Have you requested progesterone test with gp yet?

Sorry to keep popping here with negative stuff. I had a scan yesterday, got retained tissue, a cyst and infection. So frustrating and upsetting.
The EPU said I should never have been discharged until I had the all clear, ie neg test. It's been so hard to get back to EPU and get this scan as I had to go via GP and it's been a nightmare getting through. Feel I was so lucky to get back into the system, I had a lovely Sister taking care of me yesterday, she's not gonna let me be discharged until I'm all sorted.
What a bummer, feel MEH.
Miscarriage is so complicated.

Thanks for all the positive responses ladies. I have been feeling a bit wheezy on and off, and I feel quite faint when I stand up, which is something I seem to really struggle with in the early weeks Annny27. I’m hoping these are all good signs, but who know what’ll happen.

@Babyghirl thank you. Its nice to be able to chat to others going through the same things. Me and my partner are going to try again in August (fingers crossed) hopefully my cycle will return to normal or a bit of normality by then... its just a worrying time and I'm going to refuse to early test incase this happens again (I'd rather not know and just think it was my period) sending all baby dust to those trying!! Hopefully we will all get our babies soon! x

Welcome @Naomi2b89 hahaha just hanging around waiting for something to happens sums it up @Babyghirl 😂 I'm at that awkward part of the cycle day 5 when I'm not sure if af has finished and I can stop carrying tampons around or whether it'll suddenly pop back and ruin my day 😂 nightmare.

Hi lovely ladies.
Good news! The uss went well today, I’m 7+2 and see a lil heartbeat. Feeling sick most of the day but worth it. Also have a stinking cold but can’t have lemsip, lol. Feeling more positive at least!

@Annny27 I now have the letter to take with me for my day 21 blood test but I have to call them on Monday to book the appointment and not sure how busy they'll be yet. Really hoping that I can get an appointment this month! X

@lovelylittlesunflower It's terrible that they discharged you before you were ready! Glad that the Sister yesterday has been a lot more helpful. It seems like you will get the help you need from now on. Xx

@Miscarriage39 Do you know if you can have some early scans on the NHS? One of my friends had several early scans on the NHS due to recurrent miscarriage and also because she was 40. She only paid for one extra 3D scan near the end and had a beautiful baby girl a few months ago. Xx

@Naomi2b89 Welcome! Sorry for your losses. It can be very tricky not to test early. I have tried having none in the house but you can often get same day delivery on Amazon so it definitely takes willpower not to, which I don't have much of because I always want to know. I'm planning to have a day 21 test this month to try to find out of part of my problem is low progesterone (3 early losses at 8 weeks and under). If I do need to take progesterone then from what I understand I will have to test early for a BFP so that I can take progesterone early in my next pregnancy. I hope that August is the month for your Rainbow baby. Xx

@SLCxxx Glad your uss went well! Maybe putting some extra garlic in your food might help your cold to go away sooner. I find that helps me, although I know that not everyone wants to eat as much garlic as me lol. Xx

I am so sorry your care has been so abysmal lovelylittlesunflower. Hopefully now they know what is going on you will soon feel fully recovered and be in a much better place.

I doubt it H0peing. I’ve only had one miscarriage, and when I spoke to the GP receptionist yesterday, she said it would still be fine to wait three weeks to discuss my blood results. So all-in-all, I don’t think I’ll be able to get any extra checks unfortunately.

Not sure when I'll ovulate this month though it's all a big fun guessing game without the opks 😂 @SLCxxx great news! 🤞 for you it all keeps going smoothly. @Miscarriage39 that's so frustrating for you and literally makes no sense because if there is an issue this is the moment you need to know about it!? I really hope and trust that it's not going to be a big problem and when you find out in 3 weeks it doesn't matter for you 🤞
