TTC Bus 46 - where we're all off on our holidays (let's hope that means more BFPs - rubbish results for July!)

Mad scramble from the opposite side of the country to where I normally live to keep the bus running as @minster2012 still has connectivity issues. I'm on holiday in Suffolk with only limited signal so very likely to have missed people, particularly any newbies - it's not personal, I'm very sorry and in exchange I won't charge you for the ticket!

Here is the bus where anything goes, and chat isn’t just TTC it’s anything. Ranting very much encouraged to her things off your (are they sore boobs?!) chest. The last bus had loads of work promotions too & we’ve still got interviews so hopefully it’s a lucky bus in more ways than just making babies...let's hope this one has more BFPs and more house luck!

We are here to help and support each other & anything goes. We’ve had losses, heartache & some super fertile short ride passengers so welcome all.

Poor DS has got a nasty cold and a new cough so today was traumatic PCR test agogo, OH and I are knacked as went out for the evening last night (and drank lots of wine!) and then poor DS was snoring like Darth Vader in the bed between us from about 1am. 😬 🙈

@Minster2012 ultrasound is due on CD23 so not really sure what it'll show 🤔

@Minster2012 & @Crazydoglady123 I'm worrying about ectopic because I read they're more common in women with endometriosis and often present with slow rising HCG. I've had some pain in my left side today too, almost like ovulation pain. I've been seen at EPU and although it's too early to scan me they've done bHCG bloods and they'll repeat them every 48 hours to check my levels double correctly or drop down fast enough if I miscarry. Apparently it's if they don't rise or fall that it can indicate ectopic. I'm just super paranoid because my right ovary doesn't work due to an endometrioma cyst so if I lose my left tube then I'm fucked for TTC. I do also have anxiety as I've mentioned before so everything is combining to make me panic 😩

Can I please hop on the bus please?

I'm 37, DH is 43, we've been TTC for 5 months or so, AF due in 2 days but definitely don't feel like this is the month. :-( But sending good luck vibes to all you lovely ladies, hope you all see some BFPs soon!

@polkadotpixie I know it sounds weird, and fingers crossed it doesn’t come to that anyway, but I’m sure I’ve read that if you only have one Fallopian tube it can ‘migrate’ to pick up the egg from the opposite ovary… I’ll see if I can find it online and post a link

@Juno231 we are in a similar boat then! No I haven't done any more OPKs, because this month we haven't had much sex, we'll not around that time anyway 😹we literally only did it that night, & 3 nights before as we've just been so busy so I didn't bother with any more tracking as was bit pointless

@Crazydoglady123 well you really do need to get organised then 😬🤭😛a very definite BFN on the ic this morning so just a fuck boy I'm afraid. I don't think I've ovulated again since the miscarriage. I think that one was a bit of a fluke and obviously turned out to be a duff egg so I'm thinking we'll end up at ivf again or DH saying no to that now we've got a big house project. I can predict big arguments in the future 😣😔

Well X finally seems a bit better today and he's off to my parents today which is good as yesterday he was a shit bag to me. I was hit 4 times and spat on. If anyone would like to borrow a toddler you are very welcome. He's a daddy's boy through & through.more moving bits for me and shopping

@Minster2012 well AF appeared this morning! Relieved and disappointed at the same time.

So even though the clinic said I need a re-scan in 7-10 days, my Med centre have just passed on a letter they’ve received from the EPU with an appointment date for me - next Monday afternoon! That’s 13 days. I’m just crying now as I don’t believe there’s any hope left for this little one and everyone’s just expecting me to miscarry again. I’ve ended up in A&E both the most recent ones, and that’s before you add the aspirin…
Also, I called the EP U on Wednesday morning, they sent the letter sometime later that day and didn’t call me at all to let me know or discuss it with me? What’s that about?

Well I'm waiting on a phone call bout my knee today I'm in agony today. I think I've done too much moving house stuff but it needs doing. Today was meant to be moving the rest of the kitchen stuff out. I HATE the kitchen here. It MAKES no sense. Even DH hates it. The cupboards are tiny and can't even fit our plates in. Humph.

Gah another email from the background security company - asking a slightly different question but clearly on the same topic as before. I'm tempted to email HR to say the company keeps asking about this and seeing as it's been 6 weeks (was meant to take 2-3) I'm concerned they're not getting it.

@Sunbird24 that's shit. But I have no faith in the system! However, no matter what day it is on it'll not change the outcome? So if you can't get one earlier, then you need to try not to stress as that'll certainly not help. Easy to say I know. But you need to be strong for your little one! It does feel like no one gives a shit though, and I get that. Do you have any friends you can spend time with to take your mind off it?

Sorry posted too soon. That's what happens when you try and type on a drip..mri was inconclusive so more tests most likely. I can't see Alice as I'm strapped to my bed basically so DH has been visiting her and she's doing so well. I'm. Managing to express milk too luckily. So all just a waiting game now x
