive + tablets and fertility lube didn’t test early waited to see if AF arrived but ended up being 5 days late and started feeling queasy when eating but also off food a little which has continued. Any news for you? Xx

monkeyy97 · 04/09/2021 16:02

@LeeTTCRainbow

I've bought the conceive plus ovulation support tabs so I have started those, also bought some pre seed so 🤞🏻 I don't get ovulation pain so going to use up my ovulation tests this month and if nothing happens I think next month I'm not going to bother testing for ovulation and just have sex every 2/3 days 😜

LeeTTCRainbow · 04/09/2021 16:21

@monkeyy97 yes that’s what we did but tbh where had the wedding it really helped take my mind off it, tww flew by and before I knew it realised I was late, I took tampons on my mini moon expecting AF to arrive it just never came.

Good luck lovely, How long have you been trying for? Xx

monkeyy97 · 04/09/2021 16:22

@LeeTTCRainbow

We have been trying since November... I got pregnant in feb but I had a chemical. Nothing since! 🥺😢

OP posts:
LeeTTCRainbow · 04/09/2021 16:38

@monkeyy97 don’t give up lovely, we’ve been ttc for over a year, I had a mmc in January at 12.5 weeks d&c required as had complications was very dramatic, then fell again unexpectedly, sadly lead to a 6 week miscarriage end of March then nothing until now I know every negative is gut wrenching it will happen but like you said if this month with ovulation tests isn’t your month, try a more relaxed approach or give yourself a project, like I said wedding planning helped take away the attention from ttc massively. Xx

monkeyy97 · 04/09/2021 18:23

@LeeTTCRainbow
So sorry for your losses 😢 Life can be so cruel...

Thank you, that means a lot. I had no idea this journey to conceive would be such a emotional rollercoaster 🥺

OP posts:
LeeTTCRainbow · 04/09/2021 19:26

@monkeyy97 thank you yes us women are strong to pull ourselves back up, you got this.

Oh definitely me neither first ever pregnancy was my mmc and we found out at our 12 week scan that lost baby was a moment I never want to relive again and hopefully won’t, ttc can be such a lonely place and going through a loss even more so think it’s so important to talk about it as unfortunately seems to be so common and can be lucky a long, lonely road, these groups keep me sane tbh. Xx always here to talk if need it xx

monkeyy97 · 06/09/2021 11:14

Update - if anyone is thinking of trying the conceive plus ovulation support tabs do it!

I started taking them as soon as they arrived so I think day 2/3 of my period.. anyway we are on cd 14 and I have started what I think are ovulation cramps 🤞🏻 my ovulation tests are starting to get dark when usually this wouldn't happen until at least cd20 onwards!

Will let you know which day I get my peak... anyway before cd30/35 is a huge improvement 😎
