This month has probably been my "best" chart so far in terms of temp consistency. Trying not to get ahead of myself with this morning's rise because I had a rise at about the same point last cycle and it just plummeted back to the cover line the day AF was due!

@SlothMamaToBe @MrsTwentyNine tested and got a BFN. My temp dropped yesterday lower than what it's been. But picked up this morning. AF due Monday, so will wait it out now and see.

Thank you *@Hopefulhedgehog* yes different times in the morning but all exactly as I wake up as I keep it under my pillow and I’ve not been sleeping well lately. Jump coincided with positive OPK so I thought that was good. I just wasn’t sure what to look for, so basically high temps are good at this stage, dropping are AF imminent? I’m actually spotting for tonight (11dpo) so I’m sure I’m out. When I fell pregnant before I didn’t spot until after AF due and I’ve always been a spotter so that’s what alerted me. So fed up of thinking about it. The only way to not is just to give up I think 😭

It needs to be the same time each day, regardless of when you naturally wake up!

@SlothMamaToBe good self-control! I’m just 4dpo so symptom spotting hasn’t started yet. I’m quite busy this weekend too so will probably be next week by the time I start driving myself mad

I’m 2 days late… still getting the odd bit of spotting not much though. I reckon AF is messing around and will be here later today or tomorrow at latest.

Hi @Thisriveriswild - nothing exciting here. AF turned up yesterday afternoon as predicted, albeit late. Weird this month I can’t even get upset … it’s feeling like the end of the road for us ttc.

Oh I'm sorry to hear that @SlothMamaToBe...it's the most disappointing feeling when AF turns up. I hope you're okay.

No news here. 11DPO, chart looks the same as the last couple of cycles so not particularly optimistic. Feel v bloated and a bit crampier than normal, but probably just eaten too much!

I'm only 8dpo as I figured out I ovulate later than I thought this month. No symptoms here, just really sore boobs which is normal for me before AF. It's weird when you ovulate late and your period is just around the corner so you think you must be way more DPO! I've got some fertility tests in September to check everything is okay and working as it should be 😊

So my temp's still high. AF due tomorrow. I have one FRER left in the cupboard and it's calling me...

When I go onto FF's "charts like mine", of the top 10, 7 of them are pregnancy charts. Going to be so gutted if it's another BFN, I know I'm best off waiting but not sure my self control will let me!

Hi, hoping I can join in. I'm recently off contraception so have been tracking my cycle and relearning about my body after 12 years 😅

Partner and I had unprotected sex, and I thought I was still at least 5 days away from ov as my OPKs were negative. The very next morning I got a positive OPK and FF said I ovulated two days afterwards. I know BD 3 days before ov is unlikely, but its possible.
If we were to conceive, its not the worst thing in the world.

Anyway, I'm 7dpo. Have been cramping since 5dpo. I'm in a bad mood today and have been nauseous yesterday evening and this evening (I'm in Aus, so it's currently 6pm). I also haven't had much of an appetite.
My temp dropped yesterday and then again today so I think I might be out

AF arrived for me yesterday evening. Despite feeling positive about this month, I'm not too down about it.

@LemonDrizzle44 yew, unfortunately I'm a shift worker. But, the last few days I have set an alarm for 5am every morning, which is the earliest I wake up for work. So the times should even out soon. The only time that will be different will be when I have to do overnight shifts.

Given my thermometer to DH to hide now so I don't carry on temping and stress myself out.
