TTC Bus 46 - where we're all off on our holidays (let's hope that means more BFPs - rubbish results for July!)

Mad scramble from the opposite side of the country to where I normally live to keep the bus running as @minster2012 still has connectivity issues. I'm on holiday in Suffolk with only limited signal so very likely to have missed people, particularly any newbies - it's not personal, I'm very sorry and in exchange I won't charge you for the ticket!

Here is the bus where anything goes, and chat isn’t just TTC it’s anything. Ranting very much encouraged to her things off your (are they sore boobs?!) chest. The last bus had loads of work promotions too & we’ve still got interviews so hopefully it’s a lucky bus in more ways than just making babies...let's hope this one has more BFPs and more house luck!

We are here to help and support each other & anything goes. We’ve had losses, heartache & some super fertile short ride passengers so welcome all.

@becarefuloutthere see that's what I'm worried about! There's not a lot of margin for error 🙈 I don't think I'd get away with saying I was losing weight as in general I think I look quite chunky 😂

@bez91 do you tend to have regular cycles? It could be that you're just ovulating late this cycle, maybe?

@InkyPaper 28 to 30 is a big jump though! Nothing you'd accidentally creep into - I'm sure you'll be fine.

@InkyPaper yes @Juno231 is right it's a big jump and not going to happen and I don't see maintaining being a problem😊 you'll be fine! Usually like 31-33 days and regular, I'm CD21 today and haven't even ov'd this late so a crappy cycle me thinks.

@Juno231 argggggh what a pain in the arse, did you post it or email it? Maybe it'll turn up and it's just lying around in someone in-tray just like someone DHs SA that 'turned up' 😆 I can't remember who it was

Wondering if someone would be able to help me? Is there who uses the purple clear blue ovulation sticks which get a flashy smiles etc.

Been ttc #2 for 3 months so onto cycle 4 now. Haven’t tracked anything was just being relaxed and I roughly know my cycle. Or thought I didn’t anyway so didn’t think I needed to do any of that.

Anyway now it’s cycle 4 decided to check I was ovulating when I thought so bought the clear blue.

My cycle is shortish like 26 days. And usually I ovulate CD13 as usually I get one sided cramps and coincides with CM so always take it as that.

But CD 10 and CD11 today testing has to be me blank circle. So not even high fertility. Surely if I ovulate CD13 that would be flashy by now at least?

Am I interpreting this wrong? Or is it not right cos I only started it on CD10 as I’d only just bought it. Like does it collectively sort the data each test you do..

Hope this makes sense. Hope someone can help me. Maybe I’m getting on ovulation date wrong!! But certain I’m not.

I little update about me. I'm 33, trying since January for baby #1 with no luck, 3 chemical pregnancies and hubby's swimmers will be tested this Wednesday.

@bez91 argh another missing OV?! We think mine came around CD26 last time if that helps,? Probs doesn't though as I was /am fed up too

@Indianna2006 what CD did you start them on, if you OV on around CD13 for the first cycle you'd need to be be starting them around CD7 to get your baseline in, it's always at least one blank before any highs and the first cycle likely 2 , did you start when they suggested??

@InkyPaper my Ivf stuff last few times they didn't really bother with the weighing me maybe they just took my word for it? After asking my weight & height & weighing me once?

@larrythelizard nope still friggin got 2 houses. Still waiting on exchange though we are loving everything out. I'm tempted to retrain as a Conveyancing solicitor. I think I'll qualify by the time our house sale goes through 🤣🤦🏼‍♀️

So basically I’ve faffed it up haha..typical.

I was thinking they need to know your hormone levels at the lowest to detect a surge I presume. So could be why I’ve got two bank circles. Doesn’t mean I’m actually far from ovulation as it’s first time I’ve used it.

I read it said to start that day but didn’t think it would matter starting a few days later but clearly it does..

Should I keep testing and hope to get a static smiley at least?

I’m 31 and have a 3.5 year old dd. Trying for #2 cycle 4.

I had a lot of issues after my daughters birth and so taken a while to get to stage where we could ttc but hoping it won’t be too much longer for the age gap ☺️

So just been for my repeat prolactin blood test! I have a phone app on Thursday morning to discuss my previous results and my new prolactin result, so I'm going to question my progesterone and ask about doing LH and FSH on day 2, hopefully they listen!! Also got back to bsck viewings on the house today from 5-8🤯 so it's my job to have the dogs out the house as long as possible while OH does the viewings! So had a mad morning rushing, just at the gym then straight home to tidy up before 5!

@minster2012 I'm fine, my BP is still stage 1 hypertension but it's stable. All the tests were absolutely fine so it's just constant readings and checks now xx

@Indianna2006 I'm no expert but I'd keep peeing and one will pop up eventually. When I was last using them I was getting static face on day 21/22 of a 28 day cycle. So maybe ovulation is later than you thought? Or maybe a wonky no egg cycle? Just saw your update...have you had EWCM this cycle yet?

😂😂😂 @Minster2012 I have no idea why conveyancing solicitors can be so shit! My experience is if any of the chain is being done by a firm of low paid conveyancers instead of a solicitor it takes so much longer as they're unable to use common sense!

@Juno231 thank you. There is no such a thing over here where we live, things work completely different. Also the fact that we haven't reached the 12months of trying yet, they just sent us to the fertility clinic. My husband will get tested this Wednesday. My tests will have to wait a little longer due to waiting long waiting list.
