@Juno231 if you wanna pm over Insta feel free but I would say if you are disappointed with it then ask for more, say you are a bit disappointed and is there anymore they can do, you are very happy about the role but the offer makes you a bit hesitant as opposed to accepting straightaway. Make a suggestion, as in if it were "X" then I'd say yes without hesitation and can 100% be happy to hand in your notice (obs after paperwork but no need to say that)...actually put a figure on it.
Def including the share scheme payout. How does the holidays etc stack up?

That's very interesting @Katao so I might think about it as CD1 too and be prepared for all scenarios 🤣after miscarriage they say your first period could be 4-6 weeks so I know they'll just say "it's normal to still be waiting"

@Juno231 that is hard to judge as it's an increase but obviously annoyingly less than you asked for. Do you think they would have had to pay more than they offered you if they had went through a recruiter? Hopefully you saying you'd think about it might make them realise they need to up it! If it was me I'd be thinking about all the other perks of the move too... obviously escaping your current boss is one factor, slightly more money too, is there much else better with this job? Also depends on how likely you are to want to move quickly and go private with the IVF? It's great news that they have offered you the job though anyway 😃

@Sausage1990 must be so hard to hear all that from the tests but I'm glad you do know a bit more and that it was a little girl so you can keep her in your heart 💕 it's just so cruel how things work out sometimes. I thought I had no hope after the two losses at 5-6 weeks.

@katao shoot I keep forgetting that about the ivf. Yes def a different spin on it but if eg you have MFI that could be sorted you could be sorting that out. Would you have a hycosy or whatever to flush those tubes out?

@Juno231 exactly, if it wasn't for DH and by friend telling me to still interview for the job I'd have definitely have withdrawn, I contemplated telling them about the pregnant in the interview. I was about 11 weeks and just saw 6 months down the line going off on mat leave, you never know what's going to happen so don't let the future cloud any judgement for now I say 😁. Hmmm how about you counter offer to meet in the middle of what you asked for?

Decided to have a couple of gins tonight as I’ve been roped into watching England match and BIL is accompanying hub, he’s got the New England shirts both the blue one and a black one and I think they look too jazzy for a football shirt😳 hub asked me if I like it but he could tell by my face that I didn’t like it 🤣 just me and the pooch sat watching the Croatia game even mables fallen to sleep looking at me than watching the tv (pic attached)... Well im very confused, CD18, according to flo and in line with ewcm and my rhr drop, i ovulated last Sunday at CD13ish, but today and yesterday I've been moister than an oyster, clear wet extremely slippery cm, and just now it was the consistency of ewcm but really slippery and clear but it was stringing between my fingers, I feel like nothing is tmi now so I'm sorry to any newbies who are disgusted😂 just been to Tesco and picked up stuff to make espresso martinis tomorrow at the bbq, weve all picked a cocktail and are bringing the ingredients, then getting the cheese and meats in the morning!

Looked today and my notice period is 3 months which isn't ideal if a) I get the job and b)I'm pregnant so I almost feel scared about POAS despite this being almost the ONLY thing I've thought about since November! So I'm scared to test in case it's positive but I'll be gutted if it's not positive...my head is mush!! Either way I will test in the morning and see what is what...!
